Do NOT get a tire change there bc they start with the power tools and stripped the bolt and the nuts and stripped it out of the adapters. it has taken me 3 weeks to fix because they sent me the part to order to fix (on my dime) and when it came in it didn't work. Had to get my son in law to fix it for real! I only came to them to see if they had the tool to remove the bolts. I told them I had a free tire change elsewhere if I could get them off and NOT to dk it but they did it anyway and cost me more!! I had another bad experience where they put the wrong oil in my jeep and blew the engine the next day. they do NOT care if you have a concern. The customer is ALWAYS WRONG. End of story! read more

I was a long time customer of the Eastgate location for many years. When they closed I was transferred to the Lee Highway location. Took my car in because my check engine light came on. Was told I needed a major tune up. Cost was around $1200. 2 days later my check engine light was back on. Went back and had to leave my car because they couldn't figure out why. Ended up having to pay for a rental because the issue was now I needed throttle bodies and they had to be ordered. Ok and now another over $1000. Before I even got home the light was back on. Went back and was told needed a catalytic converter and another $3000. Well of course I went somewhere else and had that replaced. Then the braking system went down and replaced and then the charging system and was replaced. Then the transmission started acting up. Took it to what is now my new go to place and did a full diagnostic. When the new throttle bodies were put on, they failed to relearn the sensors to the new parts. So each system was breaking down due to this! Here I am out of thousands of dollars all because they failed to complete that simple process. So grateful for my new place and them getting my vehicle back to running how she was when I bought her! Been going through this for months, But God! read more

After a bad experience with desk regarding car needs, I declined service there. When I left.....Hood had not been latched and I had to pull over on the interstate to get out and close it. It was very dangerous and the hood was moving quite a bit (as you can imagine.) Never will I go back in there! read more

I took my vehicle there under the advice of the place I bought it from because they were paying to fix the problem which Goodyear could never find or fix after multiple trips for a month total, but yet still charged Prestige Cars for. They called to say something fell on the hood negating to tell me they crashed into something with the right front bumper! I got there to pick it up and they denied they did it and I informed them I had before pictures of when I dropped it off. They were speachless when I showed them still in denial. Todd is a crook and a liar. Told me they turned it in on insurance and I am still waiting almost two months later to hear from insuranc. I'm saying they did not. Don't go there if you value your vehicle and time. They treated me like I was crazy and Lemont or whatever his name was acted like I was a fool! He even called Todd to tell him to sneak in the back way because I was out there waiting... I was waiting because no one handed me my key to leave. So I called the police and made a report because I knew something fishy was up. Glad I did in retrospect. DON'T GO THERE!!! read more

Had my Hyundai Sonata towed here 07-20-2023. The service staff kept lying to me everyday about starting work on my car. We'll, finally 5 days later they said my car was completed after I contacted them (they would never call back like they had promise). I drove it less than 1 mile when my car stopped and would not start back up. From the start they said I might need a fuel pump, but instead of doing the work and replacing it, they did neither. And the mechanic who said he would take care of me the previous Saturday when I went to check on car, . lied and did Jack-S_ _ t----nothing. Very unsavory people. These guys are great! I went because they're one of the closest places around that does FREE tire repair. They were finished in a little over an hour and were so kind.
