His crew destroyed our home and used/stole a few of our personal items without permission. We got the owner Mark involved who sent a new crew who was unfortunately just as incompetent. They rushed the entire bathroom renovation so poorly we had them redo a few bathrooms which were still not up to par. We now are a few months past our renovation and have noticed our bath tub is leaking due to poor install and all of the caulking in our master bathroom has started to crack. I have recaulked everything myself and it looks so much better. We resolved several plumbing issues with a legitimate plumbing company who was able to confirm the bathrooms were done incorrectly. The worst part was after all of these headaches, the owner still insisted we pay full cost for the project. I'm 7 months pregnant and the amount of inconvenience and stress this has put on myself is absolutely ridiculous. Please be more mindful when picking a remodel company. It became clear that the people they hire have no experience, they are all just friends and family members of the owners. Additionally, I have seen bad reviews like these pop up but very shortly they are removed which explains their 5 star average. I hope this review stays up long enough for someone to be able to see it and be warned.

Right away, I was impressed by Grant's professionalism. After a few minutes of standard pleasantries, he got right down to business. We spent about a half hour walking through each room in my home, talking through what I wanted to do. Based on the walkthrough, Grant quickly turned around a detailed bid, and we started the project shortly thereafter using the bid as our project plan. In addition to the initial walk-through, I worked with Melissa on a number of aesthetic selections. One area where Melissa played a crucial role was the layout for the master bathroom. I knew the existing layout utilized the space very poorly, but I had no idea how exactly to rearrange everything. Melissa came back with 3 options (one of which we moved forward with), and I know I would never have ended up with the design we landed on without her help. Due to my short timeframe, we started the project without drawings or precise plans (other than what was prepared for the initial bid). Tyler was incredibly adept at reacting quickly during the project, especially when last minute changes were needed. Overall, we finished within the agreed upon timeframe, and only exceeded the original budget for items I added during the project. All the subs they brought in were great, especially the painters and tile guys.
