My first two orders for business cards were fantastic. My third order SUCKED. The proof looked great but when I received my order the white in the water mark was dark blue and you could not see my print. They argued it was my fault. offered a discount on "next" order. Product was unusable. It took awhile but I was finally given a refund. I sent the same order to Vista Print and it turned out wonderful. read more

the 100% satisfaction guarantee is false. I was treated poorly and their employees always claim user error and its never their fault. They offered me a 100 dollar credit and after passing me around to 4 different people only to find out the person who can help me is magically unavailable. $500 order and their guarantee only goes to the first hundred bucks. Customer service sucks, Guarantee sucks I will pay the extra money and go somewhere else. Oh yes, from the chain of pass around people on the phone I can tell you that they do this all day long, what a racket! _________________________________________________________________ Okay, they called me back 24 hours later and offered to credit me half of the cost as a refund, this was a very admirable thing for them to do, not to mention the discount ended up paying for the mailing by an outside company, SO, my print job is getting done at the cost I was hoping for. Have seen quite a bit of complaints about Gotprint, and while some people might have a legitimate complain against the company, most of the complaints have come as a result of the poor planning of customers. I have been a gotprint customer for 10 years, and only a few times did I ever have any real issues. But with those issues GotPrint has done their best to address them and to please me as their customer. The prices are great, the turn around time is exactly what I expect every time, and I always make sure my customers plan a head to avoid the possibility of having to order at the last minute. This was my first time ordering from GotPrint. I wish I would've been smart and read the reviews first, they're spot on. It was such a hassle to get the uploaded image JUST right. We would fix something about it, and then get a response saying something else was wrong. This happened four times. I finally had to email and professionally say "Just print them already, this is ridiculous." After I sent the email, I did get a coincidental quick email saying the post cards had been printed and shipped. After paying for 3 day shipping, we finally got them two weeks after placing the order. When the order FINALLY got here, it was excellent quality. First let me say that I've ordered from GotPrint before when I was an administrator for a not-for-profit and for the price, they do a good job. But, the experience I've had on my current order is just horrible! I needed hang tags for an event this weekend and placed my order last week. After being told yesterday by a CR (Jeff) that my small order for 100 hang tags was done and just needed holes punched in them and to call back today at 10am today to see if they were completed, I call back and was told by Fernando that my order had not even been printed (a lie) and wouldn't be received until next Thursday. After I informed him that I was told last night that they were indeed completed except for holes and I could pick them up today, he put me on hold and came back on the line and said that was not the case. When I asked why was I told different info last night and someone is misrepresenting the truth, he then began to get sarcastic with me, which I told him I did not appreciate. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was connecting me to Matt, a manager. I was then transferred to who I was told was Matt's assistant, Ryan who grilled me over and over again demanding to know if the first CR had GUARANTEED that I could pick up my tags today. When I informed him that CR and I had discussed that the tags were ready, except for the holes, which I had told him that was OK, we'd do those ourselves and just pick them up as is today, Ryan continued to repeatedly ask me if I was guaranteed I could pick up today and tells me that they wouldn't be ready until next week. I told Ryan that if that is what had been told to me, I would have made other arrangements to pick up supplies to do tags myself for the event this weekend, but was told that they were printed and just needed holes. I was just calling to see if I was picking them up with or without the holes today. After much frustration in trying to communicate with Matt, I hung up very upset! Fifteen minutes later, I receive a call that my tags are ready for pickup today and I'll be receiving a discount on my next order. Why was I put through all of this for an order that was already done (as Jeff has told me last night)? My initial issue wasn't that the order may not be completed when I needed it as I knew the time frame was tight. But once I was told that they were done and could be picked up in time for my event, I cancelled my contingency plan. To be told an entirely different status the next morning was extremely upsetting and the added sarcasm and disrespect has completely turned me off from GotPrint. PROS: Got Print Price is a little bit ok, almost $80 for 5000 pcs 16pt UV coated business cards, regular shipment. Paid online and uploaded the file designed by an experienced graphic artist who makes business card designs for years. CONS: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and LONG TURN-AROUND TIME 1) looks easy for you to upload your file. But after uploading the correct 300dpi file and 2x3.5 in, I received an email the next day, to re-upload the file without any details. (only a link is given and it says please re-upload files). NO PHONE CALLS FROM GotPrint was even made. What if I got busy not to read my emails? RE-uploaded the file (First Upload). ONE DAY DELAYED. 