COVID-19 warning. No face mask worn by owner or over half the employees. The ones that did have masks had them around their chin. Also one of the dirtiest and most disgusting shops I have been in. My vehicle smelled of cigarettes, old grease, and body oder when I received it. There was additional trash in my vehicle as well as a thick layer of oil residue inside and out. I nicely requested him to supply me with the removed body panels (legal right) because I was going to reuse some of them. He supplied them, but not after this workers had thrown them around and dragged them on the ground, rendering them almost completely useless to me. Work performed was barely acceptable. Owner does not remember conversations you have, does not listen to concerns you have, and has terrible communication. At one point, I left him a voice message to call me back. 3 weeks later he did call, only to threaten that he was going to sell my truck if I didn't call him back... also he confirmed that he received my msg from 3 week prior. After two supplement/ repair cycles lasting over 2 months, there is still damage. He claims "he can't fix what he does not see". Well he must be blind. Without removing anything additional from when I received the truck, I found 3 additional problem areas that are clear as day. He plays too many games and always makes it sound like he is the hero that is helping you out. Be careful if you don't know anything about vehicles, he will take advantage of you, your time, and your insurance company. read more

The service was great! Ray helped me get original Audi parts and installed them for me for much less than the dealer. I hit scrap metal which tore the pan underneath my car and he knew exactly how to get it fixed and for the right price. I did not have a good experience. I was constantly quoted different days on when my car would be ready. Then towards the end once they assembled my car, I was told a supplemental part would need to be ordered and they would need to obtain additional approval from my insurance company and couldn't move forward. I informed my insurance company of this and they immediately contacted the shop telling them they could continue with the repairs. It took them 4 weeks (1 week was a waiting period for insurance approval) to complete my car for a $3000 repair job. Then at the end after I picked up my car at night, I noticed two small scratches on the driver side. I informed my insurance company who contacted the shop. I was then contacted by the shop and advised to bring my vehicle by so they could assess the damage. When I took my car to the shop to look at the scratches, Lena tried to insinuate that the scratches were on my car before I brought my car to the shop. She then stated she would need to contact my claims adjuster to have him forward over the photos he took of my vehicle. I've yet to hear from them and it's been two weeks. Furthermore, I purchased my car on a Mon and got in the accident on a Wed. I dropped my car off to the shop on that following Monday. My car was brand new. It had no scratches whatsoever on it at all. To insinuate there was damage prior to dropping the car off was absurd. This is absolutely ridiculous and their customer service is horrible. I would not recommend you taking your car to them if you value your vehicle and good work. read more

After being T-boned my car was brought here. Pretty bad damage but Ray did an amazing job! My car is beautiful again. He fixed everything and even showed me the receipts from Honda. All of my replacement parts are original. My car took a little longer to fix than I had expected but worth the wait! Ray even explained to me how the insurance process works. When I got my car back from H&R I felt like i had a brand new car!! The back quarter of my car had been hit, including my tire, rear passenger door and bumper. All paint was perfectly matched, new tire put on, and a new rim perfectly matching the other 3. H&R went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. I can't rate them high enough. BIG CAUTION!!! - SHOULD AVOID THIS SHOP TO SAVE YOURSELF UNNECESSARY PAINS IN THE BUTT LATER. AFTER ALL THERE ARE PLENTY OF QUALIFIED SHOPS OUT THERE TO CHOOSE FROM, don't just trust what they say, but you should do your due deligence. Recently had our car repaired there for a front end damage and rear bumper touch ups and the repairs took 40+ days and we ended up having to pay for part of the rentals out of pocket because of their delaying. Our car started squeaking after their repairwork, when the car just starts rolling and especially cornering at even 2mph and the shop troubled shot and couldn't find out exactly where under the front hood the noises are coming from. We had to take the car back also because the bumper and body were at least 3/8" out of alignment, which they should have seen in the first place, and they did later correct by replacing the still damaged molding behind the bumper, but they couldn't fix the front left light that didn't turn when I steered (AFS error came on). Their "OLD" techs argued for a moment that lights don't turn when you steer. They ended up towing my car to Van Nuys Lexus to get the front light steering motor assembly corrected but refused to take my car back to their shop to continue trouble shooting the squeaky noises issue. After they were dragging their feet for days, we had to pick up our car from the dealer which still squeaks now ARGHH!!! I am now considering legal actions against them. Oh btw, they think their paint job looks good but they really haven't seen a quality paint job yet. They also insisted we pay for the deductibles and additional repairs in CASH which we had agreed and we did. TAKING OUR CAR TO THIS SHOP WAS OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE read more

The woman at the front desk has the worst customer service skills possible, her tone of voice immediately lets you know that you have inconvenienced her. Never mind I brought them my business right? Took a small break during work to get an update on my car, was placed on a ridiculously long hold, only for someone else to simply tell me it might possibly be ready next week... It's been 3 months as of September 2015, and the only explanation as to why it's been taking so long is because they sometimes only work on any given car for 4 hour per day... Went on a surprise visit to inspect the progress on my car and found one of their grease monkeys had left one of their dirty tools inside & laying on my back-seat! Their excuse was that they would be having my car detailed before it was returned to me... It's a given when you get into an accident your life & commute to work will get hampered, but these people have no concept or care in the world as to how it really affects you, either way they are getting their money from the insurance company right? STAY AWAY from here & save yourself the headache, you are NOT a priority at this Body Shop, just another number for them to make a profit from. read more
