I would have given this place 4 stars if not for a serious issue with communication and attention to detail from the staff. Our waitress was great, but I ordered a soy latte due to lactose intolerance. When the drinks arrived, mine had whipped cream, so I asked for a second one with soy milk and no whipped cream, my fiance kept the first drink. I overheard the waitress clearly repeat the order, but the bartender said they were out of soy milk--and admitted the original drink had been made with whole milk. This was extremely concerning. I was served dairy without being informed, which can make me sick. The waitress was apologetic, but this kind of mistake should never happen. Staff should never substitute ingredients--especially allergens--without communicating with the customer first. If I had a dairy allergy rather than intolerance, this could have been a much more serious situation. This felt careless, irresponsible, and unprofessional. Clear communication about ingredients and substitutions is essential in food service.

It the staff but you can hear everything like people's utensils siting the plate and loud talking, but that is most likely because the location is small so you can hear everything. The parking in front may be hard but they have parking the rear of the location. The prices are responsible and they give large portions, you won't be upset. I would recommend pops cafe to anyone, we love this spot.
