I had a amazing experience yesterday. I took my company truck to this place, within 24 hours they not only fixed the problem, they fixed everything else in my truck with very reasonable price. The staff very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for all your mechanical needs , from simple issues to the most complex problems, from Toyota to BMW, Mercedes, and the most luxury vehicles. I give them 5 star plus. read more

The most honest and best work you can get done on your vehicle. I've been there for mechanical issues and also now body shop work. They made my car look like brand new from an accident. There isn't enough that I can say about the owner and his whole team, top notch work, honesty, and professionalism. And they are priced just right. they are always upfront with what's wrong with your vehicle and what it's going to cost you. They have worked on my hybrid and also on a regular engine car that we have. read more

Come in ask for Saro the owner. One of the most up front genuine guys I know. ( and yes I'm saying this about a car shop and the owner and their ethics ) which we all know this business is notoriously known only for the opposite. Only making this place look that much better in reality. He has done everything from rebuild a transmission for a Mercedes E 500 for me on to brakes and oil changes and transmission oil changes to resetting that evil notification sensor and today a quick smog check i came in with no appointment and i was in and out. Thanks again guys in the future when i need just routine maintenance or repair i will not think twice to stop by. read more

Had a horrible experience with this shop, hence the 1-star review. If I could, I would have given them 0. This place was recommended to us by friends, so people have had good experience here, just not us. My husband took my car in to diagnose a problem. After checking a couple of things, we were told that we need to take the car to the dealer to diagnose the problem there, but they did suspect what the dealer eventually confirmed. At that time we were quoted $500 to fix the problem. We took the car back and took it to the dealer, paid $115 for diagnostics, which confirmed the problem. My husband then called Brake Centers to confirm the quote they gave us and they once again confirmed that it was $500, maybe $100 more. Dealer's quote was almost double, so we decided to take the car back to Brake Centers. Today, Brake Centers called and quoted us $1000 to fix the problem... and when my husband said that we'd rather go with the dealer because now the price difference is insignificant and we'll get credit for $115 already paid and a free loaner, they said "No problem. Come and get the car". What happened next is simply bizarre... When my husband got there, they refused to give him the car back, asking for the explanation as to why we don't want to fix the car there and that we owed $$ for diagnostics and committed to fix the car with them. This is AFTER they sent us to the dealer to pay $115 to diagnose the problem and doubling their estimate over the weekend... Only after they were threatened to be reported to the police for their shady practices, they told my husband to get out and to never come back. No worries, we won't be back. read more

I would recommend 100% Take your car to the professionals here. They operate like a surgical team by diagnosing problems, restoring or maintaining your vehicle's condition. They have experience and are capable of fixing ANY situation. I have been taking my vehicles there for many years and I can tell you that they treat everyone with respect and straight forwardness. I've witnessed the honesty and integrity myself many times which is why I'm supporting with this review. They have your best interest in mind and tell it to you like it is! read more

I'm glad we puttered into this place after I broke our oil pan on the washboards of Death Valley (that was fun if not stupid) When we arrived it was already after 4pm and we needed to get a part ordered and we needed to get back on the road to San Francisco. Saro and his team identified the right piece for our '89 Landcruiser, and then one of them rushed out to pick it up before that place closed. I think they even stayed open late to do the replacement for us. It was a costly piece, but the labor was well priced and they didn't upcharge for picking it up in a hurry. I was so pleased that I declared I'd write this review. And now, nearly 1 year later, I'm thinking of getting some maintenance work done and making good on that promise so they'll be extra happy to see me again. read more

Good place for all car maintenance. I work a lot and they have always taken care of my wife when she's had problems. Trustworthy. They've even turned down work we "thought" we needed when we didn't. Prices are very respectable. I highly recommend. Ask for "Saro" read more

Awful service! I got a flat tire and they charged me more than $1500 for replacing parts that was not even communicated to me in advance!! The owner sucks in personality and tries to charge for anything he can! A big liar!! Will never go back! read more

Saro is a scam artist,I tolled my car in with one flat tire and asked for an estimate. He then went ahead changed all my 4 tires and did some routine checks and oil changed without my permission then charged me $850 total! read more

100% Scam! DON'T BE FOOLED. Don't waste your time or money. I went in because I has issues with my car starting. I had them check the battery and they said it was bad so I had to change it in order to see if there was any more issues, like an alternator problem. The middle eastern short mechanic gave me the price and said it would be 5 year warranty for the battery. I agreed, so he went ahead and installed it. Once he installed the battery he checked my alternator and said my voltage for that was 14 and the normal range is 12-13.5. I am not a mechanic but basic knowledge tells me there's not much of a difference between 13.5 and 14. He then had his receptionist charge me for my battery and told her that my battery had NO warranty, so I asked what happened to the previous 5 year warranty statement he made. They said that statement was made before the assessment so now they can't guarantee my battery. So I asked them why couldn't they stated this disclaimer BEFOREHAND. That is something called INFORMED consent. At that point there was nothing much I could argue about so I paid for the battery and decided to go somewhere else. Before I left I asked the short middle eastern mechanic what the voltage was again and he stated 14.5 to 15 and that my battery would give out at any point even though it was new because my alternator was bad/not working appropriately. The price for his work would have been 180 for 2 hours labor to install alternator and 150 plus tax for the new alternator piece. For a total 330 +plus tax. This is just for the alternator not including the new battery he just installed. Their condescending and patronizing demeanor made me want to get a second opinion. I didn't believe their story. I went to another shop that checked my alternator and they said it was fine and there was nothing wrong with my car. In addition, I went to a chain auto parts business and they also checked my alternator and they said the voltage was good. Ultimately, in my case Brake Centers wanted to charge me for something my car didn't need. In addition, they stated that there were other things wrong with my car in order to cheat me out of my battery warranty. I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I am a woman not a FOOL Brake Centers! Disclaimer: I describe the mechanic as short because there was a tall mechanic too. My descriptions are mainly to identify which person I encountered. read more

I went there for an oil change and to have a problem related to a previous repair they did. ended up with a $900 bill!! I am not going to say the work done at this place is bad. I will be fair to say they do ok work. I have spent over $6,000 personally at this place and have sent friends there over the past three years that I have known them. But the guy will look at your car and find 10 problems and tell you that you need to fix them right away!! I would expect for him to be fair to a loyal customer and at least give a good discount. But no... He's greedy!. I kept saying I want my car back the same day. He said don't worry it'll be ready but wasn't. Just don't fall for his trap!. He' will do anything to make you spend money! And at the end he threatened to hold my car if I didn't pay right away! read more

Please beware of this business, they will promise you one thing and then they will yell at you in front of other customers just because they cannot deliver. Don't say I did not warn you. Businesses like this one will not exist for a long time. read more

Tony has been working on my Toyota for a couple of years now. I feel very comfortable getting my car serviced here. That's important for us females to feel like we are not going to get overcharged or ripped off for an oil change. They are reasonable and affordable and won't try to add things on to make the service price go up, in fact they changed my air filter and I didn't even know about it... How sweet is that?! read more

Every time I go in, I get nothing but smiles and get my car back very quickly. They are all professionals and I wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else. These guys do a great job. Got a quote over the phone. The service is fast, only took about an hour to change the brakes. The owner/manager was very polite and seemed like a genuine guy.
