We are in town visiting from Oklahoma. We found a groupon for this place and decided to give it a try during the hot afternoon. We have very active children who love trampoline parks. This one was a little different from the parks we have attended at home with a few more activites. My daughter liked the trampoline portion but commented that she wished they had some rectangular trampolines as she likes to tumble. This place was a mid-July savior! Was supposed to go to the pool/splash pad place with friends but then a 117-degree day happened....uh that idea got nipped in the bud really fast! Enter Gravity Extreme Zone. Our good friends had the saving grace to purchase our kids tickets to here. This place is huge! It's so clean, nice and well organized. I was thinking that since it was a Saturday, it'd be totally crowded or busy, but that was not the case. The place was big enough that the was more than enough space for all the kids to run around and they didn't have to wait long to have turns on things. Here are some of the highlights of the place: -Lots of areas for people to sit and everything spread out. There's room to roam and not feel cramped in. -Food/drink available for purchase on site -Clean and well maintained attractions -Professional and caring workers. As "young" as some of the workers seem to be (like HS age) they were all super patient, supportive and attentive to the kids on the attractions that needed it. My son climbed up the the "Leap of Faith" thing and got stuck up there. The height of it scared him when he got to the top. He stayed up there for a good 5-8 minutes, scared as all out and was about to start crying (he was holding up the line and causing a mini-scene). The workers were FANTASTIC in talking him down when us parents couldn't. They showed a lot of empathy and compassion to him and he eventually jumped down. Everyone around started clapping and cheering my son when he got the ground. Not it a bad way, but in a very encouraging way. Our first time and this place has a lot to offer. Not sure what to complain about? But I guess we didn't experience long lines etc. I mean extreme air is really cool and smaller but you pay by the hour. Here they have some amazing courses in the air that will test your guts. Amazing customer service and extremely clean and organized. I've been to many indoor trampoline places with my son and this is by far the best and especially the cleanest place ever and because of that, I will be bringing my kids back quite a bit. This used to be a fun, clean place to let the kids run around and play. It's under new management and the changes they've made aren't for the better. We arrived right at opening today and for an hour, the specialty attractions were not available. Then we were told we had to wait for one of the employees to be done setting up some holiday decorations. The floor is dirty and looks like it hasn't had a good cleaning in awhile and it smells dusty. They've added flashing light ropes over most of the areas so if you're sensitive to lights pulsing non-stop, this might not be the best bet. There used to be a very large open area with ample seating and tables, they've cut it in half and added a row of video games and claw machines. So I'm addition to the increased admission and requirement to purchase THEIR grip socks (which are double price that they used to be), you also have your kids asking for money to play the video games that are lined up in the middle of the facility. This used to be my preferred trampoline place, but I'm not a fan anymore. read more

We were invited to a birthday party here today. I've never been here before but we all had an amazing time! Adults, little ones, and teens each found activities that were fun and exciting. The party came with our own booth, pizza, soda, and a giant cookie - all of which were great! The staff were all very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The facility is clean, bright, and safe. Time. Of. My. Life. I find the entire star system extremely ridiculous. That being said, if I could give this place more than 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. I had more than fun in this zone. I challenged gravity itself, and I won. The contest wasn't even close. There isn't a value you can place on facing your fears, but if there was, it would certainly be a far greater value than whatever I paid for the Groupon for Gravity Extreme Zone. I have but one suggestion. The pinnacle of my experience was the completion of the aerial obstacle course, a most treacherous task that once begun CANNOT be undone. Gravity Extreme Zone should award each finisher of the obstacle course with a sirloin steak accompanied with a frosted mug to wash down the sweet, sweet taste of victory. read more

This place is AMAZING, great customer service, a manager that cares about her staff and the customers, and a staff that cares about safety and fun. They have rules about certain language, so you don't have to worry about any rambunxious groups making your family outing bad. They also have VR, and a ton of activities so you'll never be bumping into anyone while you're trying to do a backflip. read more

I absolutely love this place, the staff is so friendly and easy to talk to and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. The supervisor Michael is honestly the best we came in not knowing they close at 8pm and we bought the tickets for 2 hours and came in at 7pm Michael was so generous that he gave us a gift certificate for an hour we didn't get to have. I discovered this place during my vacation to Phoenix to visit my daughter and grandchildren. We had the best time ever. My grandkids had so much fun. I highly recommend this place to everyone. One of the staff, Michael was so sweet and kind to take the time to go after us as we were leaving to invite us back in and paid for our food. SCAMMERS! Beware, this place does not let you know that there are age, height, and weight restrictions to the more unique attractions. Otherwise, if you want to waste your money on just trampolines that are found anywhere. Because the price does not include everything, UNLESS; you are min age 12 to do VR, Skywalk you have to be 5 feet or taller, the bungee you have min weight limit of 45. Otherwise rock climb or trampolines. But the biggest problem that it is NOT POSTED anywhere or mentioned at ticket counter before buying your admission. Even their website on homepage does not have those restrictions posted. To find (yes, find) those restrictions you have to basicly navigate through a few clicks to get to the limitations. I tried speaking to the conceited manager/owner and he was so arrogant that he could only hear himself protecting his one of a kind skywalk attraction and that I wouldnt know his business better than him. I know one thing, you cant scam people on your service if you cant deliver!! read more

