Her business facility is in an industrial complex shared with other family owned businesses and mainly this establishment is only for her private preparations of her delicious creations! Kept very clean and functional! We've been sporadic as customers ever since we got to pipe in the Grenache ourselves and sample the chocolate making process & yummy goodness! She's got very creative packaging too. So a special occasion can be very personalized too. Dark, milk, and even vegan options available. You've a choice to swap or double up on a flavor choice if she happens to run out of a particular selection. Truly spectacular products. A pound gets you 19 one-inch squares of chocolate joy. My assortment was strangely uneven -- only one Caramel, and an uneven distribution of the others. I can't speak to the Toffee or Pretzel varieties, as the nuts in them would kill me (although death by chocolate *is* my preferred way to go -- please take a note). My favorite was the Marshmallow, followed by the Ganache, then the Caramel, then the Peanut Butter (peanuts are a legume, FYI). They were all tasty, but somehow not as good as I'd imagined them to be. They were rich and buttery, and the chocolate was high quality, but there was a decadence I expected that just didn't happen. Maybe the chocolate wasn't dark enough or the PB wasn't sweet enough? Don't get me wrong -- I'm so happy with a pound of chocolate in my living room. But somehow, I'd hoped for more. UPDATE: The folks at Allie's contacted me about my review and were apologetic about the lack of Caramels in my order. They offered to send me more gratis, and did ASAP. How sweet is that?

My favorite was the chocolate ganache with walnuts! But there's such a variety of flavors to chose from. There's even chocolate tea and hot chocolate available. I'd like to return to take one of the classes. They offer classes for children. But they also offer a 2-3 hour class where they teach how to temper and decorate 21 pieces of chocolate that you get to take home! Until then I'll just have to settle with eating them!

Horrible experience - caused my granddaughter to cry due to his rudeness…read more We had an 11 am class on 7/5/26. We arrived at 10;50 and were told to leave the building because he was not ready. We reentered with others at 11:05. The lady in front of us told him that 3 of her 5 reservations would not be there. I waited until everyone was checked in and hands washed. I stood by the register for over 5 minutes - when he finally came over, I told him that I would be happy to take one of the missing reservations. He said I would have to wait until everyone showed up, but not everyone was there. So I sat down next to my granddaughter. He came over to my chair, trying to explain the same thing. I told him that the lady (who was right across the table from me) had told him that 3 were not coming and that I was trying to help. HE THEN STARTED to verbally abuse me, telling me that I was being rude and that if I didn't stop, he would not be able to teach my granddaughter. I responded that we just needed to end the conversation (the entire time, I was sitting WITH HIM STANDING NEXT TO MY SHOULDER). He continued by calling me rude and threatening. All I could say was we needed to stop the conversation. HE CONTINUED WITH THREATS. Then he decided to kick me out after I made a hand gesture to stop talking. You can tell everything is handcrafted with real care. I got to try a Macaron making class and it was a fun experience. It was supposed to take 2.5 - 3 hours. The other party was late so we started about 10 minutes late and we went way over 3 hours. The class is very hands on. You get detailed instructions, and a template for the Macaron shapes. The instructor is the owner, and she is Cordon Bleu trained and loves making Macarons and Chocolate. She will tell you all about her schooling, background, experiences, and the history of the Macaron. The instructor will walk you through the process step by step, explaining why you have to be precise and follow each step completely and in order if you want to get good results. She also explains how you may need to add a little extra of an ingredient based on the humidity, the science behind it, etc. You make the Macaron shells and you also make Italian butter cream filling to put in the Macaron. You will get 14-16 delicious Macarons depending on how you follow the template design setup. Enjoy my photos.