2) I got another email the next day, asking me to re-upload the file, now with a specific instructions. It says the dimensions are correct but needs adjustments on the bleeding. I still have to contact graphic artist who was available after 1 day to make the little adjustment. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. GotPrint should have made the little adjustment. By the way NO PHONE CALLS again from GotPrint. ANOTHER DAY DELAYED. 3) After attempting to upload the little adjustments, it says the link has expired. Called GotPrint customer service and the lady on the phone was so cold in answering. Then told me that the first upload is actually ok just now. EVENTUALLY they fixed the little adjustment after I was told to do the adjustments. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that wasted time, effort and money of customer. 4) I asked the customer service lady the turn around date and she said 10 days plus regular shipping of 3-5 days. When I said why is it too long, she said "YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF YOU WANT". Well, I just then canceled the order. IF THESE ISSUES ARE NOT ADDRESSED, I may suggest that don't deal with GotPrint. We have used GotPrint several times in the past without issue. However, our most recent experience with a door hanger order of 41k will be our last. The customer service is flat out incompetent and rude. To start things off we used THEIR template for a door hanger. Upon receiving a proof, I noticed the outlines from the template were still displayed. Before I approved the proof I promptly called their support to get assurance that these guides would not be printed. I was told they would not be printed as they were just guides showing where it was safe to place text, etc. I thanked him for his help and approved the proofs. So what happens when we received all 41,000 door hangers? The guide had been printed on the hangers. Immediately we call support and explain the situation. These were not our guides, they were provided by GotPrint. Additionally, I would have never approved the proof and would have uploaded new artwork had I not been told by THEIR support that those guides would not show on the finished product. We were blocked at every turn by support. Any time we asked for an extension of an employee we were told they don't give those out, regardless of the fact that the first thing the phone prompt tells you is to put in the extension of the party if you know it. Once we were finally able to contact someone in Quality Control, a man named George proceeded to yell at us on the phone, "What's on the screen gets printed!" We tried to explain that we had called and were assured it would not be on the finished product but they would have none of it. We were offered a reprint, but only at a discount, regardless of the fact that it was clearly their fault and a misprint on their end. Our client had been waiting long enough that we did not have the time to go through a whole reprint of 41,000. Use GotPrint at your own risk, if anything goes wrong they refuse to fix the issue and blame you. Completely unprofessional. read more

I've now ordered 500 tri-fold brochures and over 7 sets of business cards from them and still maintain my 5 star review. One of my business card orders had a fair number of them printed (or more likely cut) a little off center pushing my text too close to the edge of the card. When I informed them of the error they immediately printed and sent me a new set for no charge. All the new cards were perfect! Great company! read more

Customer service has been good up until recently. With my most recent order, their online status updates said that the product was "In Print" for a full 2.5. weeks. When I finally contacted support they never replied with a "real" answer...only a auto-generated report apologizing for the inconvenience. When I finally did speak to someone they informed me that they could not change my order because it was "In Print." Well, it had been that way for 3 weeks at this point. Because of the time it took to "print" 500 door hangers I was unable to use them to promote a community back-to-school event. So, they told me I could disregard the order and they would refund the shipping. After giving up on getting a full refund, I asked them to not ship the order and to refund shipping. Two hours later I got an email saying that my order had shipped. So now, because of their manipulative business practices I gave them $80 for nothing of use in return. I suggest using Vista Print. Customer service is much better and turnaround times are half of Got Print's. You'll pay just a hair more...but it's worth it to avoid the headache I just experienced. read more

