Firstly, Sonia was who I worked with - Sonia felt like a mother to my car, that's how caring and helpful she was. From the get go, she arranged a pickup from the rental place, talked to my insurance and on top of that made me feel reassured that everything was okay. She was incredibly communicative and honest. I can see why this place got all the great reviews. They are a Mercury Approved Car shop which is why I chose it. First and foremost, the customer service is super friendly and helpful. Sonia was really nice and helped me get my Enterprise Car setup. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and they called Enterprise to come pick me up. With the relationship with Mercury, I got updates about the estimate, the parts being ordered and the overall status of my car. The car was fixed in a little over a week and they did a great job! I had a really awesome experience with Prime. They go above and beyond with customer service. Leon, one of the owners, is so honest and kind (even drove us home when we dropped our car off). Leon, the owner of Prime Autoworks, is a gem. He helped fix my Mini Cooper - the gate had to be replaced along with the tail lamp assembly since I badly damaged it. My insurance agent introduced me to Prime Autoworks because of their high quality work, competitive pricing, plus they get the work done on a very timely basis (faster by a few days to a week than other places). My car got hit by a bicycle tire that flung in the air in the freeway bc of a Mercedes G wagon. It damaged the bumper, fender, right headlight & scuffed my wheels. While I was looking around trying to get quotes from other auto body shops .... I had remembered coming here with my bf's little sister for her car, but I forgot the name of the body shop. I just remembered how to get there and I told myself that I'd just go there because of Sonia. She was so kind and sweet. Plus they did a really good job on my bf's sisters car. Andrew and Sonia were very helpful and nice! Even the process was very smooth and easy. I just had to drop off my car & give my claim number. Then they handled the rest! This is hands down the best body shop I've ever been to. All the parts Andrew ordered were all original, just like I asked him. And he said he wouldn't call me when the car was ready. He'd only call if the car it wasn't up to his standard. When I got the call from Sonia that the car was ready , I got so excited. When arriving there, I saw it waiting for me. Foremost, it is ran by a wonderful family. I remember when I first called I requested to see if they could give an estimate on how long it may take and what needed to be done before dropping off my car since my insurance wouldn't cover a rental. Leon picked up and told me I could stop by anytime before closing. When I did go drop off my car, he remembered my name and what car I drove. Just stellar customer service and care. Leon, the owner, took great care of me along with his son Andrew and Sonya at the front desk. They are such wonderful people. I got to meet Leon's daughter as well. You couldn't find genuinely kind people to trust with your car. They really care. Sonya even mentioned how difficult these situations are and how they really want to help their customer through these moments by making it easier. I mentioned I needed my car before Monday, April 17th because of a family event, and they took that to heart. I dropped off my car on Tuesday, April 11th and it was ready by Friday, April 14th.
