I have never had a vehicle in a body repair shop that was delivered on time. Always there are endless delays and ... apologies. Not so here. I delivered the car with an agreement that when I returned from vacation a week later it would be ready: it was. Not only that, I paid cash because I did not want to involve insurance and I was charged even less than the estimate--not a fortune but still less. I cannot stress enough how great Oxnard Collision Center was to both me and my vehicle. I was in a car accident and from the moment I got to their location, service was incredible. Starting off with Ashley at the front desk, she was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. And then Eddie, the general manager, explained in great detail everything that was wrong with my car and everything that he could do to make it whole again. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I was referred here after my car was rear-end on the freeway. Brand new BMW. I wanted to make sure whomever did the work, would get it back to its original state. I spoke with Sam. His customer service skills are amazing. I explained the situation and my schedule issues and he accommodated my schedule. I was a little apprehensive at first because of the area the shop is in, however, as I pulled my car into the shop I was comforted to see many higher end cars being worked on. I was reassured by Sam that they work on all types of cars, from Toyota's to luxury cars. Sam did the estimate on my car, he was very through and explained to me each repair that needed to be done. I have worked with Oxnard Collision Center (OCC) twice, and I wish I could give them 100 stars. They are simply phenomenal. Eddie should be canonized a saint. The care, empathy and knowledge he possesses related to the collision/repair process is nothing short of amazing. The first time I worked with OCC, it was to repair a light scrape on the body of the car. They made the process cost-effective and painless for my husband (who also had a scrape on his car) and me. Plus, the car looked pristine at the end. It was excellent work. This alone would have given them 5 out of 5. Then, a couple of years later, I got into an accident with the same car and saw how OCC shines. Eddie helped me deal with the dark underbelly of roadside assistance, tow companies, insurance adjusters and estimators. Even though the insurance had already written off my car and moved on, he took a portion of the vehicle apart to better understand its salvageability, which ultimately improved my outcome. I used to be nervous to take my car in for service or repairs, but I can honestly say I've got an advocate in my corner. I've told everyone with any car issues about OCC. My experience was amazing with Ed and Ashley! I was hit by a truck and that driver did not have insurance and my insurance company was giving me a hard time, Ed and Ashley were going back and forth with my insurance company like a game of tug a war and after a couple months my car was fixed and looked brand new. This review is based purely on customer service. Eddie the owner, and Ashley who is an assistant in the office, maybe she is the office manager, are golden here in Los Angeles. I was so so grateful for their kindness and genuine wiliness to help me out of the goodness of their hearts. My situation was that, yes my car was banged up because I got in an accident, which was a miracle in itself that I did not get seriously injured nor did I hit any other car (thank you God). My car hydroplaned in the rain and I crashed into the center divider, because I did everything you're not supposed to do when the car hydroplanes. Anyways, my insurance company provided me with a name of a body shop to tow my car to. I listened to them. I did not like that body shop, they asked me to sign an agreement to repair my car without the estimate first. So, I looked on Yelp and looked for a body shop with a lot of reviews that had a majority of 5 stars, and Oxnard Collison met those criteria, so I chose Oxnard Collision. I had my car towed there; first I spoke with Eddie the owner to make sure he was not going to ask me to sign the same kind of agreement the other body job wanted me to sign, He explained that that their form, has a tear town provision to sign to see what type of damage the car has endured and then the repair agreement is separate. He took his time with me on the phone and answered all my questions. He was very patient and kind and a good listener. They emailed me their form to sign; it did have a section that I did not agree with, because it states that I would agree to pay over $1000 for them to tear down my car, well I cannot afford that. So I stated I do not agree with this and wrote what I do agree with on the form and signed the form and they accepted this. Later on, Eddie told me that the insurance companies are the ones who usually pay for the teardown fee. I went to their business to see if there was anything else I needed from my vehicle before it went to the location that the insurance wanted it to go to in order to inspect it (my insurance, based on the photos and my description of the damage to the car, decided that is would be a total loss. BTW, if you are a public employee and you are offered California Casualty for car insurance, don't take it, they are not consumer friendly! Ashley, who works at Oxnard Collision, went above and behind helping me take my possessions from my car (that is probably going to be deemed a total loss) she found things for me that I wanted to keep, but I did not remember I had in my car. Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness Ashley! Seriously, I believe that Oxnard Collision Center is one in a thousand in Los Angeles that seriously cares about the customer and what is best for the customer. read more

