I am very disappointed in this place. Instead of ordering from big business such as Canva, Amazon,Vista Print, etc. I wanted to give a small business a chance. I should have just gone with the bigger companies who would actually COMMUNICATE with their customers. I went in on 2/17/2025 to place an order. The guy at the front desk took my order and told me that once I approve the order it would take from 7 - 10 days to complete. I received an email right after I left the store asking for my cell phone number and renderings of how my products would look like. I gave them my number and approved the same day. The next day 2/18/2025 I received a text asking to pay the invoice and I paid half right away. I was also sent the renderings via text and approved again on 2/18. Up until 2/28, I have not received any updates via text, phone call or email. I check the status of my order online and it says "Processing". On 2/28, I sent them a text asking for updates but I never got a response. On Monday, 3/3/2025, I sent them an email asking for a message and I never got a reply. I called on Tuesday 3/4/2025 and I was told that I would get an update by end of day because he needed to ask production but I never received one. I decided to go into the shop on Wednesday 3/5/2025 to ask about my order and was told that production wasn't there and that he would contact me when he gets an update. I told him that I didn't feel comfortable anymore because I have been left out in the dark and I can't get an answer about my order and that I would like I refund. He said to give them another day to complete my order and that they would ship it to me but it would take one day. I told them as long as I receive it by Saturday 3/8/2025 it would be okay. I also mentioned if they were unable to fulfill my order by Saturday, to give me a refund for the amount that I've paid already. It's Saturday 3/8/2025 and I haven't received any updates or my order. I'm going to call on Monday and ask for my refund and I pray that I get it because this shop has me feeling sketched out already. If you are looking to make an order, I suggest that you go somewhere else. Communication and customer service here is poor. read more

Very poor customer service and communication is what I experienced dealing with this company. I placed an order in April for 300 Pens. After placing my order nobody had communicated with me for over a month. I called to check on my order and it was still not fulfilled. I called a few weeks later after being told they would be finished soon. STILL NOTHING. At this point it has taken them 2 months to prepare my pens???? Unreliable company. They promise a deadline and don't stick to their agreement from their own invoice. I dropped off my graduation sash on Tuesday, was told it will be ready on Friday at 5pm for pick up. I show up to pick up the order around 5:40 and they are closed. I was told and it says on their page that they are open until 6. Had to waive down an employee to open the door to be told that they will have my order ready on Monday when I had notified them my event is on Sunday therefore I need it before the weekend. I asked to have my sash back along with a money refund and was told they don't have money to give back and had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to bring my refund. I don't understand how one can take an order days in advance, promise to have the order for an event at a certain date where on the invoice the due date is mentioned too, and yet miss to complete the job. Ordered 2 shirts for something small and simple on November 15 and I was told it would be ready on November 22 being a holiday. Understandable I might not get it on that day. Tried to get it on the 21st and didn't have it ready. No problem. I was told I could get it on Friday when they open. I personally drove there and turns out they were closed and didn't have my order ready. I was lured in by good reviews and pricing and I become the unfortunate one. Employee seems nice but reliability as a business is of poor quality. I wish them luck in changing for the better. If you are going to delay like this at least give me a two week waiting period. Be honest with your pick up date. Update: Got a call and said that they would be making it today. Came by in person the second time and came out amazing. Sorry for the negative review. I actually met Rafael years ago when his shop was in Van Nuys on Noble. I tried a few times to give him a chance. They were expensive for low quality work in Van Nuys. I ran into his company after approx. 5 years. I was looking for a new shop and found a familiar face. I said why not try his company again. I thought that people advance with time and hopefully they learn from mistakes. 1. He did some simple t shirts and messed up my silk screen. It was horrible and very blurred. The problem I have with this is I paid him to fix up the logo upon his request. I took the same file to someone else and bingo without the RA RA RA. 2. I had a Christmas party coming and he assured me that my bags would be done. I had the party without them. 3. I read a few other reviews just now and it pissed me off to read the excuses he gave them. He has been blaming it on moving next door for years. He would blame that or his guys in the back. He would say that they did't know what they were doing. You show them or you make sure our quality is good. You are the owner. It's July 2017 stop that sh*t! Take accountability for everything that's wrong with your business. Y-O-U! 4. The last time I walked into his store he spoke to me like I did something wrong and I did not have it. Rafael was friendly. I ordered 2 shirts and 2 hoodies. I noticed the hoodie print was cracking, never been washed, pretty new worn it like 5 times and less than a month of purchase. Not cheap I paid like around $150 for 4 items supposedly for good quality print and material. So Rafael emailed my receipt 2 days after initial purchase day, that was the email I responded on about what has occurred with the hoodie with the photo. No one responded back, I emailed 2 more times after that. Again no one responded. That's why I am rating this shop after my attempts failed. This is very unprofessional. Had a great experience with LA Shirt Printing. Despite I had little experience with printing T-Shirts, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. My T-Shirt Design was pretty technical with 3 different locations and I was worried about scaling for all different sizes but the staff was quick to offer suggested sizing and in the end it was perfect. Honestly bad service, i came inside the place and employees turned to see who was in but did not offer help.... then this one guy asked me if i have been helped and i said no. Well anyways i placed An order on 12/12/16 they said it will be ready in a week i called and they said they got wrong shirt sizes...then I called again and they said they will be ready on Wednesday 12/21/16 so i was about to go then decided to call first l, they said it was not ready yet. Then they said Friday noon it would be ready so i called on Friday 12/23 they said it was ready. So i left work early at 4pm got there like at 4:30 and guess what?! Not ready yet SMH so i was asked to wait 30 min. Omg i had no choice it was my sons christmas gift. Unbelievably terrible service. My fiancé dropped off 8 jackets for screen printing on August 5th, 2016, and was told they would be ready no later than August 16, 2016. After no contact past the original pick up date (my fiancé was assured she'd be reached via email since she would be out of the country), I reached out to Rafael via phone multiple times. I was assured my fiancé's order would ready for pick up "soon." So Friday, August 26th rolls around and I call Rafael up again. Again, he assures me "he's working on it," and that they would be ready for pick up no later than 12:00pm on Monday, August 29th... Well, here we are now. It's 1:34pm and the jackets aren't ready. They needed to be in my fiancé's hands today because she's giving them away as time sensitive gifts. Rafael insisted on giving him the chance to finish the job by 5:00pm. YOU HAD ALMOST A MONTH, FRIEND. So instead we're on our way to his place of business to get the non-screen printed jackets, as well as our full refund. 