Turnaround time said 2 days. It took two weeks to make it to printing and just got shipped today with no rush shipping to account for their mistake. Now because of this horrible company I will miss my deadline. I'm headed out of state for an event with no advertising and no time to print new show cards. Reducing my rating again. Their customer service is lazy and more interested in blowing us off than actually helping. We spend $10,000 to $15,000 per month with this company. I shudder to think of what customer service would be if I were a normal retail customer. My current fight is just getting them to let me set the correct email for communications on my orders - and I'm literally 45 minutes into the effort. Their prices, print quality, and reliability on production are second to none for long-term business. That is why we put up with them. I placed an order of 100 family Christmas cards that unfortunately did not go well. The cards were doubled-sided and on the back side the pictures looked great - exactly how the proofs appeared. On the front it was washed out and our family of five looked like ghosts - not at all like the proof. They were bad enough that I simply couldn't send them out. I called and spoke to someone in Customer Service who politely indicated they couldn't make any decisions, and that my issue would be sent to Quality Control for their review. Shortly thereafter and despite no further conversation, I received an email letting me know that the problem was within their allowable margin of error. They went on to offer me a meager $5 discount on a reorder. I didn't find this to be an acceptable compromise to remedy the situation so I called back, again blocked by Customer Service, who insisted they didn't have any decision making power. This power rested in Quality Control - a team which I was not allowed to actually speak to. Finally and after a considerable amount of pushing, I got looped through to a Supervisor after being told they had all left for the day. Having spoken to five different people and respectfully stating my case, I was told that they were unwilling to compromise further. Each year I order cards and I've never had an issue. I thought I'd try GotPrint this time round and wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews. Not sure what part of the above falls within the promise on their website: "First-time customer? No problem! We offer a Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee to our first-time retail customers for orders with a subtotal up to $100. If you are not entirely satisfied with the finished printed product, you can send it back to us for a full refund of the printing cost only. To say that this company has poor customer service would be an understatement. There are no words to describe how absolutely appallingly they treat customers. The constant "I apologize for the inconvenience" and "I can understand your concern" are beyond irritating and worthless when you don't actually do what you SHOULD and NEED to to correct the issue. I was told I could get a $100 discount for my next order. My response: "Do you think I am insane? Do you really think I will EVER place another order with you?" Really, really horrible way of doing business. And this is just trying to get the order shipped out! I haven't even seen it yet. A little scared to at this point. IN RESPONSE to company's comment: The QA person I had to argue to even be allowed to talk to??? The one I had to DEMAND to talk to? Your company was LATE in shipping this job by several days. I called every day and kept hearing the same story that it was supposed to ship that day..EVERY DAY! so after several days late, you really expected us to pay to expedite the shipping? Not a good way to do business. If you screw up, you are responsible for fixing it. Simple as that. And now when I just went it to try and track it my account is locked! If I could give a zero star rating I would. Worst customer service I have run into in a long time. As a small business client (10 employees) my employer tried to set up a broker account. Weirdly, Got Print requested a photocopy of our business license before they would allow it. I obliged and informed them that while we have an incorporated name, our company operates under a different name which is a legal DBA. They then requested a photocopy of that document. This was over 5 days. In the meantime we needed them to print for us, so we put in our $300 job. I told them I would appreciate if they would set up the broker account under our incorporated name instead. After another day of waiting they declined to do business with us. I am stunned. I guess I should have sent my name, ssn, address, marriage license, birth certificate, and firstborn over to them as well. Maybe that would have earned me a broker account? I emailed them one last time to tell them that DBA's in SC don't require legal documentation and to ask what I could do to straighten things out besides try to send documents I don't have and they responded in kind with their first contact: I have to send what they ask for. Poorly orchestrated and executed. Lots of hassle with no results. Avoid. read more

