Double Bacon Cheeseburger Turkey Texas Avocado Burger Sweet Potato Fries Fries
Stephanie B.

We stopped here after visiting a couple of wineries in the area and just WOW. We did have to wait in line for a bit to place our order but boy was it worth it! We got delicious burgers and fries that came out hot and fresh and the French fries were to die for. We found a cute bench outside to eat our food and enjoyed the cool weather with our amazing food. Highly recommend if you're in the area! Also the prices were great!

Located right in downtown Napa--just a quick walk across the bridge and next to the Oxbow Public Market--Gott's Roadside is hard to miss. The big glass windows make the whole place feel open and lively, and even before stepping inside you can already see the energy of people enjoying their food. As soon as you walk in, there's a clear signage board showing the day's specials, which is a nice touch if you're indecisive like me. We came in for a late lunch on New Year's Day, and the place was packed. It felt like everyone in Napa had the same idea, probably because most restaurants were closed for the holiday. Gott's was buzzing, but in a good way--families, couples, tourists, locals, all mixed together. Despite the crowd, the line moved pretty quickly. The menu is posted right on the wall, and honestly, it's a lot to take in at first. Burgers, chicken tenders, salads, sandwiches, tacos, fries, soups, hot dogs--and of course, their famous shakes. It's one of those menus where everything sounds good, so choosing becomes the hardest part. My boyfriend and I both went with burgers, and they didn't disappoint. Fresh ingredients, juicy patties, and that classic Gott's flavor they're known for. The fries were crispy, the portions were generous, and everything came out hot even with how busy it was. You can tell they've been doing this for a long time--Gott's has been a Napa staple since the late '90s, and it still feels like a must‑stop spot for both locals and visitors. Overall, it was a solid lunch experience. Great food, lively atmosphere, and a convenient location. If you're in Napa and craving something casual but well‑done, Gott's Roadside is definitely worth the stop--especially on days when everything else is closed.

Gott's Roadside is a fantastic spot for anyone craving a classic burger done right. The burger I had was absolutely delicious and very juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The fries are just as impressive, crispy, perfectly seasoned, and the perfect complement to the burger. Every bite was satisfying and made it clear that quality is a top priority here. The service is quick, efficient, and friendly, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Even during busy times, the staff stays attentive and helpful, ensuring you get your food without a long wait. The restaurant itself has great vibes. The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, with a welcoming energy that makes you want to linger and enjoy your meal. Whether you are dining with friends, family, or even just grabbing a quick bite, the setting adds to the overall experience. Overall, Gott's Roadside delivers on food, service, and atmosphere. It's a place where you can enjoy an excellent burger, tasty fries, and a fun, inviting environment. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch roadside dining experience.

tuna Ahi Burger and Fried Brussels Sprouts

The hype is true. I came on the weekday so maybe it wasn't as busy, but there was still a lot of foot traffic. The food was both visually and tastefully pleasing. I wish I had space to eat and try more. The fried Brussels sprouts were charred perfect and it tasted like it was a grilled charred. Dipping it into a seasoned garlic mayo added an additional flavor of umami to it! If could make and eat this every day, I would. The ahi burger was so pretty; and the flavor was even more amazing! The coleslaw was lightly seasoned, and with the buttery toasted bun, the Ahi just took off. I also asked for some sort of special ranch dressing they had for the day. I dipped the burger into and it was equally amazing. I wish they would bring Gotts to Sacramento! We need one to two locations here! I look forward to coming again when I swing by.m the area.

Gott's did not disappoint

Had some incredible burgers here! The place was packed. I'm talking line out the door packed. So many options to choose from no wonder why customers get to the counter and still are undecided. Between salads, sides like onion rings, cheese or garlic fries, tacos burgers and even shakes. This is a classic burger joint. The indoor and patio seating were very clean despite the large swath of folks in and out. Gott's even had a tv which had the sports game on. I went with the chicken schnitzel. Came with pickled radish, cucumber, parsley and a house made sauce. An absolute banger of a sandwich after a night of drinking. This was the perfect cap to a great trip as Gott's was our last stop before heading back home. I must mention the cheeseburger my fiancee ordered. With all the special burgers and sandwiches a classic burger can get overlooked or lost in the shuffle. Please don't do that here. The burger was so damn good and had me contemplating if I should order one for the road despite being full already. Overall Gott's really surprised me. It had very high ratings. The quality of all the food lived up to it. The range of each item leaves me wanted to come back for more. The cleanliness of the restaurant and attentiveness of each staff member make you appreciate their hard work.

