    I used to order from got print a lot. For over a decade. Their customer service and quality has gone down hill. I ordered business cards with raised UV. They emailed me and said my file needed to be set up differently. Asked me to resend. I did. The cards come and not only are they damaged they are wrong. Customer service said my file was set up wrong. Ok. So why didn't you tell me so I could fix it? You asked for a new file once. Even if the file was correct, the cards I received have scraped and specs all over them. See pic. These prints look absolutely terrible. And that is with the print and paper quality, not the file. They offered a credit for about half instead of just reprinting. So I'm not eligible for a reprint because we both made a mistake? I will probably order them from uprinting instead.

    i love how i was able to order some business cards and pick up. The price was was good. and the quality was great. will be ordering more soon.

    Foam board came damaged.

    Horrible customer service takes days to respond and never replies back to follow up emails. My item came damaged, they mentioned they will start a claim with UPS. On that note, If there are delays please be communicative with your customers instead of ghosting them. I now have no choice but to file a claim with my credit card company. After reading other reviews apparently this is a common occurrence and the same issue. DO NOT use them for any services I REPEAT DO NOT use for any services. They're Horrible stay far away!

    So, I recently had THE WORST PRINTING EXPERIENCE EVER with GotPrint, and I want to share it in case it saves someone else the headache. I've been a graphic designer for 20 years, and this was hands down the worst printer I've ever used. I'm astounded. I chose manual processing specifically so a human would review my order. What I got back was completely crooked, misaligned, and nowhere close to the proof I had approved. Like, embarrassingly bad -- it looked like something went wrong in the actual print run, not just a "safe zone" issue. Naturally, I thought if I called, they'd see the mistake and make it right. Instead, I got Anna in customer service, who was sarcastic, dismissive, and basically told me it was my fault -- even though she admitted she couldn't see the proof or the final result herself. Zero empathy, zero accountability. Honestly, she sounded annoyed I even called. I ended up leaving a review on Trustpilot, and GotPrint's official response just made things worse. Here's what they said: "A proof we sent on 8/6 did state in the notes that there were text/artwork outside of the safe zone. A new file was received and a new proof was sent on 8/11 stating in the notes that there were elements past the safe zone, but the order was Approved to print by the account user. We went ahead and offered Store Credit to use towards a second try with all the elements moved inside the safe zone. That offer went to the account-holder. Feel free to contact our friendly Customer Service team to help on your next order. Thank you." Don't even get me started on their "our friendly Customer Service" bs comment - could they be anymore tone deaf? Or is this just more of them being snarky? Because it aint legit that's for sure! The real kicker? The "safe zone" issue they keep pointing to wasn't even the problem - I already accommodated for that in my design. My complaint was that THE ENTIRE JOB CAME OUT CROOKED and totally unlike the proof. But instead of acknowledging that, they doubled down on blaming me - as you can see above in their response to me - "there were elements past the safe zone" - again, not even the issue, and they just bypass their gross negligence. And instead of a refund (like Vistaprint or literally any decent printer would offer if a job went this sideways), they offered me store credit -- like I want to use their services again. Basically, "go spend MORE MONEY with us to fix the thing WE botched." I honestly thought GotPrint had a decent reputation, but after this nightmare and digging into other reviews, I see I was VERY wrong. Between the poor quality control, the rude/unhelpful service, and their refusal to actually stand behind their work, I'm beyond done. Just a heads up for anyone considering them -- save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

A few years back, we finally decided to do a rock-n-roll band-style tour shirt. We knew we definitely wanted the white ink on black shirt look of the concert shirts I used to buy in the '80s. Coastal Printworks was able to take our idea, improve the idea, improve our artwork, and produce exactly what we were looking for. They have been very accommodating of our questions and special requests and always delivered the shirts on time on a tight deadline. We've done shirts each year for the past few years and plan on using Coastal Printworks again next year for our next "tour."

    This year I asked for neon colors for my logo. I was never told "We don't have that. And, sorry,…read morewe can't do that." and so I settled for the "almost what you want" colors. The embroidery was great and had 2 out 5 of the neon colors. The printing had 1 out of 5 of the colors. I asked for poly-cotton tshirts. I got 100% cotton tshirts. Again, I want to point out that I came into the shop to look for the right shirts on his computer and he knew that I wanted poly-cotton as I knew they would shrink but for some reason, either we picked what visually looked good or, he bought the product and it came in as the wrong order (100% cotton). Predicatably, they shrunk a lot and my logo printing is also predictably wrinkly. Regarding the jackets - again, I asked for a particular jacket but was shown another jacket, more than what I was planning to spend but a beautiful one. He even had me try it on (using another client's jacket that had been done). It was a Large and slightly too small so I decided I had better get XL's done on my jackets since I am an average size. I got my finished product and found myself swimming in the XL. I brought it to his attention. I obeserved the new Large jacket sleeves to be 1" longer when layed flat on top of the actual coat that I had been given (and tried on) to see if it would fit. I brought it to him and he layed the jackets on top of each other, folded the sleeve over to then show me it was ONLY 1/2" off (not, 1" like I had observed, not laying it flat, just as though one would hold the arms out straight) and he was going give me a discount on any future The new LARGE actually fit perfectly. The problem is that a majority of my jackets were ordered EXTRA LARGE. So, my plan to sell these has officially changed based on the fact that I will not be able to sell these easily, at all. I will have to gift these and will do the same for the tshirts. That's thousands of hard-earned product. Lastly, I put my order in in the middle of December. He called just after Christmas and told me he was on his way to the doctor because he might be having a heart attack. This was startling news for me and I waited a week or two to contact him again. I hope he and his family healthy. He is very, very nice. I appreciate all of the work that was done. The printing quality was great. Unfortunately, I will finding someone else to get my printing done due to the above.
