First off I'd like to say that the people who work at this location are very nice and very considerate. With that said, I posting this review due to the companies's policies that keep them from standing by completed work. Case in point is mine, we brought our company car into this collision repair a little over two years ago after an accident with the rear bumper. My wife's company's insurance company recommended this location to have the work done. They completed the work and everything was fine. After about a year, the paint began to flake on the right side. The insurance company called the collision center and they agreed to repair it free of charge that was just six months ago. Since then we have purchased the car from the company and we now own it. Two weeks ago, we noticed more flaking on the rear bumper. We brought it back to the collision center, and they indicated they would not honor the warranty because it was no longer owned by the company. They indicated their work cannot be transferred from one owner to another. The manager indicated that he would reduce the fee to fix the bumper to $400. Well, I understand their policy but I do not get why they won't stand behind their work. If it were my company I would wanna make the customer happy regardless of the ownership. So as a cautionary tale, if you plan to come to this collision center for work, be aware that their work does not transfer if you sell the car. Lastly, since this has happened twice, I honestly don't want them doing anything else. read more

Do not take your car here, even if the insurance place tries to force you to. I'll explain. I was in a car accident in mid January. I was rear ended and my car was deemed unsafe to drive. The insurance company "assigned my vehicle here." After it was inspected, the guy told me I should not drive it because the trunk could fly up at any time and this could be disastrous so they kept my vehicle. When I asked how long it would be before I would have an estimate, I was told two to three weeks. I was going to drive my car home and use it in emergency's only but this guy offered to get me a rental for two weeks. Gave me the paperwork for $25 a day and told me I had to pay the deposit and insurance - we both agreed. When my car was deemed a total loss and I released it to the insurance, I was told that since they were unable to Bill the car rental that they would now bill me directly but that this would be the last day they paid for the rental. The rental company, Enterprise told me they would honor the same daily rate as long as I continued my insurance and they already had the deposit so no problems. Here is where things get shady. When I return to Enterprise to pay for additional days, I was told by the staff that these people called Enterprise and told them that I was responsible to pay for the rental, $500! I didn't think I heard him correctly but yes, he said not only did they say they wouldn't pay for it but that they informed me about it which was a lie. She told me they would not pay for the car past today, and that I was responsible from this day forward not the past two weeks! When I tried calling to the owner, he not only refused to get on the phone but continued speaking through his receptionist that "unfortunately" she kept using this word like it made a difference, since he was unable to Bill the insurance he was not going to pay for the rental. That's not right. That's going back on your word and twice even! Do not do business with these people. Honestly, I should have been able to go to a place of my choosing. They had taken the bumper off and written all over the car to the point I had no choice but to sign it over. Smh. What I now suspect is that he gave me the rental to force me into giving him my business. That's not cool. All I know is, God said He will bless those who bless me and curse those who curse me but while I wait on Him to do that, I wanted to warn others about these shady business practices. And what's sad is he could neither face me or talk to me on the phone. Shame on him! Wish i didn't have to give not even one star! read more

BEST body shop in the valley! Had my left rear side panel swiped while parked in a lot of a restaurant. The person who hit me was nice enough to leave a note with their insurance information, who I contacted the next day. Premier Collision was their preferred auto body shop close to where I live. Called and spoke to Carlos who took the time to explain how the whole process works, gave me an estimate, submitted it to the insurance company that afternoon, and received approval that very day. I set up an appointment the next day. Took my car a few days later in the morning to have the work done, and it was finished by 5PM the following day! My car looked fabulous!! You would never know there was any damage. Great work and great customer service! It was a pleasure doing business with Premier, and if I, or any of my family or friends need a terrific auto body shop I will make sure they go see Carlos and his talented team of collision specialists. I came here through my insurance to have my car fixed the undercarriage of my car Ilhad got completely detached due to running over a tire in the road, they replaced my bumper and said they gave me a new undercarriage but less than 3 months later my undercarriage was dragging again. I take it back to premier and told them what's going on and they said it was my fault that I had ran over something which I didn't and they didn't want to take responsibility for fixing you again and made it seem like it was my fault for it becoming detached. I took it to another auto body because I was tired of arguing with them and when the guy got up under my car he clearly said that the undercarriage did not look brand new and that they literally just patched the same old ripped undercarriage to my new bumper and that's why it came undone within less than 3 months The insurance company working with them are crooks and so now I'm out of pocket again after having paid my deductible and have them shodily fix my car for me to just have to go to another auto body to have it done properly!!!!! I had to go back to the shop to pick up the rim key for my husband's car after the repair and Carlos fixed the blown out bulb in the headlight of my own car, on the fly! We cannot thank him and the crew enough for helping us. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible Carlos and his team are. My car was dropped off a carrier upon having it shipped across the country. I originally went to a different body shop and the guy there treated me horribly, didn't fix my car and took advantage of me. That's when I went to Carlos. Not only did he fix my car, but he also showed me what had happened and made sure I fully understood the work his crew did. A few weeks later, other damage appeared, and I took it right back. He fixed that, and continuously gave me insight into what was happening. Carlos went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of over the timeframe it was in his care.