Fried chicken sandwich and garlic, pesto fries. Insane!

Gott's is the most sophisticated diner in the world. Burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, salads and sides all with Napa quality ingredients. It's pure heaven. And there are always dogs on the patio! They're going to open in LA soon. Can't wait!

After hiking in we took a little drive to Gotts in Napa. Very spacious. Plenty on seating even though it was busy! Vast menu. So many yummy choices. Burger and chicken sandwich was very flavorful. However, the chicken was a bit dry. Brussel sprouts and the dipping sauce was delicious! Highly recommend. I want to go back to try their ice cream!

Perfect post-winery snack! My friends and I popped into Gott's after a fun day visiting local tasting rooms. The line was longgg, so the promise of good food was on the horizon. We were not disappointed! My veggie burger was well seasoned, just greasy enough, and the perfect portion to receive a 10/10. The sides were also really good - we split fries and onion rings among us. I was absolutely full after my meal, but next time I'd also like to try one of their sweet treats. They looked yummy! Well done, Gott's - see you soon!

I've been to this burgers chain at a different location before, but this was my first time at the Napa location. Ordering was fast. We found a table in front of the big screen TV and watched the Olympics while waiting for our food. They did take a long time to prepare thd food though, I'd say around 20 minutes. The burger was good though, so it makes up for the long wait.

Delicious Ahi Tacos
Sabrina A.

Went to this amazing place. I ordered the ahi Tacos and the chicken tenders. Ahi tacos were delicious they did not skimp on the Ahi and you get 3 yummy tacos for the price. The chicken tenders had a good crunch to them and were tasty. Service was great you have to stand in line to get your order take and there wasn't much of a line either. Because this place can really get busy during lunchtime and there can be a wait. They also have indoor and outdoor seating. So if you are in the area and never tried this place you should definitely check it out.

Candy N.

I was craving a burger on my way back home during the week of Halloween, so I stopped by Gott's at the Oxbow in Napa. I kept it classic with a cheeseburger, no sauce, just meat & cheese, and my wife went bold with the kimchi burger, which she absolutely loved. They even had a gluten-free bun option (most burger spots don't handle that well), so major props there. We got garlic fries and onion rings on the side (love me some onion rings only disappointment was they were not hot, they were cold, not sure if they had been a batch sitting out). I wasn't feeling the shake that night, but next time I'll definitely grab that mint one I was eyeing. The counter staff ranged from super friendly to just "okay" in attitude, but overall the burger experience was strong. Everything is fresh and organic, just how I like it. I really appreciate that they have a gluten-free option. You've got a lot of different burgers to choose from. I'll be hitting up another Gott's location soon.

However, the person behind the counter came to tell us they gave us someone else's order, so we had to wait another 10 minutes. After receiving the wrap, I discovered was smaller than expected. It was a tasty and savory wrap with a small kick of spiciness, but portions were too small. Taste was 4 stars and value was 3 stars. I was still hungry. Desperate for more food, I sampled the harissa chocolate chip cookie. At $5, it was a great value and size. Nice melty flakes of chocolate with tiny punch of spice, and a salty finish. I would try Moro again, but with couscous or salad as a supplement, and with lower expectations of value.

