They were very pleasant and gave an assessment based on initial appearance, a then discovered it was minor by comparison. They cut open the affected area, set up dehumidifiers and were done for the day an hour later. The dehumidifiers were removed yesterday. This family run business is great, very accommodating and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for your restoration jobs and would call them again for any future issues we may have.

The tech was prompt, courteous, and provided a good quote. We decided to go ahead and booked the cleaning appointment over the phone a few hours after the visit. I was told we were on the books, and would get a call the day before to nail down a specific time. Unfortunately, it took 4 phone calls to get ahold of someone. On the first call, Monique hung up on me. On the second call, she told me I should receive a call, text, and email from dispatch between the hours of 4pm and 5pm. This call took place at 4:45. I was never contacted by dispatch. I called again after 5 and got another worker who said she would take my information and have them call me in the morning. The morning of the cleaning, I called again since I hadn't heard anything still. I spoke with Monique again, who said she would reach out to the tech and management to call me, but that my appointment was on the books for that morning. About half an hour later, I got a call from management, who told me that they had me on the books for a different day. I told her that was unacceptable, as it was not the day we originally agreed on, and I had taken off work to be able to be home for this appointment. I told her also that Monique had told me I was on the books for that morning. The manager told me that Monique was not able to see any of that information, yet Monique was able to look at my appointment and address...I'm not sure which one was lying to me, but I don't appreciate being lied to by a business. The manager I spoke said she would check with the tech to see if he could squeeze me in today, and made it seem like she was doing me a favor. Eventually, I got a call from the tech that he would be coming in 30 minutes. The tech was prompt, courteous, and did a thorough job. I asked about the appointment time mix up and if they were really busy trying to squeeze me in, and he said my appointment was the only one he had today. The work done and cost of service are worthy of 5 stars, but I have to knock down the rating due to the poor communication, poor customer service, poor scheduling, and dishonesty about the appointment time.

My house was a complete wet disaster and I needed to get rid of the standing water that had caused a ceiling to fall and saturate my garage ceiling. Ryan contacted me within 30 minutes and after explaining my situation they arrived about an hour later. Ryan and Jason immediately assessed the damage, explained the process and then got to work. Within a couple hours they had removed all the water and begun removing the flooring. They then left and returned the next day to begin what would become a HUGE process. These guys are AWESOME, they handled everything including ordering a storage trailer and dumpster. Once they finished the 6 day process of exposing wet areas and drying they cleaned up everything and my house is now ready for contractors to come in and begin the rebuild. The speed, quality and professionalism that was exhibited by these 2 guys and their team was second to nobody! Had it not been for ServPro this disaster would have been a much bigger headache. They have handled everything including insurance documentation, which has made that painful process much easier. 100% AVOID this company. Our kitchen sink pipe burst which resulted in our floors, cabinets, and…read moreeverything else in between needing to be removed. The mitigation crew was very polite, did their job well, and even informed me of damage that they caused during the intitial demolition. After completed, my house was left with exposed wires, no floors, no dishwasher, no oven, etc... Their construction crew dragged their feet for over a month with no start of repairs. Ended up firing them and going with Action Restoration for repairs (Which was the best decision ever). ServPro agreed to give me my deposit back in exchange for the mitigation check from the insurance company. They dragged their feet again for over a month, ghosted me, refused to repair the damages their crew caused (even with proof), gave me conflicting information with all of the administration personell I was speaking with, caused lost of time and income because I work from home and was unable to do so. They then filed a claim with collections and lied to them, even though I had email receipts of them agreeing to swap checks. Due to them dragging their feet yet again, I had to pay another deposit out of pocket to Action Restoration. Long story short, do NOT use ServPro whatsoever!!

Quick response: I called and they answered and were able to set up an appointment the following day. 2. Timeliness: Preston actually arrived between 12-1pm like he said he was. 3. He came and took a look and offered his time and expertise to answer some of our mold questions. 4. He said our problem was small. Unfortunately, they only do tear out and drying, (which we were going to do ourselves) but not replace the sheet rock. 5.
