I was hesitant to call them at first because they did not have one single review on Yelp. However, on Google, they have well over 300-5 star reviews. With that being said, I called them on a Friday morning. They picked up within a couple of rings. They were actually going to send someone out to my place to evaluate my roof damage that day. Unfortunately, I was not available. So they came out on Saturday. They gave me two fair quote options. The first was they could repair it immediately, but the shingles would not 100% match. Option 2, delayed repair but with exact match shingles. I went with option two which was to get an exact match. They told me that they would need a day to find the exact match. Sunday night, I received a text that they would be out Monday afternoon to repair my roof. Unbelievably, I received a text Monday morning, telling me that they would actually be out a little sooner cause they were ahead of schedule. After a short while they sent me a text letting me know the repair was finished. My wife sent me some pictures and their work is flawless. The shingles are perfect match, and that area looks like it was totally unscathed. I am especially thankful for Nathalya who texted me with updates along the way and kept me informed at all times. Alex who gave me a very detailed inspection and professional opinion. MidSouth Construction installed a roof at our home in early 2025. In the 16 months since…read moreinstallation, we have experienced three separate leaks in three different areas of the house. They addressed two exterior leaks only after repeated pushing on our part. They completed one interior damage repair, but a second interior repair that MidSouth was responsible for was never scheduled despite our repeated requests. Since May 2025, we attempted to escalate to management at least three times. We were never provided contact information by either the project manager or the receptionist, and when we finally reached the office directly, we were told the Operations Manager would not speak with us. Management did not engage with us until July 2026, and only after we sent a formal written complaint. When they finally responded, their emails contained factual inaccuracies, including attributing statements to us that were never made and characterizing repair work as "courtesy visits in an effort to assist." Regardless of MidSouth's position on warranty coverage, the quality of customer service alone warrants this review. At no point in over a year did MidSouth proactively contact us with updates or solutions. Every step forward required us to initiate, often repeatedly.

We located Premier Roofing on the internet and it only took one call to get them out to the house. We wanted a premium roof and they put together a proposal for a GAF Timberline HD Architectual shingles roof system requiring 6 nails per shingle and premium GAF underlayment, edge trim, and ridge seal. The shingles are warranted to stay in place up to 130 mph. Chip and his team were easy to work with and did exactly what they promised to do, and more. Fast forward to December of 2023 when we experienced our first direct hit of a tornado in our 35 years of living here. Fortunately, the tornado lifted over the house as it passed, sparing us it's full force. We lost two 1/2 pieces of shingles that tore loose, leaving the other halves with nails on the roof. When I discovered one of the shingles and noticed where it came from, I called Chip and he sent Manny out to do a temperary waterproofing. The weather was sub-freezing and everybody had lost lots of their roofs. After the cold weather passed, Chip sent Manny out again and replaced the damaged shingles. He didn't charge us. Not the mention he brought his dad and son out and none of them were wearing masks. *Found beer cans in the trailer that was used for the shingles, so drinking was being done on the job. *Wasn't even told when our appt was. I text supervisor to check on this and he said that he had us set up for a date that didn't even work for us, so we had to reschedule. *Truck shows up at our house the Thursday before our appt. and dropped of shingles, we were ever told anything about this so lucky we were home. *We had to be the communication between the insurance company and roofing company due to one party or both not communication back. *General lack of concern by the Supervisor and Owner. I initially opted to wash my hands of this company and not leave a review but after finding out…read morefrom a friend they'd posted photos of our home on Facebook as examples of their work, I felt the need to chime in. The final paint job is not their work, it's mine, because his crew did a horrible job on it. Paint on the ceiling, all over the vanities in both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. I repainted and repaired nearly every surface they touched because whatever compound they used to patch holes started peeling from the walls (although they hadn't sanded or properly patched to begin with...merely painted over leaving huge marks all over our walls. Some holes weren't even patched and some screws were left sticking out--see pics.) Not to mention the fact you neglected to install gaskets on every single water fixture--three new faucets and all three leaked. Two new tub fixtures and both moved and had to be repaired after you left without completing a final walkthrough. My dad found two of the three drain pipes for the sinks leaking in the vanities. In the upstairs bathroom they'd actually installed the wrong size gasket. And they weren't just a little off; it was twice the size it should have been but instead of going out to buy the correct size to do it right, they shoved it in and left it. A toilet your crew left marked up with a black, hardened mess, deep scratches on our closet doors, terrible install on our kitchen backsplash? Even the small refund you ultimately paid us doesn't account for the time and work and additional contractor we had to bring in to fix what you did. Brand new vanities weren't covered before they painted, paint left on our new tile because they didn't cover the floor or take care around the shower surrounds--very basic things that ANY contractor should do, they didn't. They actually left a couple of trim pieces simply propped up against the wall and never bothered to attach them! A few weeks later, I was washing dishes at my kitchen sink and heard water trickling in the ceiling above me. After calling my husband down and trying to figure out what was going on, he suggested I go upstairs into the second bathroom All Trades renovated and pour water into the overflow drain. Sure enough--there was a huge splashing sound in the ceiling above him. Lucky for Jim and All Trades, we discovered their improper install before it was too late and yet another leak caused major water damage. I do NOT recommend this company. I also suggest you consider removing the photos of our home from your social media accounts as they do not accurately reflect the quality of your work.
