We were in search for a shower caddy and were just about to leave the plaza when we popped in to have a quick look. We ended up with a 3 tier corner glass shelf instead of a shower caddy and it was on even on sale. There was a staff member at the entrance with hand sanitizer and the cashiers had a plexiglass shield as separation from customers. read more

Absolutely brutal. Called ahead ask for a product went to the store only one item in stock. !?! I asked if they would get more of the item in and they could possibly have it at their other location where I live that wasn't possible they needed my money ahead of time in order to do that. They told me they were getting 12 in. (Juice bottles). So I asked could you call the other store have them put 5-6 Aside and I I will pick them up. No that wasn't possible. Then to ad insult to injury they charged me 3 times more then the item was listed for. $1.99 on the shelf and $6.77 after they rang it through. First time I have shopped here and the last. So much for basic service let me take your name down sir call the other store location see what I can do. They did honor the $1.99 price but it came with attitude. read more

Hubby was doing his guy thing over at Home Depot and I wandered in to this place. Found a massively huge cutting board (bamboo and wood) on sale. Got some large see-through double glass latte cups on sale and a new copper kettle for boiling water for tea. All on sale. Unexpected stop, but we lucked out. Staff were pleasant - store was busy. Came by to check out some utensils and other kitchen stuff. Walked in and an employee greeted me to ensure social distancing protocols are kept. Not bad. Given it is still uncertain, the employees do a great job with enthusiasm. Got in and started to browse for what I needed to get. I ran into dilemma on what to get. One of the employees stepped up and gave a hand with assistance. She gave me ideas on what to get plus helped me with informing me on pros and cons of the different products I have narrowed down. Where has this amazing store been all of my life? And why did it take so long for me to discover it!? I was looking for some water bottles for my kids. Well, not just any water bottles, the usual licensed ones (DC, Marvel, Disney etc.).I looked everywhere including Wal-Mart. In my search i found Kitchen Stuff Plus. Went in found all the ones i was looking for plus packs of extra straws etc., that i haven't been able to find anywhere else. Naturally I looked around! I thought Bed Bath & Beyond was IT, but WOW, this store has it all. Lots of great deals on anything & everything for your home! Bookshelves, bathroom accessories, furniture, outdoor living, kitchen gadgets (which i love shopping for!), tons of great housewares, appliances etc. I signed up for their emails and got 20% of my first in store purchase. read more

This store opened in Markham roughly a year ago. I was so thrilled to stop driving to either Scarborough or Richmond Hill to visit Kitchen Stuff Plus. It's now in my own backyard! This store is next to Winners. If you are a shopper, you can do some serious damage at either place. This store occupies the old Club Monaco and Stitches location. I am hoping that it stays much longer! Inside the store is bright and cheerful. I tend to buy something whenever I am there. Today, I got a purple water bottle by Thermos that was 61% off. I paid a measly $5. You do find some pretty good deals. There is more than kitchen items, as the store's name indicates. You can get stuff for your bathroom and accessories for your phone, such as selfie sticks and USB cables. I like this store. I'm glad Markham finally has one! read more

Love Kitchen Stuff Plus! I can never get sick of this place. However, you must be careful as you'll end up spending more than you're supposed to. KSP Markham just opened in August 2 2014. I've been dying for a KSP to open in the area & now it's finally here ! It is located where Urban Planet used to be. Right beside Winners. The store is nice & huge. Everything is organized well. I could easily spend an hr at this place...or more? Evilness! Went here to get a water jug as I was dumb & shattered my old one from Ikea. After I purchased the jug, I also got a 25% off coupon (one reg price item) for my next visit avail at the Markham location only (expires early Sept). I was immediately greeted by a staff when I went inside. There was a flyer that just came out today. I noticed Henckle knives set was $99 !!! not bad. Original nearly $200. There are so many gadgets to look at (and purchase...). Prices are great! But probably not as good as their annual KSP mega sale. Cannot wait to be back. Sign up & get on their list. Too bad there's no 0 star rating! Horrible return policy and customer service! Bought a floating shelf and realized the metal frame is not long enough to fit on 2 studs. The shelf is wrapped with a very thin layer of saran wrap kind of plastic wrapping and I did open it. The store refused the return because of this think layer of wrapping being opened. We will be going to IKEA, Amazon, Homedepot to shop in the future, at least you won't have to worry about not being able to return. read more

I am consistently impressed by the staff at this location: they are friendly and approachable. They answer questions knowledgeably and in a way that does not make you feel pressured into buying. They offer you multiple different options so as to help you make an informed decision, and not like they are trying to push any specific product. read more

I have brought many things there over the years. I do not recommend anyone to buy things that's a cheap especially pot and pans. There return policy is almost 0%. I bought couple pans there and they try to make excuses that they don't want it return. The quality a very poor. I will have to watch what I buy from now on and if I still feel like buying things there. read more

Friday 457 pm Dec 04. Just left the store. Went in to pick up furniture my sister ordered. She didn't have a van big enough. I didn't take receipt my fault!! However the guy taking care few days back said just give your phone number. Manager there was extremely rude and upon hearing I have no receipt simply said I can't give you anything or this way any one can ask for her furniture.( seriously would know her phone, what she bought, items numbers, her address, Colour???) my sister was on the phone willing to talk and could have scanned her receipt and send it immediately. The manager just turned her face and walked away. There were a lot of staff and customers watching this and I was really embarrassed. I told her she would return several hundred dollars worth of furniture and she didn't even bother answering !! I walked out and by now I was fuming at her poor customer service and she came after me offering me something and I just told her I will be returning everything. Buy it only if you won't return it! Very bad customer service from the cashier to the store manager! I purchased an ice cream maker a few days ago and wanted to return it because the online review of the product is not too good. Also, I learned from my past experience that they don't take used items so I DIDN'T even open the box and brought it back in STORE-BOUGHT condition. The store manager at markham was very very rude, she checked the product over and over again and finally she found a little scratch on the cover and said to me "the product had been used, we can't return it for you." And the cashier said she smell FOOD in the container! Did she even think before she say it out? Smell food in an unused ice cram maker?! I said the scratch is from the manufacture because I didn't even open the box and she kept saying it had been used. Anyways I didn't argue with her and wanted to bring it to another store to return it. But they broke the styrofoam and the box by pushing the package in! I don't know if they purposely do that or not but now for sure I can't return it anymore because the whole package is damaged! read more
