I had an appointment with them to repair my coolant leak at 7:30 my car was not taken into the bay until 1:45 they were on their phones the entire time I was waiting, once they were finished with my vehicle they told me it should be good to drive on the road I got on the road my engine blew immediately they could have KILLED me. And of course they don't want to take responsibility. I had to call my lawyer for them to even come get the vehicle for them to even look at it. read more

On a Sunday I was having brake issues and came here for a full inspection because I had to drive 4 hrs back home after being on a flight for 6hrs. I came in at 11 am and they finally served me at 4:30pm. They said nothing is wrong with the car and it's just air in my brakes. Long story short my brakes gave out driving and I took it to the shop by my house, they claim Firestone never did a full inspection because the codes are clearly there that my abs is messed up. Firestone wanted to charge me $700 for new brakes when my brakes pads, rotors were fine. Shame on you all for charging me and lying about doing the full inspection.. jeez out here messing with my life. read more

I went to get a free inspection and to see if they could fix the nail in my tire. 1. They said they couldn't fix the tire because it was on the side of it. (It wasn't) It was close, but the nail was in the tread 2. They continued to try and sell me 4,130$+ tires because "they were wearing unevenly." Not because they were bad tires. The tread measurements were 8,7 7,7 8,8 9,8 .......... I took the car 5 minutes down the street to Les Schwab and they fixed the tire for FREE. Every time I come to this location there is an issue. I signed up for a 4:30 appointment and the website said they would call me beforehand to let me know if they would not be able to fit me in. I arrive for my appointment and they tell me that they cannot service my car. I don't understand the point of reserving an appointment if you're not going to call me beforehand as promised, nor are you going to service my car during the appointment time frame I selected that YOU had available on the website. They told me it would be an additional 2 hours before they could get to my car. I will not be giving Firestone anymore of my money. Terrible service!! read more

Dropped off my vehicle in the morning to have a tire replaced and an alignment done. They kept the vehicle there all day to just have a tire put on and tell me that they weren't able to perform an alignment because they "couldn't break an outer tie rod nut loose". How are they going to have "ASE Certified techs" that can't break a nut loose smh. read more

I've come here a few times and this last visit will be the last. Every time an appointment has been scheduled it is ALWAYS hours past the scheduled time before anybody works it. Don't waste your time scheduling appointments. If it was quality work it could be argued it's worth the wait but not even that. I can get better work done elsewhere where they actually honor appointment times and estimated labor times. read more

I went here for a few years for 2 cars. Got many oil changes, tires and repairs. The past year I noticed more lax service. The oil changes often took five hours or longer. New tires took three hours or longer. Not only were they slow, they were not doing inspections when asked (I watched while sitting in the shop waiting), nor were they addressing the headlight I asked to be replaced on multiple occasions. They never replaced the oil change sticker or reset the oil change light either. I had to take it in again to get things addressed. They were supposed to top off the power steering fluid and other fluids last time. I assumed it was done. Now this past time they tell me someone put power fluid in the cooling system. No one even lifted the hood in the past 3 years except firestone so it had to be them who put it in there. They refused to take responsibility and refused to do the flush. The fluid don't just back up into other systems on their own on this car so they had to be responsible. Now I have to take it up with corporate. read more

I honestly don't even believe that the services that I requested, which were an oil change and tire rotation, and paid for, were done. Warning lights were still on when I got my car back. There wasn't a new sticker showing the date and mileage for the next oil change. On top of that, they wanted to charge me almost $2000 for problems that they found. It started out pretty good the woman at the front counter was really cool and nice, other than that the guys doing the work were mainly back there laughing and joking around playing around at work like a bunch of kids there was plenty of us waiting in the lobby looking at the clowns play around why we wait way longer because of this we made an appointment at 3p and was told that it would be around an hour and a half, so we left and killed an hour and a half going out to eat and when we came back they told us that they hadn't even started yet and it would be another hour and a half it was such a messed up situation because we had plans and could have went somewhere else and we were definitely wishing we would have the staff is so unprofessional I will never go to a Firestone ever again and strongly advise anyone who is thinking about going there to think twice about going there!!!!! I made an appointment for an alignment. I purchased their lifetime alignment a few years ago. I never got my alignment. Instead they spent the time looking for work to recommend. I had $2700 in service done by them 8 months/5000 miles ago. Now they recommend some of the same work again! I'm doubting the services were even performed at that visit. When made aware they already did some of this work at my last visit, they changed their tune and said "Oh, our mistake, so sorry, some of it was under warranty and you won't be charged". Apparently both the front struts they replaced failed and are leaking now. When I questioned why I would already need new brake pads only 5000 miles later they said its because I didn't replace the rotors last time. That means they are inept and neglected to tell me there was a problem with my rotors last time or there is nothing wrong with the rotors and they are just looking to push unneeded work on unsuspecting customers. I found out they didn't do they alignment- only when I asked for my analysis. I had been assured by 2 people that it was done, but when I asked for my analysis they could not provide it and had to admit it wasn't done. That is when the manager, Jason, decided to get involved and blame it on a miscommunication and a new employee. I doubt it was done at the last visit either as they didn't provide an analysis that day either. That was the only reason I even brought the car in to them today! (and last time) So many sketchy things happened at this appointment I will forever doubt their word and their work. I have initiated a customer service complaint through their corporate office and was promptly contacted by the have been area manager but I have serious doubts about his ability to be objective and his ability to be truthful. I will continue to get my lifetime alignments (because I paid for it) and always ask for the analysis but i won't so much as have my oil changed there ever again. read more

They told me they couldn't do anything about it and sent me to the dealership instead of fixing a pretty easy mistake. Hence, made me waste more of my time and hard earned money. Walked in and a guy named Jason was rude and didn't give me the time of day. I had a question about my tires and he wasn't even listening to what I was asking. He printed out a piece of paper with the tires I already have which is not what I was asking and he understood that , he just didn't want to deal with me so I walked out and they lost a sale . My wife dropped off her car for a simple oil change. 2016 Mini Cooper. Went to pick up the car before closing and was told that couldn't do it until tomorrow. Ok Next day brought the car home , oil was leaking all over my garage. Wtf. Took the car back. They worked on it that day. Brought it home again. Still leaking all over my driveway. Took it back the third time. Told them the car never leaked before. Dude working there was so frocking rude like I did something wrong. Left the car there for another day. Brought it home and it was still leaking. At this point I had oil spots all over my garage and driveway. Called them and was told to bring the car back. At that point I was done with them. Took the car to another shop. Cast me $250 for a new plug and gasket with new oil. Apparently oil used at Firestone was not clean. So 3 trips there. Additional $250 later the car was fixed by someone else. This place has lost my business forever. read more

I originally stopped at Firestone this morning at 0800 to have a tail light bulb replaced. Although, I could see several open appointments through the online system as I was speaking to the tech that reluctantly greeted me, I was told the 'earliest' he could get me in would be 2 weeks away. That seems completely outrageous to me. I immediately left and went right next door to JIFFY LUBE who had me in and out within 10 mins. Not only was the staff welcoming (At Jiffy Lube)they were extremely efficient. I will be back as a return customer. read more
