Look at the tough guy trying to sound professional, lol. Only took him how long to come with those words, and he's supposed to be a rapper, stop it. You a clown. So now lifetime warranty does or doesn't apply? Because it was a year warranty when I talked to you scary kid. Make up your lying mind. You filled the hole with bondo, unprofessional, poor work, he's a phony, It ain't over.... Bo is a BUM! He has ZERO knowledge, expertise or any sort of training whats so ever. The lying bum said he would reinforce the license plate holes in my bumper so it wouldn't dimple or concave overtime, charged me $300 extra for it. 2 years later, guess who has a dimple because the lying lazy fool didn't reinforce it?! In fact, Bo doesn't DO anything except overspray your car, leave clear coat drips and misses paint in areas. He DOES NOT prep any car, AT ALL, the shop next to him does all the masking, prep, bondo, all the work basically, they push the car back into his paint booth that he rents out to everyone, the booth, that was basically given to him, a friend literally left and gave it to him, again, he has only been doing this "job" for 5 years, NO training! He then just paints what the other company prepped, he uses too much clear coat and just lets dried clear coat drip everywhere. Doesn't wet sand, polish, nothing, paints, over sprays, leaves dried clear drips and gives your car back dirty because he works in an alley. Now I text the cool guy that calls everyone "Champ" for some stupid reason to explain the issue and get it fixed. He doesn't respond, texts days later and literally says "does Walmart answer the phone on Sunday?" Ummmm, yes, idiot, they do! No excuse not to return a text, you own a business, Do YOUR JOB! Anyway, he starts rambling about how his warranty is 1 year, needs to talk to his "guy" (next door) even though he said lifetime warranty, he then gets an attitude and says "that's all I have to say", no responsibility, apology, try to fix it, nothing, just being his lazy, do as little as possible self. So....I highly suggest going ANYWHERE, except to this clown, he allows his son to work on other people's cars as practice without their knowledge or consent, pretending to be a dad, lol. He had pictures up, maybe he took them down because he realized what idiot allows a kid to work on someone else's car when he has ZERO experience, just like his daddy, we think, maybe, we don't know. Where do I even start!!!! So, my sister recommended Bo to me and said this guy is an excellent Collision Repairer, great customer service, friendly, response fast, tells it like it is, and most importantly... he is HONEST! And all is TRUE and more! There aren't to many Bo's out there. Don't judge me but I've been to Luxury Sport Auto Collision three times this year (Note: None were my fault) and each time has been a positive experience. :) 1. March 2016-Rear-End on the 405 Fwy 2. September 2016-Hit and Run (sideswiped) 3. October 2016- Because the driver in front of me failed to properly and safely secure his load, a ladder fell off his truck and tumbled towards my car while driving on the 405 fwy. Damaged the front grill of my car, broke my radiator and headlights etc. Really caused damaged to my car. I'm extremely happy with the service and quality work that I received at Luxury Sport Auto Collision. Bo and his team were great and kept me updated with every step of the way. Definitely my go-to place for an auto repair and there's a reason why this place has 5 stars. All I can say is I was blessed to be recommended to him. So happy! read more

Bo is a true professional! I had two cars fixed through him and both experiences were so great. Some awesome member of society hit my car in a parking lot and left. They scraped up the entire driver side of my Lexus. I had to go through my insurance because the damage was nearly $5K. Bo picked up my car from my house and took it to his shop. He helped me every step of the way to deal with my insurance, and make sure everything worked out. The second car is my dad's Mustang convertible. The front bumper and headlights had to get replaced. Both cars came out perfectly, but more importantly - the customer service was amazing. It's hard to find people out there you can trust, particularly being a female dealing with cars. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my decision to hire Gr1nd City Auto to do the bodywork/repairs on my car after my accident in March 2020. This was the first accident I've ever experienced. Therefore, I felt very lost immediately after the accident had occurred. Thankfully, this collision shop was referred to me by a close friend. Bo kindly reassured me the day of my accident, as well as throughout the whole process that my car was in good hands. Fortunately, I had my car back in less than three weeks!
