I was supposed to have 10,000 postcards. Years ago they would always deliver about 50 postcards over. I contacted them about my last order being short by at least 1000 postcards. They investigated and told me they sent me the correct amount. This time I am going to be sending a screen shot of the count from the post office. The printing quality is good but lately, on my large orders, they have been shorting the number of postcards provided. And not by a little but by a lot. Plus they used to have the option of using recycled paper for my postcards, but not anymore.