Oxnard Collision Center is absolutely, hands down, the best autobody shop that I've ever worked with. Ed Keshishian is the General Manager and he could not possibly have been any better. I must confess that I know nothing about cars. I only know that I enjoy the car that I own, a 2020 Audi. Sadly, when I was shopping at a local big-box store, someone struck a very large swath of my car. When my very sad car was returned to me, I can confidently say that it was absolutely PERFECT! Another accident (rear-ended). The driver-at-fault's insurance was trying really hard to classify the vehicle as "total loss" despite the fact that Oxnard Collision Center said it was repairable. A lot of phone calls and stress in dealing with the insurance company, but the collision center was in our corner and AMAZING when they assisted in clarifying the situation (I'll even repeat the word AMAZING). Suffice to say, our little Fiat was repaired perfectly and all is well in the world. I cannot recommend Oxnard Collision Center enough. This place is amazing. Was turned on to them by a friend of my wife and so glad I did. After my 2016 Mercedes E400 convertible's front bumper caught on a concrete parking stop (dumb design flaw that these models suffer from) and ripped partially off, they patched it up and sent me on my way free of charge. The next time it happened a bit more severely a year or so later, I knew where to come as I also had some other items I wanted fixed such as a dent on the passenger side from a hit and run in a parking lot, and other small damages. And I was never a fan of the 2016's honeycomb grille and decided to upgrade it with the diamond grille version that I got on Ebay with a guarantee it would fit my model. Eddie took over the care of my baby but told me that my Ebay grille wouldn't fit. But he was able to find one that would. And not only did they fix the damage, but cleaned up the scuffed wheels and fixed my passenger seat that wasn't working and the dealership wanted $$$$$$ to repair. By the time they were done, my car was not only as good as when I got it, but BETTER! I can't recommend these guys enough, but they should change their name to OVER AND BEYOND COLLISION because that's what they do. So I pulled out of my own parking spot a little too quickly this morning and scraped the stucco edge with the pretty, shiny light blue metal of my beautiful new Yaris. INSTANT FREAK OUT. The stucco wall damaged the side a bit, and as worrisome as I was like a first time mother with her kid's first real emergency "ouch", I didn't have time to look online and took my chances going to the first auto shop I saw driving down the street. Let me just tell you the rest. A technician greeted me at the desk as soon as I came in, and right away he began to check out my car as I described to him what happened. He was very attentive, and after evaluating my baby's "boo boo", he gave me a great quote and offered to fix it pronto. From the very beginning, the customer service here was top notch, and I felt that my car was good hands the more I got to know the team. When I signed papers releasing the car, I met the owner and he's probably one of the nicest, most professional people I've ever met. I got a real sense of honesty and integrity from everyone I spoke with, and when I got my baby back, I couldn't believe it. My little accident looks like it never happened and the work is just flawless. I've cruised down the rest of the street plenty of times after my run-in, and I've noticed something about OCC. No other shop in the "Auto District" of Oxnard between Woodman and Van Nuys comes close to the professional physical outlook of the Center: their sign is a standout, there is plenty of parking space in the front, and when you go inside, the wall is covered with certifications and recognitions of the good work they do. I received great service right off the bat, and in addition, the shop was super clean, and I really liked that. In conclusion, I'm at a complete loss for words on why this place doesn't have the most five star reviews in the area. I did ask about that bad March review featured here on Yelp, but I was told that the reviewer must have been mistaken this place with another across the street, as they are NOT Oxnard Auto Body. Yelpers, I hope this review compensates for the missing ones, as well as that bad one, as I can't recommend this place highly enough. I thank God I found this place. I could have easily been taken advantage of (seriously, I know NOTHING about cars) and I ended up walking out incredibly relieved that I met such an experienced, stellar team that does such excellent service. Oxnard Collision Center is hands down the best place to take your car to get any body work done particularly after an accident. I've had 2 cars fixed there ranging from over 10k in damages to a few thousand and they do the best work in the shortest time possible. They make it easy, just drop your keys off, give them some basic info, and your out. The difference with Oxnard collision center is that when they get money to fix your car from your insurance company they use as much as they can on your car instead of pocketing it and cutting corners on work like most body shops. Plus the shop is located a half block from an enterprise car rental. I always recommend them to all my friends and family. Customer for life. read more

Great service, great results! Delivered as promised, as quoted and on time! Highly recommend. More details below. Had a minor accident that cause a nasty dent and scrape all along one of my car doors as well as the side of my rear bumper. A couple of collision centers told me that I had to replace the entire panel and quoted me absurd amounts of money. Oxnard wasn't the cheapest quote but it was half the amount quoted by another place I had used before (that time it was my insurance who sent me there. Won't mention them by name because the results were also very very good, just absurdly expensive) Took the car in and Sam gladly honored the quote he had given me 45 days prior. His initial estimate asked for a week to perform the job but I asked him if he could deliver the car a couple days early and he agreed. A few days go by and the day before the promised job completion, he called me to confirm that, in deed, the car would be ready the next day. At that time my wife had just gone into early labor and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to pick up the car for a few days. Sam totally understood the situation. He told me to not worry and to just pick up the car whenever I had the opportunity. When I picked up the car and inspected it, I was really pleased with the results. The repairs and paint job were fantastic. Impossible to tell that it had ever been damaged in the first place. Will definitely become my go to place! read more

Super honest! (Refreshing for a car repair place). I am at the end of my car lease and have lots of bumps in my car, one was made by a lady who hit me. so I took advantage of this issue to ask for estimates regarding all my body repairs needs. They gave me an estimate but urged me to get a pre-inspection quote from the leasing company as they may not even charge me for some of the bumps. They told me they might charge me even less than they would. And that is exactly what I did and that saved me soooo much money! if I ever need repair I will definitely go there as they were a friend's referral and I had the best experience there! read more