I am writing this review to share an unbelievable situation that I recently experienced with Got Print (Burbank, CA). I placed an order for 1000 business cards in March of 2011. In April, I was sent an email from them stating that I had a week to come pick up my order or it would be recycled. I immediately called (same day) and made arrangements to have it shipped. A month went by and I did not receive my order. I called to follow up and was told that it had been recycled by accident, they apologized (they dropped the ball). They said it would be re-printed and re-shipped. In June, I call back (still have not received my order). On June 21st, I speak to David in Customer Service who tells me that they are re-printing and re-shipping. He apologizes (they dropped the ball AGAIN), and he tells me I will receive the cards within a week. They never came (they dropped the ball AGAIN). On June 30th, I call back and talk to a Customer Service Supervisor named Matt. Matt tells me that they have not re-printed the cards, but that they will "be done soon" and agrees to refund me only part of my money after I explain that I felt the least they could do is give me my money back. He apologizes and says I will receive a refund of $20.18 (to which I never received) - (they dropped the ball AGAIN). Matt tells me I should get my business cards within a week. On July 14th I call back (still have not received my business cards). I talk to a Customer Service Supervisor (Lori) who tells me my cards have not been re-printed or shipped. When I voice my frustration with her over the fact that I placed this very simple order for 100 business cards 3 months ago, she tells me that there were "issues on both sides". I was perplexed and asked her how I was at fault in any of this. At that time, their skillfully trained Customer Service Supervisor tells me "I am not going to argue with you" and hangs up the phone on me. I was dumbfounded. So, of course I call back and am told that David, Matt and Lori are all unavailable. I then try and find ANYONE who has some authority over the Customer Service Department and I am told that there is nobody I can deal with but for the people I have already spoken to. So, four months later, I still have no cards, have never received a refund, spent quite a bit of my own personal time trying to follow up on my order, and have had to endure the unprofessional behavior of some ill-trained GOT PRINT representative. They may have cheaper prices than other places, but in this case you DEFINITELY get what you pay for. I would never do business with this company again. Ever! read more

Where do I start? I have been in the printing industry for over 12 years now and I had my share of problems and unfortunate situations with clients and vendors alike. But GotPrint is just the worst that it can possibly get. Incompetent and brain-washed are the 2 words that ring bells when I think of the people answering the phones at this place. No manners and lack of communication are two more of the "qualities" of GotPrint staff. Apparently to work over there you need to have an empty brain and a complete lack of independent thought. The quality of printing is horrible and inconsistent to top all this and turnaround is just a big mystery that no one knows until 4:59pm of the last day of the promised ETA. Just save yourself and go to 4Over or Zoo Printing. If I could give a negative star, I would. The quality control process is a joke. The people their make you jump through hoops to prove that they screwed up and then don't admit it. On a $17 order they put me through my paces and then came back with flawed logic. They couldn't explain why their cut lines were printed on the business cards but not the safety lines which both showed in their file but not on mine. They offered me a $4 discount on my next order. The short version: Terrible costumer service, not the best printing. Go to Copymat Hollywood instead. The long version: I ordered a standard size postcard that was really uncomplicated in black and white and liked the results fine so I ordered a full color postcard, that was an unusual size, I should have gone to yelp and shopped around but I didn't. They didn't do the size I wanted or offer cutting but I still ordered the closest size I could get and figured I'd cut them myself. The process of getting these files to them, getting them orientated correcting and getting them to understand my order was lengthy and I wouldn't exactly describe them as friendly but I shrugged it off. I ordered them matte and dull with UV coating (now here is my bad, and you may laugh at me, but I just didn't know) and they came back glossy due to the coating, also the lettering was really really pixelated and terrible. I tossed them. I sent them an emailing acknowledging that maybe I should have known that UV coating = gloss but that it may help their future customers to spell that out and make it really clear. I got no word back for a week. I wrote a 3 star pretty fair review saying I had had one ok experience and one bad one and that I found them hit or miss. I immediately heard back from the Manger on a public yelp response saying that they had called me (not true) and emailed me (also not true) since my complaint and were waiting to hear back from me. I checked my email, nothing. I deleted my review to give them the benefit of the doubt. I then talked to the manager and experienced a bizarre half hour of her basically telling me that it was my fault that