Brought my vehicle for several issues and had an excellent experience. Nerses was great to work with. He took the time to hear our concerns and called after every step to keep us informed and updated. Pricing was very fair and better than other shops we've been to. The work was completed in a timely manner, and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend this place! read more

I've been going there for years! Vic and Nic are very responsive, kind and get the job done! I always leave feeling confident that my car is taking care of. I've been here for oil changes, replacing a windshield and fixing my car after a major accident. They returned it back to me looking brand new! I highly recommend them! read more

My car's bumper was scraped. I was told 2 days. They did it in 1 and threw in repairing a few nicks I had around the car. The bumper looked absolutely perfect. thanks Guys! read more

Consistency in service is important to me & Nick & his servicemen are wonderfully consistent. I was in for my scheduled oil change, when I asked if they could restore the clarity of my headlights; not only did they do an excellent job but the price was more than reasonable. Another good visit to So Cal Collision! Couldn't be more pleased & will be back soon for some minor body work I'd like to have fixed up. Thanks guys!! read more

My car was hit on the right pumper when I parked at my friend house. Hit & Run , No notes left, No apologies , smh. There's million collision shop out there, I'm so confused, I got google /Yelp help me the Best 10 Collision Auto Shop in March 2019. Right up front, SoCal Collision Center stand out with 200 plus yelp reviews 5 stars . I read every one and I decide this is the ONE. Finally I visited the place on 3/11/19 , I have the opportunity to meet TIM, The Shop owner , down to earth young man , very polite, attentive & his quotation very reasonable. I dropped my car today at 9.00am and surprised It's ready at 3pm. The damages were erased, the new paint so smooth and the best it's lifetime warranty. TIM & his worker delivered the car to my house, so unexpected. I'm so thrilled, the job perfectly well done BUT customer service from TIM beyond my imagination. to TIM & the worker , I'm so glad I have found SoCalCollision Center when I needed the most. If you need collision repair , please give a visit to Socal Collision Center, You will not disappoint. read more

JACKS THE BEST! I waited for a tow truck to get me. My car was bleeding radiator fluid all over the floor. As I waited, I pondered deep thoughts about humanity, and how I wasn't going to be able to visit my friend whose cancer was worsening. My heart was aching. Then the tow truck arrives, and the Tow man was all like "YO, MAN. You got a body shop. I know the best guy. Trust me bro!" In my head I'm thinking "Great, this guys getting commission. Why's he trying so hard? Definite red flag ... However, something about him reminds me of friends I have back home... The media portrayal of crooked car people put me in defense mode but something about him and the situation made me want to just trust and believe in something so badly... So I went with his recommendation." Jack and his crew were nothing but nice to me. He took care of me and my car like family. He drove me home, dropped my car off at the car rental near me, catered to my schedule so it would be convenient for me. It's been a few months since my accident. No noise from the vehicle, nothing wrong mechanically, great paint job. Jack is very professional and the coolest guy. I highly recommend him and his shop. read more

I recently brought my SUV to So Cal Collision after I backed into a concrete wall, and the wall won. They were FANTASTIC! I read the Yelp reviews, called them up and they said come right on over (other places I called either never answered or said they could not take me for another week or so as it was Thanksgiving week). Vic was the man! He took charge right away, calling my insurance company, helping me with a rental car, and making sure the car was ready as soon as possible. He even repaired a small dent on the gas tank opening at no charge - I didn't even ask him to fix it - they just took care of it! Now that's customer service! They kept me informed better than my insurance company, calling me to give me updates and checking to make sure I was happy. This is a gem of a collision center. Not that I want to come back, but if I should ever get into an accident again, So Cal Collision Center has my business (and tons of referrals!). If you live in the Valley, THIS is the place to have your vehicle repaired! read more

I hate getting my car fixed, but I love taking it here. Whether it's for engine or body work, they are always kind and accommodating. They charge fair prices, and have me in and out as quickly as possible. They're also extremely communicative, making sure I'm always in the loop as to my car's status. I will never take my car anywhere else. There's truly no need. Do yourselves a favor: give them your business. read more

I was recommended by a family friend and I am glad I chose So Cal Collision Center to fix my son's car. From the first conversation, I could tell Nerses was honest and not someone to overcharge for his services. I am satisfied with the excellent, fast service and affordable price. read more

I have been going to Nerses for 8 or 9 years, since I moved to the valley and I must say he is awesome! He is always available and works with my schedule. He is a straight forward mechanic only doing work that I have authorized and that which he has informed me about. I have never felt that he was trying to get over on me. Along with notifying me of what may need to be repaired, he also suggests repair options, with regards to helping me stretch my dollar. Sometimes repairs can be costly and I appreciate that he is not just looking to make a quick buck and is genuinely concerned about keeping me as a customer. I will continue to give Nerses my business as he is a top shelf, A grade mechanic. He is 100% ... Honest, kind, and available. read more

