My delight over this location quickly waned when I walked in the door. The countertop for food prep was littered w food remnants from meals, smoothies made before my visit. If the staff was berries deep in a mad rush due to a crowd or numerous orders, I could understand the mess. I was the only customer inside. The lights over the food prep area were covered in a THICK layer of linty dust . The food bins looked nearly w. crumbs and sticky-looking surface yucked up. Extra charge I believe I am a pretty reasonable person but c'mon I really like this place but I will pass from now on and take my friends families somewhere else I asked for "make your own bowl", so I asked for açaí, granola, 3 fruits which were were banana, strawberry, mango, 3 toppings which were Nutella, chia seeds and almonds slices I did asked for extra Nutella. And gave them a tip. I received the bowl which looked great but no chia seeds, hardly any Nutella, and an extra charged for almond sheds. When I asked for the extra charge they says it was bcz extra Nutella, which I asked where was the extra Nutella CZ there was hardly any Nutella, and absolutely no chia seeds, the girl turned around and left me standing. I think this place is great in terms of the business concept and the food, etc. if you're a health nut, this is for you. However, too many options makes it a little too hectic and all over the place. You have juices, smoothies, parfaits, bowls, foods, the list goes on. Because I was behind a family of 4, who ordered a variety of things- my two juices took about 25 minutes to make. Also, I paid $17 for both of them.... But I didn't even get my drinks after that wait because it was too long. I went in today and ordered a healthy Elvis smoothie. I got there a little after it opened hoping it wouldn't be busy but it was actually pretty busy. The employee at the register was very sweet and explained the menu to me since it was my first time. I ended up going with the healthy Elvis since it had a chocolate and peanut butter with protein powder and bananas.
