Don`t let the elegant appearance fool you, the quality of kitchen faucets is poor. Stick to the flooring, and anything that has no moving parts. I bought a Como brand kitchen faucet and paid $150.00 for it, thinking it would be good quality. Looks are deceiving, and the price led me to believe that I was buying a good quality faucet but I was wrong. It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.

I want to share my experience with this company: I ordered…read moremany products to build and outdoor kitchen and received the shipment. But my contractor could not install it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When we opened the boxes months later we noticed that the refrigerator was missing. I did not expect anything from the company since it was my fault most probably that I did not check the shipment correctly or the refrigerator was stolen or something else. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products. Overall, great company, greater customer service and greatest representative.

Linen Chest overall is a wonderful store but my first experience going into this location (5800…read moreMcLaughlin Rd) was not. I was turned off by two encounters with two different employees. First was the cashier who for some reason needed to reconfirm EVERYTHING with me that was right in front of her on the receipt, several times! I didn't give her anything complicated and believe every cashier should understand how to read the time, date and item number on in a receipt. I wanted to return a single item that was purchased at different location just half hour prior and it was as though she didn't believe me or didn't understand, all the while starring at the receipt! Second employee could've cared less to take accountability over misplaced and mismarked items that I brought to her attention. Her dismissive response "yeah, yeah everything has a label so..." rubbed me wrong way! If the item were at all visible and not buried under other products I would've gladly gotten it myself and not ask her to help me dig for it. It's a real shame these two represent a company such as this.

Last Saturday, I was at a Kitchen Stuff Plus (KSP) store in Whitby. I found a roller storage cart that was on clearance. I was so pleased with this deal and how great it is after assembling it that I wanted another one. I did a search online for this product and whether it was in stock at KSP locations on my way home from work. I found that it was in stock at this store in Vaughan. What surprised me was that it was $11 cheaper than the marked-down price that I had paid on the weekend. Wow! I did the click-and-collect method. It was reminiscent of how I used to order items during the pandemic, except that I could walk into the store and not wear a mask. I placed my order on a Tuesday evening. I got word on Wednesday morning though e-mail that my order was ready for pickup. I head to the counter and say that I'm picking up a click-and-collect order under my name. Nice! After work, I dropped by this store. It's between Toys R Us and Winners. I've been to the latter store, along with Penningtons's and California Sandwiches. I backed into a spot close to the front entrance. I walked in. I love this store so much. Easy-pour glass mason jar pitchers greeted me. This product wasn't on sale, but it was so me. I'd be pouring cold drinks out of this pitcher all day. I'm glad that I did shop at the KSP store in Whitby on the weekend. The clear storage bins that I got for the bathroom were no longer on sale. I did find a silicone brush that was on clearance. I don't have one with a long handle. Done! I seem to want everything in this store. The ice cube trays looked great, from butterfly, to cherry moulds. The latter kind of looks obscene when you stare at them for a while... haha! I found my rolling storage cart in the store. It had the same clearance price as what I got on Saturday. When I got to the counter, I got a friendly female staffer. I let her know that I had an order. She got my first and last names. She went to fetch it. I was so happy seeing it on the counter. I didn't have to tell her my phone number. My order already had it, so she simply scanned my silicone brush. My storage cart was indeed $11 cheaper. Yay! I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. I thanked the woman and left with my two items. I like that the storage cart had a handle on the box. I'm so pleased with my purchases. I'll be putting together my second cart this weekend, which is oddly therapeutic. (72)

Their products come with a one year warranty on most items. They usually have a good selection of sale items. A couple of times, I've received a coupon in my mailbox. Last time I received one, I was a little dismayed by the staff who tried to insist that I provide personal information in order to use it. They tried to say that I had received it because they already had it, but had to relent when I pointed out that it was a printed card that was distributed in the mail. Other times, I've found the floor staff to be friendly and helpful. They were quick to provide assistance with items in locked display cases, and directions to and information on other products. In general, it's a pretty good go-to place for everyday items, although I will go elsewhere for higher end items.

IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT IT IS NOT RIGHT PLACE TO GO!…read more The most terrible experience. I ordered countertop for my kitchen at the end of April of 2019. Yes, you are not mistaken, almost 1 year ago. At very beginning everything looked great. They sent technician to take measurements. He arrived on time with expensive equipment and unfortunately it was the last positive experience. There is list of what happened: 1. With all the expensive equipment measurements were taken wrong. Counter didn't fit the space, as a result when we didn't see installers cut drywall with all the vapor barrier (it is outside wall) and slide counter inside... I asked why they did it, answer was great - it didn't fit... I asked who will be taking care of damaged wall - answer they don't care and i am too picky... 2. There is was chip on the connection in between 2 slabs of the counter. I called the office, they sent somebody (guy name is Albert) for investigation. The Albert was amazing as well. his 1st answer was just excellent. He told me "Nothing is perfect in this life"... When you spent a lot of money for the defective counter it is exact type of answer you want to get... After almost 2 hours of arguing he promised to come to fix the issue. Unfortunately this promise was just a way to get out. As i mentioned at very beginning of my review counter was installed end of April of 2019 and today is Apr-6, 2020. As of today nobody came to fix the issue. I was calling this company multiple times and they always were promising to come in a month. As of now it is almost 12 months since the first promise... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT IT IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE TO GO! IF YOU WANT MORE DETAILS SEND ME E-MAIL TO LEONID.GLAZER@YAHOO.CA AND I WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ALL THE DETAILS. I CAN EVEN SEND YOU PHOTOS SO YOU CAN DECIDE YOURSELVES

I was looking for quite a few different items since we're renovating most of the house. However, DirectBuy was more expensive compared to what I could find locally or online, especially after factoring in all their hidden charges for mark-up, handling or shipping (and most items don't even ship to the home - you have to pick it up from the store or pay a second shipping fee to have another company ship it from the store to your home). One thing I liked when I signed up is they have this minimum guaranteed savings (e.g., hardwood flooring could be a minimum 20% cheaper guaranteed than any price available to the public). The problem was the staff in-store refused to honour this guarantee, providing different non-nonsensical excuses. Add to this their completely antiquated e-commerce website where you need to click through to the checkout page before you can see the true cost for an item, and this was all a huge waste of time. Don't bother with the travel side of the company either. I just got another telemarketing call from them and the guy wouldn't tell me what the fees were, at first pretending like my membership was still valid in his system, and kept on just beating around the bush. Save your time, save your money and avoid this terrible company.
