All I can say is ... do yourself a favor and look at another business! WORST experience of my life! They Demolished our kitchen. Messed up the cabinets and countertops. When issues were brought to their attention, the owner said we needed to pay MORE money to fix it. When we didn't pay he skipped, leaving us with no usable kitchen. Three professionals came to give us estimates to fix his work and said it was the worst job they have EVER seen. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They did a decent job with our bath to bath remodel. Took them 8 months from signing contract to complete the work due to "materials on order" and other personal excuses. There is a huge lack of communication so we knew nothing until I called consistently for updates the last few months and even then it was a lot of "I don't know, let me find out" then no response after that until I called again to follow up. The service window for work was really the window when they leave the warehouse not when they arrive to do the work so there was a 1-2 hour delay to get to us. How inconvenient! The work was one day demo & install and took approximately 8 hours. I feel like they have potential as a very good family owned business if they wouldn't take on more projects than they can handle. read more

I GIVE NO STARS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GRC Prime Bath. GRC Prime Bath does not believe in customer service or customer satisfaction. The company is unprofessional and the workmanship shoddy. I am hard pressed to believe any positive review out there in light of my experience with GRC Prime Bath. Contracted 2/10/23 $10,000 deposit. Work began 7/6/23. Crew of 4/5 arrived at my home. Owner verbally accosted the team with profanity, and during the tirades criticized the workmanship/team's competency leaving me concerned over the work being performed. I have never witnessed such inappropriate behavior/unacceptable conduct. After one very loud/profane tirade, owner dismissed the team from the premises. There was never a final walk through or sign off of the work. I was only brought into the situation twice when asked what direction I wanted to run the vinyl flooring in each bathroom. Other than that, I was not included in any decision made regarding the bathrooms. Owner had to come back twice (7/7 and 7/10) - both sinks were leaking, ceiling panel needed to be replaced and the wrong shower doors had been installed in Bath #1 on 7/6. I wrote the check for the balance out of good faith at ~10PM to owner Day #2. The week of 7/10-14, I realized owner had caulked the ceiling fan cover in place to hide any imperfections in the cut made to the PVC ceiling panel to accommodate the ceiling fan. This meant that if I wanted to change the light bulb, clean the ceiling fan, or in the case the fan needed service, I would have to cut out the caulk. There was a considerable amount of caulk. Additionally, I noticed that one toilet was caulked at the base, one was not. The secondary bathroom shower frame was caulked in bright white instead of clear or translucent (previous shower doors that were being replaced had been caulked in clear). The primary bathroom was caulked in translucent. The secondary bathroom floor corner round trim was busted in two places and nail heads were exposed on the base floor trim. My hardwood floor outside the secondary bathroom was damaged during the installment of the threshold. 7/21 I sent emails with photos over my disappointment with several final work products. 7/21 it was arranged for the GRC Branch Manager to come to review work completed from a quality assurance perspective. 7/24, GRC Branch Manager came, reviewed with me all the issues and agreed that the work was not up to standard. Went back to owner who said he was not going to address any of the outstanding issues except for the replacement of a scratched up top frame to a shower door set and the installment of two screws. Last visit was 9/5 to address the one issue out of a punch list of documented requests to be addressed. I was told, by writing the check, I accepted the work done. I was told nothing further would be addressed by GRC Prime Bath. 9/6 Upon the removal of the ceiling panel in the primary bathroom, it was discovered that GRC did not install a floor to ceiling waterproof board. Upon further inspection, the wall panels "wave" at the intersection with the shower basin which leads me to believe the preparation needed to properly install the PVC shower unit is questionable. But without tearing out the wall panels, I cannot confirm. I cannot confirm if the GRC crew who worked on my home was even qualified! Owner fired the majority of them the first day of work at my home (communicated to me by owner and Branch Manager) which indicates to me this was not the first time sub-par work on an installment had occurred. I am out over $18,000 and am left with no possible way to order BCI PVC replacement parts. I am saddled with multiple repairs to address. I have even more photos and further documentation that would cause alarm to any homeowner looking for a company to renovate their bathroom(s). read more

Do NOT support this business. We had our tub/shower done by GRC Prime Bath in June 2021 and about 3 months later, the entire grout job was moldy (not done correctly). The seal around our tub spout was also peeling off. When I called to have them come out and fix, they did, but the same issue happened two months later. I recently reached out in July 2024 for repair work on our shower since the water is spraying out the tub spout and the tub needs a new seal. Laurie continually gave me excuses that she's "trying to get Michael out there" to fix it and I have been following up weekly for 3 months and still no confirmed date for service. She has continually given excuses and refuses to commit to a date. I have never experienced such terrible customer service with a company before, especially when I paid over $9,000 for a tub/shower remodel. Do not waste your time. read more

