No backup plan, no weekend work, no compassion. Just excuses. They unhooked the stove, water, and power, leaving my home in full demolition mode. When I pleaded for an earlier date, I was coldly told they "have other customers to tend to." That response said everything I needed to hear about how they prioritize their customers: once they have your money, you no longer matter.
