The whole situation felt dismissive and poorly handled. What's even more frustrating is the complete disregard for both quality and environment. Any regular coffee drinker knows a cortado doesn't taste the same in a paper cup versus a proper Gibraltar glass--the ratio and experience are completely off. On top of that, serving everything in paper cups lined with plastic isn't exactly a healthy or environmentally conscious choice. It felt like pure convenience for the staff rather than any real reason. Really disappointing, and not a place we'll be recommending. The staff is rarely friendly, and they always seem behind, even during times that aren't overly busy. My drinks are frequently made incorrectly, which is frustrating when you're paying premium prices and trying to start your day on a good note. It feels like there's a lack of attention to detail and training -- baristas should know how to properly make the drinks. I keep coming back because of the convenience, but I really hope management takes a closer look at customer service and drink quality. A little consistency and friendliness would go a long way.