After waiting awhile after GRC completed our bathroom in June 2023, I was hesitant to write a review over the frustration with this company and it's ownership. After reading Google and Yelp reviews from people with similar bad experiences, I am going to share what we experienced. First, we too had severe delays due to the same copied and pasted explanations from GRC about storms in Texas, supply chain issues, etc. After waiting for weeks beyond after we were told our materials would arrive, we decided to call the manufacturer directly. Amazing how quickly our materials were delivered afterwards. Professionalism: the owner Michael demonstrated none. His profanity laced tirades to his wife and employees was shocking. F-bombs everywhere, loud enough for neighbors to hear. Communication about the progress of the job that went on longer than promised (this is our only bathroom) was non-existent. The crew never showed up until about noon, and sometimes stayed until 9PM on a work night. Workmanship: mediocre at best, unskilled caulking. We had water damage in the subflooring and getting them to fully restore/repair it properly was just not an option they were willing to do, as it took me pointing out how far the water damage had progressed. At the end of the job, there was no walk through or questions asked about whether we had questions or concerns about the job. I waited patiently to see if Michael would bring up anything, such as the horrible job done with installation of the pocket door I purchased (coordinated and cleared with Michael eventually after far too much trouble involving his mother Laurie). Long story short.... the pocket door was not even trimmed out. After me pointing out the lack of trim around the door, Michael yelled at me for waiting until he put away all of his tools. He and his employees then did a rush job of putting trim around the door. They used MDF that they had left for days out in the rain on concrete, causing the paint to be damaged and scuffed up on the exposed surfaces. No caulking was dome to finish out the trim work, and the placement of the trim was done wrong thereby scratching the face of the pocket door. They also did plumbing work from the water meter to all faucets. Again, workmanship was terrible. Apparently hooking up the hot and cold water lines to the faucets for the washer is hard to do, because they were reversed. The drain hookup on the utility sink was not done properly, there by causing flooding in the laundry room. They worked on the PVC drain pipes to the washer and sink (at my request) to fix the slow drainage for the washer (backed up into the utility sink). After completely replacing all of the PVC drain pipes, the back up is even worse. They claim to have a licensed plumber on staff according to their website, but you never see that person on the job. Even worse, when they covered up the trenches dug for the new PVC water main to the house, they dumped the old metal plumbing pipes into the ditch along side the PVC pipes, instead of taking them away. They were happy to take the old copper pipes for recycling though. Additionally, I find it interesting that the vast majority of the responses from GRC on this review page are only thanking people for their glowing reviews! Including the "review" Laurie gives herself as an employee (or part owner) in GRC, then GRC staff thank her for that nice review - really? That brings the validity of all the positive reviews into question. Lastly, I see others have stated that they were asked for money before the job was finished as well. We paid the large deposit up front (we agreed to), ostensibly to cover the materials. Michael asked for more money to be paid during the installation, prior to completing the job. When he brings a gun to the jobsite (my home), swears like a sailor at his wife and employees, it really makes you regret ever stopping by their nice booth at the Puyallup Home Show. The experience we had was nothing like this company presents itself at the Home Show booth. Before hiring this company, ask for references, then interview the references. read more

ZERO STARS......It's been almost 7 months since we put almost $7,000.00 deposit down for tub/ walk in shower conversion for my 88 yr old mother who desperately needs it. It was supposed to be installed in December of 2023. It's now the last week of April 2024. They always have a excuse of why they can't schedule an install date. They have stopped responding to my request for a refund. They stated I had 3 days after signing the contract to cancel. My mother needed this in December. I Do not trust them at all. read more

No STARS earned or deserved! I guess we can count our lucky stars that this terrible company GRC Prime has not done any work on our bathroom! Our problem has been to get them to communicate with us on a start date after they so speedily to our money! Customer oriented they are not. They take your money, ours was taken over 4 months ago over $11,000. and never have gotten back to us. We have tried to make contact as to what was going on and a future date to start construction but to no avail. We get an office person, who knows nothing but she will check on that! always and never the owner. He is too busy and works all of the time is what we are told. Can't afford to make a phone call to his clients that are upset that we don't have a date or can get any info or questions answered or if they've even ordered materials yet. I strongly suggest you NOT go with this company turn and run the other direction! We still have no resolution or communication from them! I cannot say this loud enough. Stay away from GRC Prime bath under all circumstances. Last October 2023, we contracted with them to convert a tub to a shower. We paid our nearly $7k deposit and told installation would be scheduled in 2 weeks. Got a call month later from sales guy Rian saying some parts were not available and we alternative's and he said he as placing the order. Two more month pass and Laurie (owner) calls and tells us they were waiting on financing to come through so they could get our job ordered. over the next several months it was excuse after excuse followed by not contact or responses. at one point we asked about canceling and was told if we did it was a breach and we lose the rights to our deposi. I knew that was false but I would have had to drag them into court. Finally 8 months after we gave our deposit, we get a call asking if they could do the install because they had a cancellatio. They came and installe. the overall work was fine, but nothing great. they did not have the barn style door we ordered but said the had a load coming in a week and would be by to install, they held back a grand of what we owed until it was installed, it never happened and we have not heard from the since. I sent an email giving them until 1 Sep 24 to install the door so I consider the contract closed and complete. Laurie and her Son who is the installer told me so many lies they could not keep them straight. They me no honest answers to direct questions. read more
