We had a wonderful experience working with Euro Stone. Ben was extremely helpful and communicative. He responded quickly to my questions and clearly showed he knows what he is doing. I went and looked a few times and Ben was very patient with my process. The installation was quick and the installers were professional and courteous. As with any construction job, we had a little hiccup, but Ben and staff went above and beyond to fix the issue and made sure I was 100% happy. Ben and his team were great to work with! Ben assisted us in picking out the perfect countertops, and was personable, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. Their pricing was reasonable, and there was no hard sell or sales tactics. Install was quick and Eurostone made sure everything was just right before the job was done. I would never recommend this company and I have a relatively small-medium sized kitchen. 1. You have to pay for everything up front. 2. They do not demo or remove plumbing (that's fine, but put it in your contract) and the additional cost is on you. 3. I ordered and paid in Mid September, demo and install wasn't started until Mid November. I was told it would be 4 weeks. 4. They gave away my previous counter selection. Didn't find that out until Counters were about to be installed. Thanks for the heads up. 5. Cabinet install was mediocre at best. Blake had to push them along and make their corrections. Blake is amazing, sadly no longer there. 6. First counter install was awful, Ray Charles could have done a better job. The cuts were opposite of the main counter and the main counter wasn't pulled from the same batch, so the color and seam didn't match up. During install they also damaged a panel. 7. The counter installer was trying to strong arm me into signing off that the install was done and accurate. He was pissed and telling me he wouldn't be paid if I didn't sign it...that's basically their problem as it wasn't signed. 8. To get them back out to provide new counters took a month and 3 tries. (mind you there is a sign at Murfreesboro Road and Fegus that I happened to stumble on that states install is 3-5 days or its FREE). 9. Employee retention is not good from sales, installers to schedulers and sups, no one same person was present during this entire ordeal. Several times I was told they didn't have my hardware (when Blake already told me he put eyes on it) and they don't call you back or schedule...they just show up at your door and point fingers at who didn't call and schedule. Oddly, they all had one compliant and that is the Owner, Z. 10. I had to constantly contact them and Z who told me she was taking my project over...what a treat! I had to drag her and this company over the finish line while they hung onto all my money upfront. The project technically wasn't 100% complete until 1/16/25. 4 months is pretty sad. The list goes on and on. If they had just done their job with a bit more integrity I wouldn't be providing a terrible review nor taking them to small claims court. Because that sign...it's FREE...Z won't honor. Oh and told me I'm ungrateful...hahahah read more

Exceeded My Expectations I just completed a fairly large solid surface countertop and backsplash remodel with Euro Stone. The result is beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of contractor. Benjamin and team provided quality support from product choice to installation. For my new kitchen I wanted to take the quartz up the wall and see a beautiful pattern like wall art. However, I was also concerned that if the stone had too much pattern the massive island that also serves as a focal point could become busy. I was able to locate a quartz that gave me the perfect balance I so much wanted. And because Benjamin listened carefully to my vision, each stone was perfectly fabricated to showcase its beauty and the multi surfaces that make up my kitchen came together exactly as I had hoped. Benjamin also communicated a price and schedule and delivered on both. The demo and install team was polite, clean, and finished their task before leaving for each day. My kitchen down time was minimal. I highly recommend them and look forward to having Euro Stone return for master bath remodel. read more

Dreadful experience with the company. The finished cabinets were delayed over 10 weeks (when the original quote estimated 3-4 weeks.) We understand that delays occur, but EuroStone basically ghosted us during these delays & provided few updates. Then, there were issues with the cabinet installation - feathering along bottom of brand-new cabinets, cabinet less than 30" to fit standard range, doors installed that hit new counters. Counters are also scratched & not properly treated post-installation. Despite us contacting the company to get these items fixed, very little done to help. We still have scratches in our counter & unsurprisingly, have been ghosted again. They are cheaper than Home Depot - but you get what you pay for or LESS. read more

One of these times they had an event in their showroom and they refused to help and handed me their business card and that is it.
