Typical Chinese buffet. Ok if you crave multiple things and don't want to pay high bill. I came here Wednesday around 6pm. Restaurant wasn't full and I got seats right away. Staff quickly brings out drink and cleans plates. I tried probably almost half of the food. Some are okay, some are dry and hard to chew. Food is warm, not hot. The highlight is sushi bar: fresh and decent flavor. Lots of food has no label so you play guessing game. Restaurant is clean. I paid around $18 per person without drink and tax.

The service charge (that the manager said was a tip) and the receipt showing them asking for another tip.

Warning, Warning, Everyone be alert, I went there with my family to eat, when I received the bill (I had given the waitress a $25 tip already) I noticed a #17 service charge. I asked her what this was for and she said because we had more then 6 people. I went and asked to speak to the manager, a young and rude young man tells me that they charge everyone a service charge who have more then 6 people because sometimes people don't tip. so they charge a service charge, I told him that I gave the waitress $25 and if I should ask for my money back, being that they are automatically charging a tip and he said go ahead. On top of the charge, they ask for another tip when you get your receipt. I asked that where is a sign saying that they charge a service charge for tables with more than 6 people, and he said that they did not have to display it. The city needs to investigate this place for fraudulent practices and charging extra, in my opinion illegally.

This place was amazing! The ham was in a puddle of water. Just how I like it! The pudding was watery and the claims were amazing! The smell of the restaurant brought me back to when my mom would cook Chinese food for me as a child! 5/5 would recommend

I have been here many times on the weekend never had a issue. 5 of us went today and I was disgusted it wasn't even left over quality the food was cold and old. The customer service was horrible and no one bothered to ask how the food was when they took our plates away full. I have a video of a sugar dough ball that was so hard it sounded like wood

And it's the nicest place to eat in the casino. It's fairly expensive at $21.95 for dinner per person. You get $3 off that with your Lucky North card, and I also had an offer on my card for another $7 off. We also cashed in our points that were on our card to save a few more dollars, so we paid $30 total for the two of us, with non alcoholic drinks included. I'm vegetarian, and there's a lot of options for me. Off the top of my head, there's pizza, garlic sticks, salad, macaroni salad, soft pretzel sticks, fried mac and cheese, baked potatoes, rolls, spring rolls, and a make your own pasta station. Now, of all of that, the macaroni salad and the pretzel stick were good. The rest was just ok. There was also pimento macaroni and cheese, but I really didn't like that. And I didn't do the pasta station this time, but that is usually good. Like all buffets, it changes, so everything isn't available each time you go. On the dessert bar, there is an Oreo pie that I really like. I usually go get that first to make sure I get a piece, lol. Of the whole buffet, that is the one thing that I truly like. Everything is ok, but nothing is amazing. The pie is really good though. My husband is not vegetarian, and he is really why we come here. There's a much bigger selection for him, and I know he had prime rib. That was probably all he needed to be happy. :) I just found out that they have a brunch until 3pm on the weekends. I would prefer that, so we'll try to go earlier and get brunch next time.

On my most recent visit, during lunch time with friends, we all had the all-you-can-eat buffet, which is a great value at $13.99 (current price). The woman serving us was very generous with the portions and also made sure we had plenty of injera bread to eat with it (though there is also rice on the buffet if you prefer.) Although I don't know the names of any of the things I ate, there were mild and spicy options, several kinds of lentils, a kind of pureed chickpea dish, sauteed/braised greens and two kinds of mixed veggies - one with carrots and one with cabbage. Although the buffet is all-you-can-eat, we were all stuffed and just managed to eat what we were served. A few side notes: -- Hours here on Yelp say they open at 11 am which is incorrect. They open at 12 pm each day of the week. -- There is street parking and in this section of the city, it is still free! -- Seating in the front room inside can accommodate approx 20 people. On the day we visited, we were a group of 4, and several singles came in, and two other groups of 4, and the place was packed -- There are also several meat options on the buffet; if you want the meat the buffet price increases by $1 -- Beverages are all in bottles - water, sodas, etc -- This place uses disposable paper plates and plastic cutlery -- Don't forget to ask about the samosas! They have a veggie one and a meat one, and though we forgot and were too full, they looked and smelled amazing!

