For me, a great coffee shop (I know, this is a "Café" and not a "Coffee Shop") needs to have more than muffins and cookies. Croissants and scones are a must (IMHO). The chai cinnamon bread was good (not great). They offer "Gluten-Friendly" items for people with that sensitivity. I'm just shocked for how many servers are running around that things take so long or at the very least they aren't on top of refilling drinks and checking in while the food is made.
