We finally have the contractors come in today and when we took it out of the box we noticed that the bottom was chipped in 2 locations. These were at the bottom so I couldn't see them without taking them out of the box, so they went unnoticed until today. Called the company and was essentially told "tough luck, we have a policy that customers are responsible for damage after 24 hours. We can refer you to a repair guy and you can fix it on your dime". During the phone call they kept referring to their policy which is posted on their website. I went there afterwards and it says "...on occasion, there may be a manufacturer product defect. Rest assured, we will stand by YOU during this process and make sure we do everything we can... at no expense to you. For us to offer this level of service, however, we need a little help from the customer in the form of a detailed product inspection immediately upon delivery. This will make things much easier if you decide to return the item." Nice customer service there. Sure, I guess I didn't thoroughly inspect it immediately when I got it home, but so much for "we will stand by YOU". These guys won't even offer any discount for the broken junk or to cover part of repairs, citing that the sale was low margin. Lol, what a piece of junk company. I now have a beautiful new bathroom with a chipped bathtub centerpiece. How does a place like this have such good reviews?

I have been on the phone trying to contact anyone who can help me. I finally reached a customer service representative who told me that all of the phones in their Ontario office were down and that she would have someone call me back when they were back up. I have not heard a thing and that was a week ago. Stay away from this company. The products are lovely, but the customer service is awful.

I also purchased two chrome faucets from them but the chrome finish has prematurely peeled off on both of them after normal use. I was very satisfied with the product immediately after the purchase, but the longevity of the product is mediocre. I tried contacting the company via their contact page to inquire on the possibility of purchasing replacement parts from them but I haven't heard back from the company. Since the quality of the products sold from Art Bathe is substandard and their customer service is absent, I recommend staying away from this company and their products.

I found these super cute red pockets that are about 1.20 a pack, and I stocked up a few for CNY next year :P The staff usually don't bother you, and let's you shop while they stock up the shelves. I've been here 3 times this week (january 2018 Snowmageddon) and this store despite the snow dump and freezing snow-rain has customers constantly coming in and out. They seem to have at least three sales staff that are always here, and they all acknowledge you and ask if you need help. Kal(Khaled) was the guy that helped me and was really nice without any pressure. He understood I needed some items today or fast and helped to call for expedited delivery. Then I returned a few days later to return a tap because my plumber needed another style set up, and he remembered me and offered to exchange to another item, as the refund policy is strict here. They have a house brand called Royal, which syle looks like another premier brand but for way less, and it feels really solid, full of metal not plastic parts like you get at a big box store. Lots of high end bathroom plumbing parts, free standing, bath tubs, toilets, bowl sinks and vanities on sale over the winter. My work colleague did warn me, she also bought from them at this sale, and a small piece was missing from her shower set in the sealed box. When she asked for them to help they referred her to the company(Grohe in this example) as they are the ones who packed the boxes and can send the replacement/missing pieces and not this store. I can see why this would upset customers, but Home Depot would do the same. So far so good, happy with my purchases on plumbing hardware.

Especially for Mandarin-spoken Chinese, they will try their best to give HARD TIME. Unfortunately, all those staff have been doing Discrimination on Chinese are Chinese staff who can speak Cantonese & English. The real example which has actually happened on us. It was a summer morning, I and my female co-work went to this Home Deport to buy 25 items for our office. At the moment we went into the Lane to the "right section ", a Chinese Male staff with half white-grey hair was trying to use Temporary Fence to SEPARATE me and my female co-work. He shut the Lane with the fence ， I opened the fence and entered the Lane. This Chinese Half-white-haired guy shut the fence after I entered the Lane and SHOUTED to us that, " You pissed me off !!" . Then walked away. During the mean time on the scene spot, there was a Chinese Female Staff wearing half-white-grey long hair. She was using a cell phone to FILM on our faces.... The Most Crazy Action these morning-shifted Chinese staff have done on that moment is To Drive a Huge Scissors Lift into that LANE where I & my female co-work had been Locked up. I don't know where the HATE is coming from?????? Are they trying to run us over with the Boom Truck????? Just because, we were using Mandarin to discuss??????
