I went to Gourmet Latte yesterday and the coffee was delicious! It was very refreshing to have an experience with this coffee place! It was very affordable it was only $7. 00 for a 20 ounce coffee. I'm in town for work for a few days and found this place across from my work. I miss my Home coffee stand and offerings but they have been so accommodating and I'm really enjoying their menu. The girls have all been so nice to me and made some great suggestions. The Bee lions mane stuff is really good with a rev up and I'm in LOVE with their peach ring and boba. Burrito wasn't my favorite but everything else I've had has been wonderful. I'm so happy to have found them and will definitely be back on my next work trip. Definitely recommend! read more

Swung by for some coffee today around 4 and was helped by the nicest people. They asked how our day had been and if we worked today, honestly a very nice experience compared to other drive up coffee spots which are also usually pretty nice, but they were VERY nice here. Noteable customer service skills! My husband ordered the cold special cherry mocha and I ordered the hot marble truffle. He insisted I try his, he thought his was amazing and was very happy with his choice, I personally didn't love the strong taste of cherry but that's definitely in the name so it was expected. I was pleased with mine though, warm and sweet goodness. I noticed they had a lot of specialty drinks, horchata, lavender, marble truffle, personally a huge plus for me since I like to order random things at coffee spots. I'll usually order the specials just to say I've tried it so I will definitely be coming back to try some more. read more

Gourmet Latte is one of those establishment that frequent because of their quality coffee and attention to detail when the make coffee. Drinks are good for sure, but this location is in a weird spot and this morning the barista gave me a gift of her HAIR on the side of my cup when she handed it to me. When I pointed it out she peeled the hair off the side of the cup and didn't even apologize or offer me a new drink. Pretty gross! $7 drink with a freebie strand of hair no thanks! read more

I came to grab a drink today and burrito and waited a while for her to make the two.. then she asked for my card and I gave it to her. She told me her card machine was restarting and then said it was down and if I had cash I Told her no, she said well can u go get cash and come back... by that time the burrito is gonna be cold and the drinks gonna melt and I'm gonna be late to work so no .. she tells me " well sorry have a nice day". I spend 200$ atleast a month and she's gonna waste the drink anyways since it's already made so instead of making a reoccurring customer happy she says sorry and sends me off. We love this place. I have been coming here for over 5 years. They are friendly, fast, and have fair pricing on their drinks. They have a rewards program that allows you earn free drinks. I am new to this gourmet latte, been to others and had great experiences. But I went yesterday before work and she forgot Splenda in my quad espresso. I battled the bitterness and returned today and explained just that to the girl(different than yesterday, but was there), first of all she charged me more than yesterday...seems as if pricing isn't consistent. Anyway I paid it and she says "did you try it yet before you leave"? ...anotherwards what happened yesterday was my fault for not checking. If I have to check someone's work AND pay too dollar, I will avoid them. Straight up. Well then I thought maybe something would make me happy and I asked for my club card to be credited that drink...well it was too late for that. I used to love this place on the way to work because it's between my home and I5S. Their drinks are affordable for a coffee addict, and rich & creamy. However, the last few months I've had to find other options for my coffee fix because of the wait time. If there is even a single car in front of you, get ready to sit for 5-10 minutes. I tend to like a bolder roast, but not bad by any means (for those who like a bold cup of coffee just ask for an extra shot or 2 depending on size of drink). Okay. This was going to start as a 4 star review, but is morphing into a 5 star review. More on that later. I wanted coffee. No I needed coffee. It was after a guitar lesson down the road and I frankly wanted to try something else and didn't want to get out of my car. I know. Lazy ASSSS!!! But it turned out okay. More than okay. Scanned the menu. Didn't see iced coffee. That's okay. When I asked what it was they had closest to that, the nice young lady in the booth said an iced Americano. Cool. I like those too. So a few minute later I had my 20 ounce iced Americano. No syrup. No sugar. No milk. In other words, nothing to hide behind. But it was good coffee. Really good coffee. I pulled away sipping away. It was so good and I was impressed. Another cool thing is that they have a broader range of sizes. Like 24 oz, 30, and 32 oz. Cool. I'm definitely going back on the quality of the coffee alone. Frankly it was better than the normal Starbucks. Here is what put it over the top for me. I look at the top of the lid. Proudly stamped on it was "MADE IN THE USA". That is so awesome in my book. Yesterday I was so disappointed when I placed my order for a 20 ounce, iced, double shot, eggnog latte, uncut.. she literally gave me 2 shots of espresso in a 20 ounce cup with a splash of eggnog and filled the cup with ice, the cup wasn't even half full with "my drink".. why would I ask for a 20 ounce drink and you give me 4 ounces in a 20 ounce cup of ice ‍ read more

We always order a 32 oz iced coffee from here. One of the last times we went, hubby & I got our coffee, he got his point card stamped, the girl told us he had 3 punches. I had them load my point card with 6 punches onto my hubby's point card. The next time we went, expecting our free coffee, the girl said there were only 3 punches on the card. Sooo annoying!! Literally the only place I get my coffee from. I always know that I'll get a good cup of coffee no matter which barista that I order from. All of the girls are so sweet and always remember me - and my order down to the last detail! I recently moved to the other side of town but still make time during my commute to be able to stop here and get my coffee and with Broadway being partially closed it is a serious pain but I know its well worth it.
