We needed it to be done in a manner that met our high standards and done in a reasonable amount a time as a member of our household is disabled and we wanted to keep disruption to a minimum. From start to finish, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to getting every aspect of the project just right even when initial work did not come out just right. They took our requirements and turned them into reality, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Not only is the finished space beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, but the ICO team was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process--keeping things clean, communicating clearly, and staying on track. My mother is pleased and relieved. We are absolutely thrilled with our remodeled home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch work. Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

First of all, I love Master Crafter Tile & Bath! Andy and Alex are amazing!…read more I'll start by saying when I looked to do this remodel for my dad's bathroom I had a few companies that responded with similar and reasonable quotes... but I just really liked Andy. He seemed to be down to earth and honestly was the first one to reach out to me and was at my house on the same day giving a quote. Andy and Alex are fair priced, punctual, knowledgeable, clean (as clean as one can be during construction), respectful, creative and all-around great guys. They communicated everything (timing, cost, start, finish). They worked hard (even thru the weekend), stayed on schedule and they completed the project one day earlier than thought. How refreshing! Alex did a great job with his creativity in blending some of the floor material with the shower tile to break it up and give it some character. I appreciated his ideas. During the construction I was worried about our two fur babies, very curious cats. You know they get into everything. I was pleased as a pet owner, the crew made sure the cats did not escape. After I had paid and the project was essentially by definition done, but not 100%. I could've done the final touches (shower rod, touch up painting, cabinet knobs, sealing the new tile).... But Andy did return to finish and complete all of it. He also took out an extra 15 minutes of his day to install a new fan I bought for my bedroom at no cost, just being a nice guy. Thanks for going above and beyond! I've been ghosted by so many companies... after the job is done and they've been paid, all of the sudden it's like they don't know you. To say I'm beyond satisfied is an understatement!! I recently had a horrible experience with a large company and was completely put off so finding someone that I respected and liked, was very important to me. And honestly I'd rather give my money to a local small business anyway. I will be using their services in the future for any projects that I might have. It's hard to find companies these days that truly care, do things the right way, in a nice way and without being preyed upon financially. Again, REFRESHING! Thank you, Andy and Alex for making this remodel experience a good one. I can't wait to see my dad's reaction to his new and safe bathroom space. Andy, the owner, consulted with us throughout the remodel. We highly recommend the company and now we are going to have them remodel our kitchen too.