Some mishaps have happened with service on prior visits but management and servers are always concerned and make it right. That's why I keep coming back. I Popped in Thursday afternoon for Pho. It was not busy only two other couples eating when we arrived. We sat at our usual table And noted service was a bit slow right off the bat. When I received my Pho, which I thought was a longer wait than usual, it was luke warm if that. The Korean ribs and chicken wings arrived temperature appropriate. I pushed my soup aside but no one checked back until my lunch mate finished. When the waiter came to clear the table I asked for a to go and thought he would ask if there was anything wrong. He did not so I told him the Pho was served luke warm so I did not eat it and that no one had checked back or even passed by us or I would have sent it back to heat it up. We were done now so I'd just take it to go. Our waiter apologized and when he brought the bill said The Pho was comped and apologized again for the breakdown in service. When I dine I like to relax and enjoy a meal With who I came with. So receiving temperature appropriate food is important. The KD does a good job. They have a diverse menu with flavorful food and great cocktails. When there is a hiccup in service or the food there is a genuine concern. Sometimes it's caught by them and others it's brought to their attention. It's how things are dealt with when those mishaps happen. The KD addresses your concerns with sincerity and want their diner to have an all around great experience. If you have not been give KD a try when in downtown Napa.

Cornbread and sauces missed the mark for me, but the meat more than made up for it. Definitely going back! The full story: Finally! A BBQ joint that knows how to season meat! Stateline Road Smokehouse in Napa is the spot. We rolled in on Mother's Day and got hit with a line almost out the door -- always a good sign! Turned out the wait wasn't bad though, because they've got a slick assembly line going. I watched the girl slicing my brisket right next to the order-taker, then just followed my tray as it moved down the line. The space is gorgeous -- big, bright, and airy, with clear garage doors and windows across the front and a domed ceiling overhead. We ordered the brisket, burnt ends, BBQ chicken, mac n cheese, and hot water cornbread. Plates come with their house-made pickles, onions, and peppers. They even have stuff for non-carnivores -- the Cherry Wood-smoked Maitake & Greens (maitake mushrooms, lettuce, heirloom rice, marinated garbanzo beans, lemon vinaigrette) and the 18th & Vine Grain Bowl (barley, quinoa, sweet potato, arugula, parsnip, saffron egg, pickled onion, burnt orange vinaigrette) both looked fantastic. Maybe I'll grab one next time -- right next to a pile of brisket! On the drink side they've got wines by the glass, boozy slushies, draft beer, and batch cocktails. We stuck with water this round. Prices were a notch above what I'm used to in Sacramento, but for Napa they felt totally fair -- especially since this is probably the best BBQ around. The brisket was a steal at $19 for a half pound. The chicken at the same price for a half bird felt a bit steep, but I could be off on what's normal up there. The brisket was seasoned beautifully from the very first bite -- smoked to perfection, fall-apart tender. No knife needed. The burnt ends were my favorite of the whole spread. They had a splash of sauce on them but it wasn't needed -- those rubs hold their own. The BBQ chicken had a totally different vibe -- hard to describe, but it gave off Asian-influenced flavors. Solid on its own, but pairing it with the brisket and burnt ends was a misfire. The flavors just didn't play nice together. The mac n cheese was great. It wasn't baked, but it also wasn't mushy or overcooked like most places -- the noodles still had bite and the cheese was flavorful. Sadly, the cornbread was the weak link. A little dry, kinda bland, and not as thick as I like. About the size of a thin 6" pancake -- not really worth the price. The other miss for me was the BBQ sauces. Just not my thing flavor-wise. To be fair though, the owner built his whole business on those sauces and apparently ships them out by the pallet, so plenty of people clearly love them! It was awesome seeing Darryl Bell, the owner, back in the kitchen working his magic -- and get this, he's reportedly the first Black restaurateur in Napa since the 1800s! That made the warm welcome hit even harder. Even with the rush going on, he popped out to snap a picture with us and thank us for coming in. His business partner Jeremy was also working the floor, checking in on every table, and he stuck around to talk us up about Darryl's BBQ skills and how their partnership came together. Then during a lull, Darryl came back out and gave us the whole tour -- the cultural and historical design choices throughout the space (the building used to be a Quonset hut, which explains that cool domed ceiling) plus the murals on the back patio. Dinner AND a show! Wishing these guys all the best. Can't wait to get back and work through more of the menu.
