Worst experience ever!! Too expensive for the quality of work they give and do !! Our experience…read morewas very disappointing. They send a designer 3 times and they still got the job incorrect. They design our kitchen without taking inconsideration our current outlets!! When they come to install the cabinets they cover our outlets and made holes inside the cabinets to have access to our outlets " how stupid is that " how were we to use the outlets ??? Once I notice that, I called the office at which it was made clear that it was an error. They wound secs someone over to remove the cabinets. And promised they would place the cabinets with the holes. Now I had to get an electrician to move my outlets to commentate the new cabinets. A charge we weren't ready to occur ($1800.00) if the designer did his job correctly and design the kitchen using our outlets everything would have been done in 2 weeks top. The job took 6 weeks!! Once we had the electrician move things they send the installer to install the kitchen cabinets. But instead of installing new one as promised by several people, they installed the old damaged one and had someone come in to place a piece of wood to cover our cabinets!!!, when I try to call and complain about our problems they blame us!! I would never recommend anyone to them!! They are not as professional as people say!! Maybe it has something to do with the culture. I am sure if we were from the same background and spoke the same language, we may had better service and got it for a lot cheaper then what we paid!! And got better respect!!!

TERRIBLE BEYOND BELIEF…read more The service has been terrible and negligent since the beginning. We have been waiting for our cabinets for SIX MONTHS. For six months now we have had half of our tiny kitchen redone because the people at Brampton Kitchen and Cabinets LOST our measurements. A few months back they sent a man in to do the measurements once again. He was extremely rude, with a know-it-all attitude. As he was getting ready to leave I asked him if he was sure he had all the right measurements to which he replied "ma'am, leave that to the professionals, I think I know what I'm doing" I asked him if he measured the pantry and the space for the new cabinet we requested and he hadn't, so he came back and redid the measurements, rolled his eyes and left. Last weekend the cabinets for the other side were FINALLY delivered but without the countertop or finishing pieces so we've had to store them in our spare room until they finally get this corrected and we can have them installed. Today their company sent the same unpleasant man in to measure AGAIN... because God forbid you do it right the first time. We rent or condo so my landlord was here with him, I was in the living room with my daughter and could hear the man telling him he was sure the countertop was here so I interjected that they were not. I also explained that the kitchen drawers were wrong and not practical or what I specifically asked him for. He looked at me and said "Excuse me, men are speaking here so could you please shut your mouth" I could not believe what I had just heard. I was in shock. I said "did you really just tell me to shut up?" At this point he started yelling "I AM NOT SPEAKING YOU, I'M SPEAKING TO YOUR LANDLORD SO SHUT YOUR MOUTH" I told him that I hope he doesn't speak to his wife that way. He said he was single (not surprising) then yelled "I FEEL SORRY FOR YOUR UR HUSBAND AND THAT FUCKING KID" pointing to my 13 month old daughter, who at this point is crying because he's raising his voice. at this point, I was frightened as this man is clearly not right in the head so I took my daughter in the living room and I could still here him yelling to my landlord about me. Upset, I called my husband who was at work and calmed me down. When I went back in the living room area he was in my spare room looking at the cabinets with his filthy shoes all over my white curtains. When I asked him to please get his dirty shoes off my curtains he laughed and took his time. When my husband finished work he called the company and requested to speak to the manager. The woman on the phone said the manager wasn't available but asked him to please hold on then put the man who yelled at me on the phone. He told Phil, I don't have to talk to you, your wife was rude to me, he denied everything he said to me. Phil asked again to speak to a manager and the man hung up on him. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I feel like I was discrimated against for being a woman by a sexist jerk. He yelled at and disrespected me in my own home, frightening my child in the process. This company is so unbelievably unprofessional and the way they handled this was unacceptable. So please, keep this story in mind when you're choosing somewhere to order cabinets from.

The worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would…read more I want to share my full experience so others don't go through the same situation. We first visited Altima Kitchen on March 6th with my wife, contractor, and family. We had a clear plan of what we wanted, and the sales representative assured us that if we paid the deposit that day, measurement would be done the next day and the entire project would be completed within approximately 3 weeks. Based on that commitment, we proceeded and my contractor began demolition and prep work. My kitchen became completely non-functional since March 09. However, no one showed up for measurements the next day. Not the next day, not the next weekend, and not even the following week. Every time we followed up, there was a new excuse--busy schedule, car issues, or delays. Measurements were finally completed on March 19th--almost 2 weeks after payment--while we were left without a working kitchen. Only after measurements did they change their timeline, saying the 3 weeks would start from that point. This was never communicated earlier. After design finalization on March 23rd, they demanded an additional 40% payment to proceed. From there, delays continued again. The installation date kept getting pushed, eventually landing in April--over a month after the initial commitment. Work finally started on April 8th, arriving late in the afternoon and leaving the job incomplete. We were told 70% was done, but even after multiple follow-ups, the remaining work was delayed again due to "other priorities." Even when they returned, the job was still not properly finished. Basic items like handles were still left incomplete, and when asked, their staff gave extremely unprofessional responses like "anyone can fix it." With 6-7 handles still left to install, my wife called the representative to confirm the completion timeline. She was told it might be done the next day or Monday, but they couldn't guarantee it due to other customer priorities. My wife asked why our project was not being treated as a priority. Most disappointing is the poor workmanship: * Cabinet alignment is clearly off * Doors and borders are uneven * Drawers are not properly aligned * Overall finishing is far below acceptable standards This is not what was promised or expected. Customer service is equally poor. The sales representative, owner, and even management showed no accountability or urgency. Every conversation was full of promises, but nothing was followed through. Key issues: * False timelines and commitments * Extremely poor communication * Repeated delays and excuses * Incomplete and low-quality work * No accountability from staff or management I even have written communication from the owner stating that he is "not involved in operations" and was only there because of a referral. This clearly shows that no one is taking responsibility for customer experience or project execution. I've also posted about this experience in my business group to raise awareness and help others avoid similar issues. We have been without a proper kitchen for over 5-6 weeks, and the final result is still unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding Altima Kitchen if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

On our special request they took up the job on a short notice. Specially to mention here, Abhay who took up this challenge and was very accommodative to us throughout the process. He also helped us for the few changes we requested in the master plan during the process. He has been very friendly and cooperative throughout the experience we had dealing with him. Easy tomorrow on-line, but some codes are wrong and you will get the wrong product. On 3rd time…read morearound was given the code, ordered it then they shipped the wrong one. They decided the incorrect one was better (the ordered one was discontinued). On the 3rd return I was left to wait until all the sales were completed and every person who walked in the door would displace me waiting. I needed very specific end panels. Buy somewhere else since you won't get what you ordered and will wait repeatedly for the wrong product.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!…read more I ordered a vary large kitchen from the Renoshop. I gave the sales lady all the measurement of the cabinets, drawing from an online design layout, pictures of my current space and specs and links to all the appliances NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE but THREE TIMES and when the installers finally came they asked me for the appliance measurements AGAIN. The owner had also come to do the on site measurements but for some reason he did not pass the information on the sales lady who orders the cabinets. I get that I don't speak their language BUT THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE WELL BETWEEN EACH OTHER EITHER. Needless to say the bank of pantries where not the right size. In addition I was supposed to have two 30 inch base cabinets in my dining room. Instead I got one 30 inch and two 15 inch cabinets. The reason I was told was the 30 inch was discontinued so THEY made an executive decision to give me two 15 inch cabinets without calling me or giving me a heads up. The construction of the cabinets are not normal. They have an inside trim that the doors sit on creating a lip so you can't slide things out. You need to lift them out. I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. I had to paid a very large deposit and make the final payment before the installation date. To make matters worse, 2 to 3 week delivery was 2 months and the sales lady/owner only allowed 2 days for installation. It took 4 days but they didn't do it all in 4 consecutive days. No, they came on Monday and Tuesday and told me they couldn't come back until Saturday and Sunday which completely ruined my weekend. The installers where good but everything in between was APPALLING. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE GUYS. THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES OUT THERE AT THE SAME PRICE POINT.
