I really wish I could give less than one star but unfortunately that's not possible. This place is honestly terrible. Their front desk people are absolutely insufferable and difficult to deal with. They had my vehicle for well over two weeks and when they installed the parts they were unaligned with major gapping and no alignment at all. Unfortunately I had to go up to the owner to have these issues fixed and even then I still had to take my vehicle to the dealership to get fixed correctly. Not to mention they don't inform you entirely of what was and what wasn't fixed. My attorney referred me here and I wish she didn't because it was absolutely horrible and am still paying for out of pocket issues that they missed and did not inform me of. read more

Setco has been servicing my auto/body needs since 2017. They are a 5 star service. The body work is always impeccable and looks like factory new. The job timing is fast. They handle all the insurance back and forth so its not a headache for you. If your going out of pocket, the prices are extremely fair. The customer service and communication is top notch. And most importantly, they don't bs you like every other auto/body regarding extra services you "need" just to make money off you. Very straightforward and honest people. I brought my car in with what I thought was an issue and they tore apart my rear bumper , and nothing was wrong and I was just dumb and somehow turned off my sensors for rear back up. Cristal in the front is awesome. Their estimators are awesome. I drive an explorer but the cars I saw there were so next level which shows that people from all levels financially trust this shop. This is my first time working with Setco and my experience with Setco is outstanding. I'm not a car person so every time when I have to deal with my car, I would get nervous. However, Setco helps to ease my worriness away with their amazing customer service. Every time I call them to ask for an update, they are always helpful and answer all my questions. Even though I know they are a busy body shop; however, due to my situation, I had to ask them if they could expedite my service. Whatever you do, do NOT visit this shop. After my vehicle was struck while parked I was referred to this place by someone on the scene and with it being a Friday late afternoon I didn't want to stress finding a shop open. They accepted my vehicle as I waited for the claims adjuster as the dude who hit my vehicle wasn't insured. Once the claims adjuster took a look at it, it all seemed very simple. Tie rod inner and tire. According to Geico they were given the go ahead. I let them know to not worry about the small body work that need to be addressed as the vehicle needed to be back by a certain time and I'd fix that later (truck had a non refundable Baja Trip coming up and I didn't want to wait on body work). I took a look at the parts needed and ordered them myself just to have backups. It took 2 days to receive these parts. I contacted them Friday and they assured me they'd have her done. I waited a few days and contacted them on Tuesday to get an update (keep in mind this is a fix I've done on many trail runs in 30-45 minutes.. I'm kicking myself for not just taking care of it myself but wanted to go through the proper insurance channels incase some other damage reared it's ugly head later, like a steering rack, etc) Tuesday I believe Chris or mike or John, who knows told me no problem parts have been ordered. They list the inner rod / outer rod, and tire as parts ordered. I find that funny as the outer rod is so reinforced it would be comical it would bend. I contact the shop that makes the outer rod and they inform me NO ONE has contacted them or ordered anything. Another RED FLAG. Friday I call and speak with John and tell him I HAVE all the parts, I will bring them to the shop Saturday so Monday you can do the install. Saturday I show up and have to walk them through what the install will need (SIMPLE). Kicking myself for not doing it there myself as after explaining to them how to swap a tie rod I lost complete faith in the ability of this shop. I get John's cell as I was tired of the run around from the receptionist. I text him Monday to get an update and he informs me he's just waiting on a tire. I tell him no need, I have one.. that's not an issue. Heck, there's 2 full size spares in the bed of the truck he can use. I shoot him another text letting him now I'm picking up the truck Tuesday morning and wanted another update, he stops replying. I drive my rental car I've exhausted by now past their shop Monday night after work and see nothing has happened with my truck, discouraging but probably for the better as the capabilities of this shop are shocking, and not in a good way. Keep in mind they had PLENTY of time to snap photos of my truck for the Instagram stories they'd post. Tuesday I show up to a poor soul in their storage area rebuilding his own bike as it had been sitting there for over 3 months... I felt this guys pain. Not only that there's a woman who's rental allowance has run out and was also attempting to pull her vehicle out of there. After more run around and John avoiding me I finally am able to get my keys as I had my OWN tow truck coming to pick it up to move shops. Here's the kicker... storage fees. They told me there's a $200 A DAY storage fee. Keep in mind this shop has been giving me the run around since the day GEICO gave them the go ahead to order parts / fix the truck. On top of that a $550 tow fee for a 3 mile tow (my tow from their shop to another , same distance and much more capable, was a third of that). It was comical. I truly feel sorry for anyone who goes through SETCO that isn't in a position to afford paying a ransom to get their vehicle back. I get the storage fee down a bit but still pay just to get the heck out of there and never see this shop again. If you want to support a shop who's business model is to give you the run around until you finally can't take anymore and will pay whatever it takes to get your vehicle out of there, this is the shop for you. I'd be highly suspect of any positive reviews as when I mentioned "SETCO" to any reputable shop now they give me a look and a laugh. I didn't leave empty handed though. I had a $1400 cup of terrible coffee and the warm fuzzy feeling of knowing I paid their Accountat's G WAGON monthly note most likely. Like I said, AVOID at all costs. read more
