Absolutely disgusted with my recent order from Palermo and then you have the audacity to not answer…read morethe phone. I order the same 2 items from Palermo, lasagna and a pizza either ricotta, fennel sausage and pepperoni. I should have known that my food would be subpar when they had to check if they were still taking to go orders at 5:00pm. My spouse picked up the order so had no idea of what to expect but when they got home not only was there no bag with bread and Parmesan cheese, I just knew it was a show. Why is there cheese wiz on top of the pizza, why is the food cold and where is the bread etc. Palermo, you should absolutely be ashamed of your restaurant. If you can't do it right because you're closing, say that. But don't sell BS on a platter for $50 and expect a customer to just take it. No I will not be returning, an absolute waste of a drive and money. Do better.

It's a small restaurant, but it has a cozy atmosphere that made the whole experience enjoyable. The staff was amazing, friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. I absolutely loved the Pizza "Stria," a crispy flatbread topped with EVOO, sea salt, and fresh rosemary. The bruschetta and Caprese skewers were incredible. Honestly, I could've made a meal out of just those appetizers. For my entrée, I ordered the lasagna, and let me tell you...the portion was huge! I shared it with four coworkers and still had plenty left for myself. Best of all, it was absolutely delicious. Artipasta did not disappoint. Great food, great service, and a great experience overall. I'll definitely be back!
