We love our quartz countertops but the experience we had was sub-par. Lack of communication from…read morethe sales staff to the crew was the main cause of the issues we experienced - a case of over promising and under delivery. The crew arrived well after the agreed upon start time both days. Not surprising because the sales staff did not keep to either design appointment time. We were doing a renovation - and were very clear on what we wanted. The guys doing the work were great but the lack of communication from the sales manager made some things difficult. The worst part is they left things unfinished - none of the surfaces touching paint were caulked. I did talk to the sales manager post install (she called to get her final payment) and sent her pictures as she requested and then received no additional follow up.

The price is in line with other countertop places so no surprises on that! I absolutely LOVE my new countertops. I would highly recommend them for your countertop needs!

Ultimately the decision was made to choose a different company. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and what feels like deception regarding our project. We took E&K Cabinetry's guidance in good faith and made several appliance purchases and remodeling changes in preparation for the install. When the quoted install date was missed, no clear guidance was given on what would happen next. To make matters more frustrating, the price of our project was increased by 31% under the pretense of material cost fluctuation and (in my opinion) minor changes. I rarely write scathing reviews, but this company has wasted my time! I also think it is important to be accountable for mistakes or a lack in service. This could have gone so much better. *Not sure why my location say CA. I'm a middle TN resident.

They first came to our home to get an understanding of the space. They listened to our needs, suggested alternatives and produced a set of drawings to help us understand what they planned to build. We decided to go with stained maple. About a week after we picked our stain we got a call informing us that the stain we selected was no longer in production. So, E&K mixed up something else. We visited E&K's shop to see the different stain color. We actually liked it more than the original color we picked. As important as the quality of the cabinets is the quality of the installation. E&K's installation was meticulous. The resulting fit and finish of these cabinets are exceptional. E&K even stained our laundry room door to match our cabinets. We could not be happier.
