I believe many of the chefs I read graduated from the Culinary Institute of America which is located extremely close to this restaurant, and this could be part of the reason why their food game is on point. I got a couple Jack and Diet's and the upcharge for a double is not that bad, at the time of writing this I believe it is a four-dollar upcharge. Also got a merlot and it was fresh and delightful. The fluid, passionate back-and-forth that followed was incredible; we learned more about wine in five minutes with Enrique than in decades of traveling.