I didn't know that UV coat was gloss (fair enough never said it wasn't just suggested making it clearer) , and that I would not get a refund (which I never asked for). When I called her out on lying about emailing/calling me, she said that she had been confused and there had been no phone call, but that my email was replied to but it bounced back since the guy had missed a letter, I found that odd for a reply, so I asked her to forward it to me, I never received it. I eventually just had to end the call as I didn't really see the point. I went to Copymat Hollywood and got wonderful costumer service, crisp, sharp printing, cut to exactly my size in matte (they asked me matte or gloss? yay easy for printing newbies!). AND Copymat ended up being cheaper. No brainer. Also, just to follow up, the owner response below is a total crock o' bs. Such a bizarro way to business. COPYMAT HOLLYWOOD GUYS!!! I was really surprised at the reviews on here... I have used Got Print for about 10 orders now and have been satisfied thus far. It is true that they are not always the most helpful in the customer service department and can be a bit redundant with their questions/responses but you can't beat their prices. We did quite a bit of shopping around and they beat everyone that we have found. I received one order of business cards where the box had broken open and the Fed Ex employee taped it back together with only 1/3 of the cards left in the box. When I called Got Print their CSR was reluctantly helpful but eventual reprinted my order and sent it out. Try having business cards printed at a Kinkos... you can pay 5 times as much, deal with some truly incompetent employees, and receive product quality that is barely above what you can print at home. I am giving GotPrint 5 stars for the absolute worst customer service EVER! I have had a Broker account for more than 3 years and after sending one order back for a refund they canceled my account. They printed what should have been blue in purple twice. They dont have any eyes on the process and dont care how things turn out. I revised out artwork according to their specs and reordered, when it came in it was purple not blue again! So then I sent in a request to have the second order sent back they said they would accept it then they closed my account. When I called I was told a huge lie about how I have to have 10 orders a month or I dont meet the standards to be a broker. This is not information that was provided to me when I opened the account in 2009. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and a guy named George got on the phone,he had no intentions of helping me from the moment he got on the line. His tone was patronizing and then he told me I dont know how to set up color in my files and that they "dont need me as a customer". REALLY? then he canceled the order I currently had in print and told me to take my business elsewhere be cause I know nothing about printing. I guess spending more than $36 thousand dollars with them doesnt make me a valued customer. Watch out is all I have to say. read more

Just stay away. I wish I would've found these reviews before I ordered. According to Reseller ratings they're great... I ordered some postcards from them, and used their design building software to put it together. I made sure to watch the entire tutorial before starting so I understood everything and obviously to avoid mistakes. I got the instant online proof, approved it, and what did I get in the mail?? Postcards printed upside down, that I obviously cannot send to clients. The tutorial doesn't explain that the printing process will flip to print, and it's nowhere on the site until you call to complain. Somehow the business cards came exactly as I approved, but the postcards did not, and according to them that was my fault. Just to be clear, it doesn't say ANYWHERE how the the printing process will work or print, and it certainly did not print them EXACTLY as I ordered as the proof had me sign off on. Of course wouldn't give me a refund. I just hope at least for someone somewhere they will make their printing instructions clear. Better to just spend more money with a more reputable company. read more

I used to work for this company and our relationship did not end well, HOWEVER, that has nothing to do with the work I order from them, which is why I said that first line. I continue to use this company for a few reasons. The price is right! The quality of card I distribute is equal to, and often better than the quality of other professionals whom I exchange cards with, and the colors ARE brilliant. As I said, I stopped working for the company, and I STILL use their product. Now, this will help people understand the best practices for using ANY gang-printer in the industry. 1. If you aren't hiring their design team, understand that what you upload is what they print. Nobody in the company is explicitly taking aggression out on your work. They process thousands of orders at the same time yours is printed. Review exactly what gang-printing is to understand how that works, and why you can get industry pro-level product made at really low and competitive pricing. 