Some of the stores had lines because so many people were out there, employees standing at the entrance and letting people come in as people left to avoid overcrowding! There are so many different stores with some of the popular name brand items. They have Starbucks out there if you want a pick me up while you shop, they even have alcoholic drink bars if you want to sit down and have some drinks! There are also independent vendors out there looking for your business as well. You can't go wrong with either option, pick one or choose both! I would definitely recommend this outlet!.

It's across the street. That's the newer side which also has an old navy, tommy bahama, and underarmour to name a few. It wasn't a big deal. After visiting across the street, I went to the main outlet mall area. It's a good place to get your steps in. There are a lot of stores, a food court and lots of tourists pushing luggage around, parking is parking. So just make sure to put your patient pants on. Still don't care for this mall and it's pretty aged at 26 years old. It looks older and I've been to older malls.

Exceptional Customer Service…read more Sean, the store manager, provided 10/10 customer service and was absolutely amazing! I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I originally came in to make a return, but because Sean made the process so easy and pleasant, I ended up doing an exchange and purchasing additional clothing. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout the entire experience. In all my years of shopping at EXPRESS, I have never received customer service quite like this--Sean truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help customers. You are truly an asset to EXPRESS and an excellent example of what exceptional customer service should look like!

If you're looking for a typical mall experience on steroids, the Florida Mall is the way to go…read more I've never disliked this mall, but it definitely has a different feel than other local shopping centers. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

Parking is free but make sure to take note of which lot you parked in because it's easy to get lost. Thank goodness there are a lot of security guards and people around to guide you in the right direction. I met my cousins here for dinner and it took me about 15 mins from where I parked to find the restaurant where we were meeting:) Worth coming here - I loved this place! I will see if you're looking to do any shopping I would go to the Orlando premium outlets instead since the prices are pretty high-end, but most of the food places offered great options and they also have a lot of nighttime entertainment available. There's also a movie theater and a bowling alley there. There is many places to choose from to get a drink or even to find a sweet treat. I will say the bathroom situation is overwhelming since the women's room tends to have a long line and the bathrooms also aren't clean. There is also a lot of people so be prepared to push your way through crowds, especially of screaming children.

My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. We were looking the for the Orlando International Premium Outlets down the street, but our GPS sent us here. Unfortunately we didn't realize our error until we already committed a chunk of time here. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were surprised at how lame the place looked. It comes off like a generic, run down strip mall that you probably have near your hometown, but never gave a seconds thought to. After walking around a bit, it was clear that there were no deals here. The pricing for most items we checked seemed to be on par with what you would pay online, maybe even a bit more. Also, the amount of inventory on hand was either erratic or sparse. In the end, the negative vibe of this place just sucked the energy out of us. We didn't find anything worth buying and it wasn't a pleasant place to walk around. Waste of time. Hopefully we'll make it to the Premium Outlet down the road on the next trip.
