We took a shot and walked into McGrath Floor and Design and within 15 minutes had what turned out to be the solution. Rick let us take home his sample board to compare to our floor. It matched after we had spent 10 months of searching at many flooring businesses unsuccessfully to find a match. Laura ordered the product immediately and within less than a week we had the product. Rick spent the time detailing how we could fix the floor ourselves if we wanted. Instead, we used Rick's installer, Leo, and are glad we did. He was able to fix the floor with expertise and perfection. The follow up from Laura and Rick was amazing. They were all a pleasure to work with and we would recommend them to anyone.

But because our house needed some leveling before we could install we had plenty of time to shop, and we did. Originally we thought we might be able to save some money doing different flooring in parts of our house, but we really wanted wood throughout. At HB we were able to find a beautiful wood floor that we could afford to do the whole house. Just finished instillation, it's beautiful, we could not be happier with our selection. As everyone has noted Gabriel was super helpful & knowledgeable through out the whole process. We actually over estimated our wood by a lot! They were very fair in allowing us to return the unopened boxes. Our installers told us it was very good quality product and were surprised by what we paid. I got several excuses which would have been perfectly fine of they would have turned up to show my hired crew what was going on. At the end of doing business with ReFloor I got the impression that either they just weren't feeling the small job at my home, and had other lucrative offers; or, they wanted me to contract with a buddy of theirs. Either way, I'm currently worse than square one simply because I had to lay temporary flooring for fear of tripping, falling, punching a human sized hole through the subfloor and having to fight my way up like I'm Boba Fett crawling out of a sarlacc.