2. Chances are, you aren't a designer, and you downloaded something free, slapped your name on it and sent it off to the printer, clicking all the "yes" buttons in an effort to just get your 250 cards sent to your house. People, please; gang printers run pro-level orders in the tens of thousands of copies, so that one little 1000 piece order doesn't really stand up to the thousands of dollars in printing that big companies are doing with Printograph, Inc. However, your small order is handled with the same discretion as the big boys who run monster sized orders. There is no favoritism, every order is processed by experienced employees that are trained, I can verify that this is true, as I did work and train there, at as rapid a pace as they can professionally process the orders, because literally thousands upon thousands of orders come through in the course of a week. So - your design should be created by someone who actually uses Photoshop or Illustrator for a living. They can explain to you how a marginal cut line on a gang press might mis-align your design to the slightest degree, and professionally, your graphic can be designed not to look misadjusted. But you know what's best for you - pro's know what is best for the outcome of your design. You decide how that should be done - clearly you aren't looking to spend money on a quality design if you're just shopping for cheap printing. If created properly, you can have both here. 3. No printer can guarantee colors to match to 100 percent of what your computer screen is showing you - but again, a pro level designer can organize a color scheme that will still appear as vibrant as your dreams are when applied to even an 85 percent color match in the printing itself. Your complaints on here about colors and alignment show that you aren't designers, more like whiners. With all that said, I want to discuss the people who answer the phones, because I did that in the company too. Hundreds of calls a day from self entitled shoppers means they have to be concise and non-descript in how they handle call after call. Imagine talking to a robot, that is how thick their skin has to be in taking calls from non-design pros trying to get items printed rapidly at low pricing for their soccer mom car-pool groups and home business hobbyists. For all the complaints listed here, I can refer dozens upon dozens of happy clients I have printed product for using Got Print, the website, and with the exception of one misprint, that was replaced within 48 hours, I have no ill stories to share about their finished product. Hate me if you must, delete my opinion because I am a former employee that left on bad terms, but I still recommend using this company for top level product that you will be proud to hand out when representing your business. It's been almost a decade since I separated from this company and I still have my personal and business cards made here for the simple reason that I get what I put in to the print job. Site is not very user friendly to design your business card. Boxes will pop up where you are trying to make edits and text boxes will randomly move. Their website and IT often have glitches, have contacted them on several occasions for them to be fixed so I could continue with my business card design. If they have IT issues, then you have to wait until they fix it (about a week) before you can proceed. Ordered some new business cards and they were perfect. The cut was great and the quality of the card was pretty good too. I haven't ordered anything else from them, but for business cards, this is my new go to company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. We had the most stressful and difficult experience with THIS company unlike any we have ever had with online print orders before. We had to babysit the order from start to finish. We paid for a rush order and o'night shipping. 7 days later it still hadn't left the facility. Not only that, they messed up our order at every stage, they did not deliver what was paid for, screwed up the shipping 3 TIMES, then when it finally left 2 weeks later- unbenknown to us - they altered the shipping as return to sender without our consent only a day before it was to arrive. A few more hours and it would have been on our door. ( apparanently some mistake by a staff member) leaving us uniformed and without our paid product. Then citing they accidently recycled it rather than resending it back to us, said we would have to start th order allover again however they no longer have the paper stock we ordered. WTF? Seriously, Who is running this company? They made constant promise every day they would fix each problem but did not follow through on ANYTHING. We spent over 2 weeks being messed around and having to call them constantly to get things resolved- each time having to speak to and explain to a new person the problem. None or inaccurate notes were left in the system about the issues causing various staff to create actions on our orders that were not what was requested. There was no call backs,, no consulting with us before making sudden changes to our order, no offers to compensate all the problems we experienced and no management stepping in to take care of any of the issues despite numerous requests for them to help us. We had to constantly chase them up for a refund. We lost a good client because of them. We found GotPrint to be highly negligent in accountability and lacking any form of effective or efficient customer support, particularly when issues arise. You feel like your talking to automatons who and just dont care once they have your money. They are not worth the hassle. Save your money, time and stress guys. Buy elsewhere! read more