0/5 STARS. EDIT: Just got our jackets and refund. They tried to sell us on vinyl instead of screen printing because "it would be better," and it would be done in an hour. We said no (remember, they had almost a month), so the friendly customer service representative of the business just turned his back to us and walked away. NO APOLOGY WAS GIVEN OR EVEN HINTED AT. Our T-shirts were absolutely perfect, the material used was of great quality for the price, just as Rafael told me they would be. You know how you read the bad reviews and think, well, it might not happen to me? I should have taken all the bad reviews I read on here into consideration! My initial visit was kind of concerning, I stood around for 15 minutes while somebody else was being helped(not an issue to me because patience is a virtue) I was finally helped by the so called graphic designer, who took my design I wanted printed and started to fix it accordingly on his computer. My design was a PNG and would be hard to turn into a transparent for printing but he was sure it could be done! He then showed me my image on a T-shirt on the computer screen, It was very choppy and unfinished and I asked if it would be cleaned up before printing, he told me it was just a rough and that it would look much better for screen printing.(He stated he wasn't charging me for the cleaning up of the image, like he was doing me a favor) I agreed to purchase the 24 pieces after he told me it would be at least 7-10 business days and that they could screen print them, so I paid half up front which was $157.32 This is where the blatant lies begin...I was told on my initial first visit and after paying half I would be contacted within a couple days to review a printed out shirt and at that time is when I would decide if I wanted to even follow through with the order(viewing a sample). Mind you they have my half payment of $157.32! After a 3 day wait I decided to call and whomever I spoke with on the phone told me that my order would be processed in the following 3 days. I disagreed with my order being processed due to the fact that I hadn't even seen a sample yet! So whomever I was on the phone with then told me that they would have a sample ready for me on the following monday. Come Monday(8 business days later and I still hadn't seen a sample) half way through the business day I decided to call them cause I still hadn't heard from them! The graphic designer answered the call and began telling me that they would not be able to screen print my design! I was really pissed cause not only had I been waiting that long but they had been holding my money and I still hadn't seen a sample or had been contacted about not being able to do it! Now they're saying they just can't screen print it period! The graphic designer then told me that they COULD do my image via digital printing. I agreed but only if I COULD SEE A SAMPLE! The graphic designer then said that a sample would be done in 1 hour. I drove down there and my sample was on the counter, It was horrible! The design hadn't changed one bit since the day he rough drafted it! Why would a company even print a sample for a customer if it wasn't going to be the finish product!! It definetly looked to me as if they hadn't even attempted to fix the rough draft or even make an attempt at my order for more than 8 days while holding my hard earned money! Pieces were missing from the sloppy clean up of my design and there was even crap in the image that didn't belong there and it was all on the printed out so called finish product sample! The excuses came flying from the graphic designer about how I need to give him a printable design etc etc...and how he's not charging me for working on the design and cleaning it up. I would have paid good money to have somebody make the design work! I didn't ask for your freebie crap clean up job! I was heated and asked why he would even attempt to waste our time to begin with if it was gonna look like this crap sample that he was showing me! Excuses excuses excuses. 8 business days wasted! My gas money wasted! Time is money my friends and you will get no more of my time! I canceled the order and luckily enough there was no problems in the returning of my money accordingly! WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS ***BEWARE *** Placed and order for stickers,business cards and t-shirt printing. our business was treated like we didn't matter given excuse after excuse and countless other runarounds. after 1 month and a half we got nothing but dead ends and shirts which were done so cheaply and so bad that we were shocked that any self respecting business owner would allow that to go through his shop. the owner doesn't take responsibility for the actions and empty promises he wants to provide his customers. just really bad place to do business and a really bad place to give your time. we had a deadline for a release on a design and lost potential money and exposure we could of gained, he did pay us back for the damaged items but the lost time and headaches and potential profit was bad and sharp knife to our back. repeat don't do business here you will be out of money and time and be given a runaround before anything is given to you! read more

I REALLY wanted to like them better. And with the Yelp reviews I saw before calling them, I thought I would. I never Yelp... I just don't have the time to, but felt I had to today. I've worked in the retail and service industry for over a decade, and I really didn't want to be THAT customer. But when you CONSTANTLY have to email or call someone to see if they received your email to confirm an extra size or something, it gets straight frustrating. Especially with dealing with 90 people you're printing shirts for. Even with all the times I had to confirm things with him (instead of the other way around), in the end, I was going to let it all slide... because they DID do a good job with the design of my team shirt. ...That is, until we picked up the shirts. I was missing 2 shirts, one was the wrong color, and the team name was not printed on the back. WTF?!. Those who had custom names (their last name, etc) were not in CAPS as I asked (and confirmed) Upon pick up he said "Only the first letter is in CAPS". So then why do I have a print out with an example of what the names would look like in CAPS? THEN he said, "It may have not fit".. okayyyy, that's when you CALL and let me know this and not assume I may not want another font or a smaller font. Again, I really wanted to like them.
