The cake was very tender and moist and the buttercream frosting was perfect. I'm amazed at the tenderness of the cake after eating horrible grocery store cakes. Kudos to Schneider's bakery for keeping the tradition of having excellent buttercream frosting. I'm not a fan of whipped frosting on cake at all. Anybody else like me that buys cake for themselves and doesn't need an occasion?

I had the toughest time deciding between the strawberry shortcake, cinnamon sugar, chocolate chip, but seeing buckeye I knew that was my calling! Good choice as it turns out they tasted nothing like scones, it was a huge peanut butter cookie filled with warm gooey chocolate chips, dusted with coarse granulated sugar! Perfect for me as I don't usually like scones since they are usually dry and not sweet enough for me. These however, soft, sweet and fresh, a bit pricey at $2.25 but worth it and tasty!
