Come on, if they should be good at something it should be tire rotations. Their name is "Just Tires". Anyway, now I get my oil changed at Walmart nearby, which is same price. Customer service is ok and they do have a nice waiting area, but that is no excuse for poor technicians who will cause your vehicle needing repairs. If you do get an oil change here skip the tire rotation.

When I questioned why it was taking so long he said he had to find certain codes for the services I had completed. Oh, and 2 people called out sick that morning so he was alone checking people out. After all of that he had forgotten the discount. Wow! Despite the courteousness of the service manager I may try another place next time. I was willing to wait 1 or 2 hours but 3 hours was unacceptable especially when I had an appointment. This is more 2.5 stars than 3.

After troubleshooting a shaking issue, Whitford Hills Auto found that my tires were out of balance, the front end needed an alignment, and most importantly, the front tires (65K miles) had extreme cupping which exposed parts of the tire core (see picture). They balanced and rotated the tires to verify that was causing the shaking. In the end I decided to get all new tires, this was recommended but not pushed on me. All 4 tires were installed, balanced, and aligned. My wheels and the rest of my truck was washed free of charge AND they did not charge me for the work that was completed prior to installing the new tires. I ordered tires online and had them delivered to this location, along with an oil change. Unfortunately, they didn't place an oil-change reminder sticker on my car, claiming they had run out. Then, I scheduled a vehicle inspection for 9:00 a.m 10/7 and rearranged my work schedule (I'm a nurse, so this was not easy). At the last minute, I was told the inspector called out and I'd need to come back the following day. I was promised a small discount and rescheduled again. When I showed up this morning, they had no record of my appointment and no emissions stickers available. The staff was unprofessional and unsympathetic. Overall, this location's communication and customer service were very disappointing. If you plan to use this Pep Boys, I'd strongly recommend double-checking your appointment and having a backup plan. Currently I am driving around with outdated inspection stickers but plan on finding another place today.

She called to let them know what was happening and they asked her to drop it off that night and they'd take a look first thing in the morning. They found one of the brake components had a factory defect, replaced it and she was back on the road the same day. No charge for the parts or labor.