We took our three kids here (ages 17,15,11) and it was an absolute blast!!! It was so much more than just the basic indoor trampoline places that are so common these days! There was more than enough to keep everyone occupied for the two and a half hours we were here! All of our kids' skill levels were challenged and it pushed them to challenge themselves in an extremely fun environment!!!! Rock walls, sky walks, free falls, climbing challenges, dodge ball, trampolines with foam pits, and sooooooo much more!!! Management and staff were awesome, and we could not have asked for a better time!! Major props to the facility, the staff, and everything they offer!!! This last weekend was our second time here, both for summer birthday parties, and both visits were quite enjoyable. The kids loved the place and a couple of us parents were even up for joining in on the fun. Our five year old loved it and the older teens didn't want to leave. First of all, the staff and customer service here are awful! My daughter has been here multiple times and always comments on how rude the employees are to the kids and are not very helpful. We witnessed this this past weekend for a birthday party. We were only checked in on once in our room and When we needed more waters, the staff was very annoyed to have to retrieve something. No one had a smile on their face; I understand it's a kid place, but you still have to treat them correctly. If you don't want to work with kids, this is not the place for you! Secondly, all the attractions were open and functioning, but there were only 2 places where the staff was present to help with the harnessing and safety. The safety issue is what concerns me. NO where is it posted on site that you have to complete the rock wall in order to do the skywalk course.NO where it is posted that there is only ONE spot on the course to be rescued if one becomes tired. I understand it's 'extreme' but I would think you would have the retractable pulley system at every station in case someone wears out to be able to get down instead of hanging there. Purely unacceptable! Plus there was no staff at the beginning of the course and I had to go find someone that was behind the concession stand to help out! read more

This place is absolutely awesome! Went here with my little baby girl and trampoline enthusiast husband. We all loved it. It caters to everyone. My husband did his thing and the baby and I did ours. I think you need courage to do the sky challenge as it can be a little scary being up there. But if you don't have guts or muscles to conquer it then don't. Oh, and the food is amazing! Fun for all ages! We stopped in for a few hours of fun and to see what this new place was like since it's right next to our house. After watching the kids maneuver through the obstacles I can't wait to go back and try it myself! You need tennis shoes for the gravity stuff and grip socks ($2.50) for everything else. There's plenty to do if your afraid of heights. Jack (one of the employees) was really friendly and helped my daughter have fun with both the bungee trampoline and the slide since she was the only one of the kids with our group who didn't do the gravity ropes. Visiting Arizona found out about a great Groupon decided to come in. Walked around the place a few times before asking about the sky walk. Did the prerequisite rock climb but didn't meet weight requirements. The front desk guy and the guy in the deli were very helpful and could not refund due to the Groupon. However, a little bit disappointed I drive from scotsdale to not be able to do this. Just in case any of you big weights are looking, the max is 225lbs. read more

This place seemed brand new when we walked in, very big, spacious,and clean, this is the only reason it gets one star. They were very busy, it was very hot and one of the employees passed out then proceeded to get sick. There were 2 day camps going on with no supervision at all for the kids, one child from the basketball camp was physically choking another child from the gravity extreme day camp with no employees trying to break it up except me. Also there were not enough employees to work the second level to protect the children. There were also a number of technical issues with one of the bundgy experience. Don't think I'll be going back there with my son at all. Glad I had a Groupon but wish I had gotten a refund. read more

We came here today as part of a large group. It's pretty neat and there is a lot to do, but for those who may be older and more adventurous. One of the children in our group stood in line for 40 minutes to bungee jump and was asked to leave right as the two hour time slot was up. She was next too. terrible customer service & terrible safety procedures and equipment. We stayed almost an hour after close because the workers were unable to safely & correctly install a harness. They expected our friends who were stuck on top of the obstacle course hovering over the entire building, to jump off from a high height and into a foam pit. Workers constantly were mentioning how "they had other places to be in the morning" and were rushing our friends to jump off the 20 foot platform and being completely inconsiderate of the fact that they simply were afraid to jump (with them telling them prior to take off the harness) and as that being the only way out. there is no way out of the obstacle course and you HAVE to complete it, which is why they couldn't back out and were told by the workers to jump off. They then proceeded to call a "self contractor" to come and practically rescue the friend who was stuck... who then made us pay $40 out of OUR pocket for coming and helping a friend to which they clearly didn't train the employees well enough to where the obstacle course could be safely completed. Prior to when our friends were stuck on the platform & was told to jump, the employee who installed his harness incorrectly, acknowledged that he did it incorrectly and said for word for word "ah shit i didn't put his harness on correctly" & when he had to instruct our friend to correct the harness, he said "i got really scared not gonna lie". Moral of the story, i do not recommend this place to bring your children and or friends to. Completely unsafe and terrible and rude customer service. read more
