So i guess im on here because i am really impressed by the customer service i received today by grease monkey. A week ago i got an oil change....this morning inoticed oil on the street when i started driving my 2014 suv felt weird. I drove back and parked and it looked like my oil was empty. I called grease monkey and asked for the manager. He took my information and drove over to my home within 15 minutes. Saw that i had a defective gasket and changed it in front of my house. Then offered to drive my truck to get a new oil change and a cleaning. 30 minutes later he brings my clean truck back. Along with a couple free coupons......WOW! Wow this place is slow. When I came here a month ago it was slow so I decided to give them another shot. The guy who greeted me said it would be about 20-30 wait... no problem! 50 min later not one car has moved, and according to the staff they were rotating people out for their lunch which I completely support! If they communicated this to the 8 people waiting it would be ok in my book but to leave all of us sitting in a waiting area with zero communication (we had to ask) seems like poor management at best. These guys lack basic customer service and suffer from a serious lack of communication. 1hr and 45 min for a oil change is painful, just communicate with your customers. If you run behind we get it.... just don't leave us guessing. read more

You know it's fucked up this place asked me three times if I want to replace transmission oil and I told him it wasn't time to replace it yet so today I came to replace the transmission oil and they told me they can I get to it it looks like they're too busy because they have too many cars why would you want to offer me to first place to replace my just mission oil if you cannot get to it stupid ass read more

They have always down a great job here. I have never heard a real complaint about this location. The turnover here seems low so staff in knowledgeable and experienced. Early mornings and mid afternoons seem to be good times to go. read more

I went to this Grease Monkey location for the first time last week. I was pleased with the service from the start. Darren welcomed me and assured me that my vehicle would be well taken care of. He also provided feedback for me on ways to better care for my car in between oil changes, likes what oil would be best for me to use between changes based on the year and mileage of my car. Service was prompt and well done. I have been going to Grease Monkeys for years and this experience stood out in a very positive way. I will definitely be using this location from now on. read more

Used their car wash and it smelled and did not clean my car. Manager was rude and even though the car was did not run the full cycle, refused to refund my money. No customer service... Never use this location! read more

I stopped by because might tire pressure light was on. They said they couldn't put air in my tire since my car hadn't been serviced there. Even though they had checked it before. They were not even trying to be polite. .. I stopped at the next one on my way home and they said no problem. read more

I had the worst experience, ever, in my 41yrs of life. The manager, Darren his shirt read, was solely to blame. It all started at 07:38am, when I got off my 10hr night shift, and I called to get a quote for an oil change on a BMW M235i. Immediately he was trying to undermine me when I asked him if he was certain my car needed 8qrts of oil, whereas all my prior oil changes at Schomp BMW and Jiffy Lube each only used 7qrts. But I ignored that and proceeded to shop around but couldn't get in with any other shops on a first come first serve basis. So, I proceeded to drive to Grease Monkey ( Green Valley Ranch, Denver CO.), hoping to speaking with someone else. upon arrival I did meet the assistant manager and he took my info and keys. After pulling my vehicle into the bay the Manager ( Darren) entered the waiting area and proceeded to tell me he would not work on my car due to a crack in my oil filter cap. I just got off work and wasn't in the mood to argue. So, I told the assistant manager that I knew about the cap issue and know that my car has a slow oil leak. I told him that I have purchased two additional caps but left them at home, and again, the manager interjects his two cents and tells me, " well your caps don't do me any good at home." I didn't say anything, I just drove home without service and slept. After waking up in the afternoon I picked up my daughter from school and proceeded to return to Grease Monkey ( with my two filter caps to ask if they would be willing to try and help me resolve my leak issue and get me fresh oil and filter). But no, immediately Darren greeted my with another disrespectful comment... " what do you want." I told him I wanted an oil change and that my car's computer was now giving me a warning to add oil as the leak caused too much oil to be lost. He refused by telling me, " if you need oil then go to Auto Zone and get oil". I snapped... I told him so many things... @#$%^&*()_ I've worked in Healthcare for 17yrs and have never treated a patient of patient's family the way I was treated by Darren on 11/8/2017. I will never return to that establishment unless I know Darren has been reprimanded, fired, or transferred to another location. Since that incident I have made an appointment with Parker Imports that specializes in German ( BMW, AUDI) cars and they are willing to try and remedy my ongoing leak. It unfortunate Grease Monkey couldn't have been politer and tried to say, " Ok Mr. Garcia, lets see if we can help you resolve your oil leak and get you some fresh oil and a new filter". Don't ever take your car to Grease Monkey in Green Valley Ranch if you have a small leak, cause apparently they only change oil and tell all others will urgent help to " Go get oil yourself". read more

Worst experience of my life. As a woman they treated me so poorly. The men were aggressive and even yelled at me when I tried to ask questions about what they were doing with my vehicle. Do not go here, especially if you are a woman or need to have your daughters have their cars services. I 100% stand by my words! read more

To be honest, The work was good. The only reason I am giving such a low review is because they tried to upsell me a lot of services and I have a feeling it's because I am a woman. I listened carefully to the conversations they had with the male customers before me and while I was waiting and they did not try to upsell them at all. I had to tell one of the mechanics twice that I did not want anything extra, just the oil change. That was my only complaint. They did good work and got me out any timely fashion. read more

Grease Monkey usually cleans your floor and windows and tops off all of your fluids and that is why I go there. I don't know if they just had a bad day or what was going on. My car wasn't cleaned good and the windows were left streaky and my window cleaner fluid was not filled up. Normally, I am very happy when I leave, not this time. I will give it another go, but if the quality of service that I am used to isn't there, then I will go to another one. read more

Terrible Customer service with a stupid policy! My tire had very little air, three air compressors on the way home from the airport didn't work so I thought i'd try grease monkey. I offered them $10 then $20 to air up my tire so my kids and I could get home to Fort Collins, they refused. Way to help out a fellow American, bunch of DB's work at this store, go to discount tire if you need help. They didn't charge me a thing. read more

Worst experience ever. As I was leaving there was a banging noise coming from the front of my truck and I realized that they had left the hood unlatched on my truck. I had to pull over and close it at which time I realized that they had broken the bug shield on the front. I called the manager Darin who asked me to come back he seemed to already know that something was wrong. He claimed that he had looked at surveillance camera's and that it was already broken and that his guys closed the hood. I asked him if he wanted to look at the surveillance camera's from where I had to stop and he said no that I opened and closed the hood and that I was lying and there was nothing he could do. I then asked for a phone number for the owner and he refused. They also changed the air pressure in my tires without consulting me which also upset me since the changed it to a passenger car and I have a 4 wheel drive truck with aggressive tires. Being an older female I truly believe that I was being taking advantage of and I am sharing this experience with all of my friends. BEWARE of the store!!! read more
