Honest guys and gals. Drove my son's Saab over for a brake job. They inspected and asked why I thought I needed new brakes. I told them they felt soft and they squeaked. They advised that the pads and rotors were fine....needed brake fluid change and they cleaned the brakes. Saved me $100's. Thanks guys and gals! read more

We were having some brake issues and took some time researching different Garages to take care of the problem as we were not happy with our current one. Getting my oil changed right now. My car was taken back right away and when it was done they explained everything to me. Printed out a paper with all the info. The staff was excellent. Coffee, water and fresh baked cookies. As a women coming to get the oil changed for my husband who works night, this place was wonderful. read more

I would give this location a 10 out 10 if I could. They are the best. I have an Audi Q5 and they did an oil change a few months back. Then I needed brakes so I stopped by and spoke with Thad. He runs this store and is the best mechanic. He said he could put new brakes and routers on my Q5. He ordered OEM parts from Audi. Which I requested. Picked them up for me and did an incredible job. I would recommend using them and ask for Thad. Also Mia who works there is awesome and they just treat customers right! I'm a forever customer. read more

As a single mom i hate going to mechanics... On that note i found this place tryed them out with just an oil change. They were kind curtious ang gave me a list of upkeep with the estimate of each item my car needed but did not push me into doing extra services. So of course my car broke down i had it towed to them. they were amazing as usual and i was able to stay under budget. WOW!! I love these folks!! Needless to say i found a keeper! Grateful to have found this spot...and Thad! Much more than brakes and oil changes this is an actual repair shop with the best customer service you will find! First off my friends car broke down just up the road from here. Terrible it broke down but grateful Thad was to our rescue just up the road at Grease Monkey. Thad and his employees went above and beyond to help us. We had a feeling a foreign substance was put in her tank. Thad got it diagnosed properly (on the first shot) He and his employees stayed late on a Saturday evening to get the vehicle completed. This company is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and confident in their work, which made us girls confident in them! I was having an issue with my vehicle (a BMW) so of course I took it to Thad at Grease Monkey. Come to find out he's knowledgeable with BMW's and Harley Davidson's. I am new to posting reviews. Obviously I want to give this company 5 stars. Today I called Greasemonkey and let them know that my steering wheel was making a noise when I turned. I wanted to know could I come by after work without an appointment. The gentleman on the phone introduced himself as Robert and said no problem he'll see me when I get there. As usual the courtesy started in the parking lot. Whenever I go there you are always waited on immediately. If they can't get to you then they will at least recognize that you are there. When I found out that Thad was not at that location but at the other location I paused and wondered would I get the same great service. I was told to feel free to sit in the lobby where it was warmer and there was TV and magazines. The communications factor was just another example of the customer service at this location. I later found out that Robert was the new manager at this location. I was very impressed with his professionalism and and mild manner. As a regular customer I already knew that my fluids would be checked and my tires with be checked free of charge. I also knew that once my car was inspected I would be told what the situation was and how much it would cost to find out if I wanted to proceed with the repairs. After a short while the manager Robert came out and explain to me what was done to my car. I held my breath. He explained to me that I had a hose that was leaking. His mechanic Bart fixed the problem. Now that was no surprise to me because I already knew they did great work. What surprised me was that the new manager said there will be no charge. This truly surprised me. In the true Spirit of giving, the new manager made me feel like a valued customer and lifted my spirits. Earlier today I said to myself that I needed something to make me feel happy little did I know when I got off work and had to stop at my mechanic dreading the outcome this would be the place that I would find that happiness. These guys took my car on a walk-in about an hour before closing time to drain and test the ac system on a land Rover LR3. The facility is nice and cool with a TV and they have free bottled water and cookies. More importantly they did a great job in a timely manner while I waited. The ac feels so much better and I would not hesitate to take a vehicle back. Very hard to find honest quality mechanics like this these days! read more

Is it possible to give no stars? Terrible experience. Highly do not recomend this location. Left with fender cover under the hood, engine oil at "add" level, known light bulb burnt out that was never brought up and WW fluid empty. Very uneasy about hitting the highway, not knowing what was even done for my $80 oil change. The employees are pretty sad unfortunately. Beware. read more

I stopped in to get some prices and information about servicing my wife's Nissan Titan and was so impressed with their customer service that I ended up getting an oil change right then and there. They are true to their word when it comes to how long the work will take and they are very honest and transparent with the information regarding your vehicle. I never felt pressured to purchase more than I needed. I was so impressed that I brought in my car to get an oil change the next day. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The vacuuming and window cleaning are a nice, appreciated touch. I will definitely be a returning customer. read more