Another well deserved five star for this shop. The two most important factors to a good repair is the mechanical and the paint job, then come the rest. As far as mechanical is concerned - there is absolutely no doubt in So Cal Collision's ability as these guys are masters when it comes to it. I just recently had my brand new pearl white SUV, which was side swiped from the front end to rear end, repaired here and the only worry I had was the paint as it was pearl white in color. The repair turned out incredible and the paint job, exceptional! Could not even tell differences vs adjacent panels it was so good. They will always have my business when it comes to mechanical maintenance, and any body repairs which I may need. Will be sure to recommend to others also. read more

If you need you car fixed, painted, bodywork, oil change this is the place to come to! They will help you with what you need and if they can't help with a certain problem then they will tell you where to go. They are professional and nice! read more

Both my wife and I have been going to this place for almost a decade. When you find a good and honest mechanic, you hold on to him! Impeccable honesty, and always suggest the best and most cost-effective option. They never try to find "extra" things that needs to be repaired. Instead you get an honest assessment of what parts should be replaced and what parts still has life in it. Service is fast and reliable, and above all honest! read more

I had a very small dent on my driver's side door. As anyone who's had a door dent can attest, it unfortunately requires either the front panel or the rear door to be repainted as well to make the paint match. Consequently, this results in some eye-poppingly high estimates from every body shop I approached. SoCal Autobody worked with me and came in about 20% lower than everyone else. They were prompt (estimated 3 days, came back in 2) and friendly. I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because the shop is a little lacking in terms of presentation and professional appearance (No waiting area, just basically a two door garage on Oxnard amid 100 similar looking businesses.) But the work was top notch, there is no evidence of the dent and the paint looks perfect. I would definitely go back with any other auto body needs. read more

If you are coming here to get just an estimate, do not. They told me they charge $15 for an estimate, which will be deducted from my repair cost if I choose to go with them. I obviously did not pay for this. Seriously, why do I need to waste $15 to learn if they can give me a good repair price or not, while other body shops give free estimates. read more

I had the back bumper fixed on 2 cars and can't be happier. Both were done in a few days and I can't tell either one was damaged. One car has a plastic bumper that was torn and they were able to fix it and not replace it (that doesn't make sense to me they can but do it to save cost). I hope I never have to see them again but if something happens to my car they will be my first choice. read more

So long story short for a 5 star review! Family been using this shop and the services they provide for about 25yrs now :) Me, I've been using it for about 8yrs now Trust me, I tried going somewhere else just to see the difference and quality for the work done, it was a break pad replacement, I end up bringing the car here to redo the job as the other place I wanted to try charged for for top quality pads and installed cheap ones, with this shop , honesty and transparency for quality work is part of their business integrity. Now I bring all my body shop jobs over here, they give you exact time for end of job date, they keep you in the picture of all the updates regarding your car, they work with the insurance and save you the hustle of wasting time , they provide you with a rental car and there is no short cuts or redo's with the paint and body jobs they perform . I would like to thank them for keeping a small business at a dealership level faculty and service :) read more

Nerses and Jack are the best at what they do. Very friendly and experienced guys who run this shop w precision and knowledge in identifying all the problems. They have a full service mechanic shop for almost all vehicle engine issues and also do great body work if you ever need repairs or auto parts. They are honest and reliable which is the most important trait you can have in a mechanic/body shop. I trust them with all my cars and would highly recommend them to everyone. Even if its a bit of a drive or not within your area, it is worth the drive to get to professionals who you can rely on with all your vehicle needs. Excellent service! read more

My car broke down on the freeway this morning and the tow guy recommended this place. I can see that it's a no-nonsense place; I wasn't handed a laundry list of things I needed to fix "today". He Identified the problem in five minutes and my car was up and running within an hour. Amazing! I might start making the trek down to T&N for routine repairs, Its worth the longer drive for the rarity of an honest and reliable mechanic... read more

Five Stars for sure, for the excellent Service,if I could, for me it would be 10 Stars!!! I'm a customer for 12 years. Since I'm not driving a new car, Nerses saved me so many times when I needet a quick repair.I don't know what I would do without him?? Guess, taking the bus!! It is very difficult to find a friendly professional and honest Mechanic like Nerses. His work and prices are better then any other Dealership.I recommend this place to all my friends, who also love his Bodyshop .It"s hard to match color, but he get's the job done. They did my bumper. Lexus hs300. Fair negotiation, price and ultimately a great job. Highly recommend.

Nerses has been our family mechanic for years and years. His prices are good and he is good at explaining any problems with the car. He is also great in that you can bring the car by for an oil change and he'll check it without charging unless there is a problem you want him to repair. I've brought it in many times and been told nothing was wrong -- compare to a dealership where they try to scare you into a bunch of extra service. We are really thankful for him. read more
