Not the mention he brought his dad and son out and none of them were wearing masks. *Found beer cans in the trailer that was used for the shingles, so drinking was being done on the job. *Wasn't even told when our appt was. I text supervisor to check on this and he said that he had us set up for a date that didn't even work for us, so we had to reschedule. *Truck shows up at our house the Thursday before our appt. and dropped of shingles, we were ever told anything about this so lucky we were home. *We had to be the communication between the insurance company and roofing company due to one party or both not communication back. *General lack of concern by the Supervisor and Owner. No to mention we are now going on over a year of dealing with this.

They removed the old gutters without any facia damage, cleaned the facias and installed new 6" seamless gutters, leaf-guards, downspouts and appropriate flow diverters. The installation and drain interfaces were all well engineered. Very thorough clean-up and disposal of old material for a very fair price. We will be using Wright as Rain LLC for annual gutter cleaning as we will be very happy for them to return to our home - Highly recommended.

Had a couple of bad spots (from mistakes by a previous roofer) and they replaced the decking as well. Complete tear off, new underlayment, Architectural shingles, ridge vents, cleanup, haul away, and they ran a magnet for the nails, all in two and a half days. Dowells are so easy to deal with, so professional, and such good folks. Do not even think of getting a new roof without consulting with Dowell Roofing.