I would never recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever attempt to order anything from here again. I called customer service on 3 different occasions regarding the size of the file that was being created and confirmed that this size file would work, called back and 2 additional customer service reps advised me to order using the 24 hour manual proof so that they could ensure the size of my file. I asked if I could just use the instant online proof and click the button that says "fit to size" and I was told by both reps that their website is not accurate and to do the 24 hour manual so they could make sure. I placed my order and 24 hours later I have an email stating that the files are too big??? Of course they are. I called in and the female rep told me that there is nothing they can or will do and I need to cancel this order and reorder. I asked to speak to a manager and a gentleman named Ryan got on the line and told me that there is a miscommunication on my end and that NO ONE from his company would ever tell me that. I told him I didn't appreciate being called a lair and he fought with me over the phone. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me that he is the one at the top and there is no one above him and I would not be allowed to speak to anyone further. I cancelled my order. The customer service for this company is clearly uninformed and gives bad information and when they have someone call them out on it then they call you a liar and treat you terribly. I wish I would have read the reviews first! This company is a JOKE! There's a saying, "You're only as strong as your weakest link"! They seem to have links lying everywhere the way that my order has been handled reflects that statement to a T. When I received my order it came in two boxes? When I looked at the business cards I knew they didn't look right. I guess they hire unskilled workers trying to figure out how to use the equipment there? The cards were cut to different sizes. When I called to complain, I was told by, "(RYAN) that we do a ton of orders daily! If we have a few problems that's not too bad, right?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Where's the quality control? I followed the process by going to the "my orders" and clicking on the "paid status", I filled out a complaint form. When I received an email later that day it asked me to send them 5 -10 digital images so they can review the issue. I "REPLIED" with the information as requested. I received a second email stating that there is a problem with the order number and that the order is N/A? HUH? It gets better! Then it states that they can't receive attached files. WHAT??? That's what they instructed me to do! I called the next day to try to figure out how this is going to get resolved if my "so called GHOST account" doesn't exist? Even though they got my payment without an issue! The person I spoke to said, "You need to send your dispute to a different email account." I guess they just want to ADD FUEL TO THE FIRE instead of putting the fire out! I asked him why your company would send me a response email to my complaint and instead of just sending a reply which would be easy to do since I'm already there, They expect me to send my response somewhere else? "MAYBE OVERSEAS? WHO KNOWS WHERE? I complied but this is beyond 911 EMERGENCY! I received a follow up email saying that they can cut the cards anyway they want as long as they are within 1/16 inch from the stated dimension on the website. I replied for the last time EVER that I will take my business to VISTA PRINT and there response was a $20.00 discount on my next order. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER! You do get what you pay for. I should have figured that out. IF YOU want to waist your time and money, use them. VISTA PRINT at least stands behind their work 100%! How funny that there is someone from that company that has responded and is trying "ON THE SURFACE" to make it look like they care. EVERY email states that the "COMPANY ISN'T WRONG!" HEY, ROLL THE DICE AGAIN and they will give you $20.00 credit towards purchase instead of stepping up to the plate and giving a FULL REFUND FOR THEIR SCREW UP! I'll NEVER do business with that SHADY COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!! I Sent out an email to my existing client base with over 6,000 customers I've been working with over the last eight years and I WILL DISCOURAGE EVERYONE FROM EVER USING THIS COMPANY FOR PRINTING SERVICES! I've used GotPrint a few times. Printing was fast, but the quality was Ok.

I was a little worried about using GotPrint because of some negative reviews, but went ahead with a 500 postcard order because the price was about half of other online vendors. I am completely satisfied with the order I received & impressed with the quality. I knew exactly what I wanted to order. Uploading the front & back images was easy with the online tool. Deliver took a few extra days because of the New Year holiday, but everything was delivered as promised. read more