An Honest Texas de Brazil Review for Meat Eaters…read more If you're a committed carnivore looking for a place where meat is the star of the show and you leave feeling full and satisfied, Texas de Brazil delivers. It's not a subtle dining experience-it's a marathon of meats, and for the right diner, it is absolutely worth it. The Main Attraction: The Meats The core of the experience is the endless parade of gaucho carving flame-grilled meats directly onto your plate. The quality is consistently good to very good - not necessarily dry-aged, steakhouse level, but far above typical chain fare. · Standouts: The Picanha is the signature must-try--juicy, flavorful, and perfectly salted. Another winner: Fraldinha, or bottom sirloin. Lamb chops are often excellent, and the parmesan-crusted pork loin is a surprise favorite for many. Bacon-wrapped chicken and filet mignon are reliably tender. * The Strategy: Make judicious use of the coaster provided-green for "go," red for "stop." Pace yourself. If something sounds less than thrilling to you (plain chicken, sausages), give it a pass and save room for the premium cuts. If you like something so much, feel free to ask for doneness or a specific cut. The Salve for the Savvy: The Salad & Sides Bar Salad bar is a huge understatement; it's a legitimate feast in and of itself. And includes more than 50 items: High-value items include smoked salmon, premium cheeses like manchego and buffalo mozzarella, salami, prosciutto, steamed asparagus, hearts of palm, and seafood salads. · Pro-Tip: One smart visit includes a first trip to the salad bar for these gourmet items only; avoid filling up on leafy greens or pasta salads. The hot sides, brought to the table-especially those garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas-are delicious complements to the meat. The Value Proposition/The Crucial Question For a dinner price that's usually $55-$65 per head, depending on the location and date, it's good value if approached strategically. Worth it if: You have a big appetite and you like variety, and you'll focus on the higher-end meats and salad bar delicacies. It's also fantastic for any celebrations if you want a boisterous, indulgent atmosphere. Not worth it if: You're a light eater, like your steakhouse meal quiet and a la carte, or won't eat enough to make the upfront cost worthwhile. Drinks and dessert are extra; both can greatly increase the bill. The Vibe & Service Expect a busy, energetic atmosphere-it's not an intimate, quiet spot. Generally efficient, attentive service. With constant meat servers, you're never waiting long if your coaster is on green. Final Verdict for Meat Eaters: Delicious? Yes. The sheer variety of well-seasoned, freshly grilled meats is a carnivore's dream. The highlights-Picanha, lamb-are genuinely delicious. Worth it for most diners? For its target audience-absolutely. Go in with the right mindset: This is about abundance, not finesse. Arrive hungry, ignore the filler, pay attention to the premium offering, and you'll walk away satisfied that you received value for money spent in quality and quantity. It's a reliably great option for a special night out where the goal is to feast without limits.

My chair was adjacent to the area where waitresses were dropping off dirty bar glasses.clinking; sloppyz; waitress actually reached over me to put something in the table with the dirty glassware ; gave her a look and she apologized. Salad bar was good., waitress initially was cheerful when we were seated; gave the usual info and asked if medium rare was ok as all our meat is done that way . No meat arriving for a very long time. No one in the dining room if you looked around. Eventually flank steak arrived ; medium but ok . Then a huge lapse with no meat . About that time waitress arrived with mashed and bananas. Better late than never! Asked if we had gotten what we wanted for meat... we did get one piece each of hammered filet in the interim. We told her we're wanted piqueno (Brazilian cut) and flank steak and wanted medium rare as she had outlined . Her response was al"well there are a lot of people here tonight who want medium well and well done" and sooooooooo. We told her that was not an acceptable answer. She must have gotten the manager who arrived with the Brazilian cut himself and cut it himself. Shortly after medium rare flank steak arrived. Dessert and coffee/tea not offered...can't imagine why not! Don't let the door hit you in the way out. Ughhh...

We had barely finished eating and weren't planning to linger but apparently finishing our drinks and chatting for five minutes was a bit too much for him.
