Both come out on sizzling plates and very hot, so be sure to wait to take the first bite, as tempting as it may be! The restaurant does fill up fast during peak hours so be prepared to wait in those time. However, I've noticed most people eat and leave so I don't think it'd take long to get a table, unless it's super busy. He even walked us out when we were leaving which was such a thoughtful gesture that really stuck to me. Alex made us feel more like friends than customers.
