She then loudly told us that the girls could play with the toys but couldn't take them out of the bins--even though my daughters had just arrived and were not the ones who made the mess. Her behavior terrified my children. They immediately started screaming and crying and were afraid whenever she came near them. As a mother, it was heartbreaking to witness. What hurts the most is that this has continued even after we left. My children have been having nightmares about this incident. No child should leave a children's store feeling scared and emotionally distressed. I have reported this to corporate and hope this incident is taken seriously so no other family has to experience what ours did.
