I was craving an açaí bowl early in the morning and most places usually open around 9-11am, so I decided to check this place out. I'm so glad I did because now it'll be my go-to place bowls! They're only $7 and you get a really good portion. The customer service was outstanding; not sure if it was the manager or owner, but the man who took my order was extremely kind. He even gave me an extra random donut. Understandably, we had to wait a bit for the 3 bowls we ordered, as a few people showed up after us, but the man who helped me offered me another donut for waiting! That's top notch customer service, if you ask me. Just a note to anyone with almond allergies though: the granola has a few almonds in it. It's not a huge deal, but someone in my family is allergic to specifically almonds so next time, we'll be sure to order his without the granola. Otherwise, I can't wait to be back again! read more

Granny's sign and menu looked and sounded great. I Yelped açaí bowl and came here. Granny didn't have nothing I asked for lol smh. I tried for the açaí bowl but she didn't have all the ingredients. I asked for a veggie sandwich and she didn't have all the ingredients. So I started looking at what I could actually see, the donut case, they had banana bread, muffins, and croissants and donuts. We got muffins , croissant sandwich with ham and cheese, banana bread and donuts. Then I asked for a smoothie and she said she did have it but then said she didn't have all the fruits I asked for so I just ordered what she did have; but asked if she could just rinse out the cup before she made the drink because her hands were not clean and she kept sticking her fingers inside the cup. That was a deal breaker for her. lol smh When you serve someone you can't give them the cup by having one or two fingers in the cup and the thumb on the outside carrying it like that, you should be holding the cup from the base of the cup where you don't contaminate what they're drinking. Unfortunately she kept arguing it's a new cup so it's clean and ignoring the fact she kept putting her hands inside the cup; so she wanted to give a refund instead of simply rinsing out the cup where she had running water, so crazy. Well I took it as a sign that I probably would have got sick if I drank it so it all worked out not getting it. Unfortunately I took the banana bread to go, and although it looked good it was very dry; my whole group got banana bread and said the same thing. It was too dry to eat without milk but soft enough to still eat. It was also not sweet, which I was actually ok with because sometimes I purposely go for blandness. I didn't know that it wouldn't be sweet but after finding out it was ok. Now would I come back here, no. read more

Simply delicious donuts. Lovely staff. I highly recommend this location if you need to satisfy your donut craving.

One of the best açaí bowls I've tried in a while! Super sweet owners were very welcoming and asked if I was allergic to peanuts before I placed my order. Luckily I'm not allergic to peanuts, because açaí with peanut butter is a must. Perfect for this heat wave! Not only do they have smoothies, donuts, croissants, and other goodies they have really good quality mask. I got one for my daughter ($7). Will totally be back for another açaí bowl! read more

You see this franchise around almost everywhere where I'm from, but always nice to visit when the kids are craving a donut

Great customer service. Really fresh and fulfilling smoothie bowls. One star off for the 20 minutes wait on a non busy time (we were the only ones there), otherwise, the smoothies were great! The donuts were good as well, but nothing special. read more

I've been coming here for years, but the last time I went she gave me the wrong donut order. When I went back and told the order all she said was sorry and what would I like today. So it's ok to take my money and not give me what I paid for? Why not give me the donut I asked for when I came back vs making me pay again for what I wanted? So I'm algeric to coconuts, let's not give me a coconut donut I can't eat and make me pay twice for what I want. read more

Best donuts hands down. Nothing fancy, no outrageous prices, just plain old fashioned donuts. Been coming here since I was a little girl. I remember my parents would take my 2 siblings and I here after church on Sundays to get a dozen assorted donuts. Each of us got to pick 4 and I always got the glaze twist, chocolate twist, raspberry filled, and custard filled. Today I stopped by and got an assorted dozen and it was still the same owner serving the same quality of donuts. read more

I was overcharged so be careful this is the second time they give you free donut it's a lie they really get people with prices .

I went to this granny's donuts and my glaze donut was given in a dirty bag with black specs in it so I asked for another donut and he said there is nothing wrong with this bag, That is just brown sugar from another donut and I continued ask for another donut and bag and he grabbed the donut aggressively and threw it in the trash and handed me another donut and laid it on the counter while showing he was upset. I understand we are all going through hard times but I WON'T be back! read more

Great doughnuts, customer service and prices. They open at 4am and I was a little afraid they'd be out of certain types of doughnuts by 9am on a Saturday, but they had everything and it was all fresh! The plain cake doughnut is one of our favorites and it was moist on the inside with some crisp on the outside, absolutely perfect! read more

I read on Yelp that the smoothie bowls were only available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, but I thought I would just try to order one and worst case scenario I'd just get the unhealthy options - donuts haha.. I stopped by this donut shop tonight not knowing they were known for açaí bowls. So glad I dipped in! I ordered a few donuts that were SOOOO delicious and opted for a bowl from a poster on the wall. It sounded like a nice companion to my donut order. I ordered the one with the berries per the suggestion of the super sweet lady behind the counter. I brought it home to enjoy and it was GIGANTIC! Granny's donuts are always the best. My favorite is the buttermilk plain loaf. The crust is nice crunchy but the inside is so soft, smooth, and tender. The strawberry flavor is so fresh tasting that I had to have two French crullers. The service here is the best. I'm so happy they are dopen so early and everything is ready. It helps when I need to pick up a dozen or four for the office. And for those of you trying to be healthy but jeopardize everyone else's diet, try the smoothie bowls. Customizable. Healthy.
