Curds and a single patty burger with grilled onions, bacon and all the toppings....
    Christina G.

Running between DC and Charlottesville and needed some food! Found this gem as a yelp recommendation. It did not disappoint. The fried cheese curds were fantastic and I love curds (thank you Wisconsin). These are lightly battered and appear to have a tater tot like appearance. They were magical. The burger was solid and I loved how quick service was. It was easy to get in and out- it is slightly weird how the glass wall between the neighboring restaurant diners seemed each other. But, the food is solid!! Also noteworthy a soda machine like none that I have seen! With lemongrass flavor... sadly I didn't get a soda but I will if I am ever back!

Yelped for a place to eat on our travels and this place in downtown Culpepper got great reviews. All well earned I can say. Simple menu - smash burgers, fries, fried cheese curds, local soft drinks and iced teas, all served by wonderful small business folks. Their food is local and their hospitality is excellent. I would eat here again. Clean and simple interior, easy street parking, totally great.

Burgers were good! Staff seemed flustered overall and we had to wait about 10 mins to order at the counter in order for them to catch up on orders. We tried the single & double smash burger with our own toppings. You could watch them making burger patties in the grill top with fresh ground meat! We also tried the single burger with the peanut butter topping. If you've ever been to Jack Brown's in Charlottesville or Harrisonburg, you may have tried this style burger before. In comparison, this one was a let down. The peanut butter should've gotten melty and warm from the burger patty, but instead they put the PB on the bun directly under the lettuce and we're skimpy with how much they put on so you could barely taste it. Kinda disappointing since this is a $1 add on. Overall, I'd come back. Cool drink options as well. I'd recommend they get to-go cups for ketchup instead of packets.

What a great simple menu with FRESH burger options in beef, chorizo, or chicken. Don't forget that side of amazing cheese curds! They have a refreshing flavored soda water dispenser. I mixed coconut, cucumber and blood orange waters for a nice summer mix. Young entrepreneurs offer a clean modern atmosphere and friendly service! A great addition to Culpeper

    Well worth it.

Absolutely exquisite. This review is for the truck that was in Warrenton on 2/27. Some of the best cheese curds I've had--and I've been to the Iowa State Fair. They were well prepared, crunchy, and while they could have had a bit more chew, were fantastic. They also paired well with the maple chipotle dipping sauce. Burgers were perfect. We both went with your standard beef. The "graze sauce" was not your standard burger sauce, but seemed to be a mix of Mayo, good mustard (beautifully stone ground bits peeked at me), and Italian dressing? It was thin and got into all the nooks and crannies in the best of ways. Fries were good, but unnecessary given the size of the doubles and how tasty and ample the serving of cheese curds was. My friends asked if I was crazy for making the drive. I. Was. Not. Worst part was the two orders that walked away. Was heartbreaking to hear them yell "order for Dana" and then watch them leave the truck and have to go look for her. Dana, I hope your fries were cold.

It was the name that drew us in! The food was fantastic! Being from Michigan we knew we had to have the cheese curds! Delish! The staff were friendly and fun too! Consider Traverse City MI for one of your food trucks!

Graze to Griddle was not what I expected. Too much salt and seasoning that made my food too overpowering with sodium. The burgers did have a good presentation, covered with white wrapping. The food did taste good , melted cheese and good sauce, the restaurant is clean and good ambiance. Music is cool top latest 40. Fries are fresh but too much salt. The sodas are bland and flavorless. The staff seems ok, not smiling but did provide fast service. Overall ok burgers better then five guys for sure.

Very tasty burger with the grilled onions. The house-made chips are also good. My only complaint is the tiny "side salad" that I ordered. The interior gives upscale sports bar vibes. We chose a high top table toward the back of the restaurant. Our server ended up being the bartender too. They had $5 margaritas that night so I ordered one and we started with an order of their pierogies. There were four and they were served over a smear of their beer cheese. There were ok. I wanted more seasoning in the filling itself. It was pretty bland. For my entree I got their hot dog with chili and cheese with their housemade chips. I was pleasantly surprised to see a cheese sauce on the dog. It was pretty good. Some of the chips were pretty overcooked. The service brought this score down. I think the bartender was busy but plenty of servers were available. There was a lot of conversation at the bar. We probably should have just sat there. We missed out on drink refills, having our order taken promptly, and getting the check when we were ready to leave. Overall there were a lot of interesting things on the menu. I would want to return to see what else tasted good.

I aged yet another year this past Thursday (one year older, but not another year wiser, healthier,…read moreor wealthier - lol), & since the pandemic nixed us going out for a nice fancy birthday meal, & since I had a hankering for my favorite "Bleu Cheese & Grilled Onion Burger" from Glory Days, placed an order which dear husband picked up & brought home. Now I've been enjoying these burgers for many years now - it's my hands-down favorite Glory Days offering. Ordered to go last year some time & was underwhelmed at how it was put together & how it traveled. This time, however - what a revelation! While of course I re-toasted everything in the oven for 10 minutes or so (fries in particular never travel well, so always need a bit of a crisp-up), whoever made & whoever packed the burger deserve awards. The burger was more than an inch thick & perfectly medium-rare as ordered. Bleu cheese crumbles were perfectly piled on the burger - not scattered all over the place - as were the beautifully grilled onions. And healthy portions of both. The creme-de-la-creme? Someone had the absolutely genius idea to place a piece of parchment paper between the lettuce/tomato/raw red onion & the rest of the burger, thus preventing those fresh toppings from not only wilting from the heat of the burger enroute, but also sogging up the bun!! I simply lifted the parchment paper with fresh toppings off while I reheated the burger & bun, & replaced them (minus parchment) when everything was hot & ready. Both burger & fries were absolutely PERFECT (side pickle spear cold & crisp as well) - just as good if not better than if I had ordered & enjoyed it in the restaurant. If I had to be anal & ding them on anything, it was that no little plastic cup of ketchup was provided, but I had my own favorite "spicy ketchup" on hand, so probably wouldn't have used theirs anyway. Bottom Line: I can only hope & pray that this wasn't a one-time thing due to someone superior manning the kitchen & that my next burger order will arrive home exactly the same as this one!!

Owner John and his staff were exceptionally friendly, providing attentive service-tables were kept spotless, courses were cleared promptly, and water glasses were always refilled. The food was delicious, though on the pricier side. Beyond the listed menu prices, additional fees (like a service charge and an à la mode fee) plus city and state taxes made the bill add up quickly. What We Ordered: 4*Duck Pâté - Served with a fresh salad, crackers, mustard, and jelly. A delightful starter! 5*Pork Collar - Slow-cooked for hours, the meat was incredibly tender, and the sauce was heavenly. We nearly licked the plate clean-worth driving back for! A must-order. 4*Palazzo Pot Roast - The meat was a bit tough and chewy, but the flavors were well-balanced. Despite being full, we couldn't resist dessert-thankfully, the portions were small! Ice Cream Sandwich - very good, though we were surprised to learn it was store-bought, not made in-house. Mixed Berry Pie - A warm, petite slice served with a spoonful of ice cream (for an extra charge). Note: There's no dessert menu, so we didn't know about the additional fees upfront. Overall. a wonderful dining experience with standout dishes, though the extra costs were a slight downside.
