As good as Leonard's in Maui Light, crunchy, amazing fillings, fresh and onolicious! Easy parking in the lot, tables to sit at and enjoy your malasadas while they are hot. Great service! Mahalo

I'm so glad that they were not too far from my place! I just love their little food truck. The pink color makes it stand out from the others and that it is a tinier, too. This was our first time here and after seeing all the reviews about the Ube malasadas, I wanted to try that one. Come to find out, their menu changes weekly!!! This is what they told us, which is pretty cool! So, that wasn't an option. But instead, we bought the coconut, guava, and ube filled malasadas. And of course, had to get a couple of the plain malasadas. The first one I had to try was the ube filled! This was so good! The ube filling wasn't sweet, instead lite, creamy and yummy!! So good! As for the dough of the malasadas, nice, warm, soft and just melts in your mouth! You must try GoodBelly! I'm really hoping that I'll catch them when they are serving the ube dough malasadas.

Good malasada donuts with great flavor ideas. I didn't like them as much as I do at the bakeries I usually go to, but I love their presentation and even their packaging. I thought the prices were reasonable and I think the location is great as there are other food trucks that share the same outdoor dining space. I kind of wished I had tried a non filled one. The filling was so messy I couldn't really get the kind of bit into it I wanted. The people working here were nice enough so the service wasnt too shabby. I would recommend this place to others even though it wasnt exactly my favorite. I can imagine many people prefer this version of Malasadas.

I have never had malasadas before and I am so glad that my first time experience was through Good Belly as the malasadas here are absolutely delicious. It almost feels like you're eating a cloud with how fluffy and light the dough is! I was worried it was be overly sweet but the amount of sugar and filling isn't excessive. So far, we have had their plain, POG, chocolate, and ube mochi-sadas. Our personal favorite has to be the ube mochi-sadas as it is just an explosion of ube flavor while being super light. The staff as well as the owner is great about communication. I have called, texted, and spoke in person with them and always had a pleasant and professional response. They clearly care for their customers and ensure that you leave happy. It also seems like they are quite popular and well-loved by people from not only Auburn but all over in Washington, as there was a line forming more than 30 minutes before opening, so plan ahead especially for limited edition items that they share on Facebook or Instagram. The truck has clear and concise menu on their truck, which is great as sometimes other trucks have multiple plastered everywhere when there might be one main menu at the ordering station. We arrived early and saw how they came out to clean the ordering station and they also provide napkins as you will definitely need them. Prices are super fair too!

Quick and fast: ordered a 2piwce pumpkin mochisada and a dozen plain. Super delicious! I'd say my go to will always be the plain with regular sugar. But if you love cinnamon, they offer that too.

Stopped by Good Belly LLC and it did not disappoint. The donuts were fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet -- you can tell they're made with care. Everything tasted warm and comforting, and the service was friendly and quick. Simple menu done really well. I'll definitely be back for more!

Oh my goodness. These malasadas are SO good. The best you're going to get other than Hawaii. Please if you've never tried this place, do yourself a favor! This lady knows what she's doing.

Still amazing, POG was so good. Still like the plain the best. Staff was super fast and friendly. Love the food truck.

Conveniently located on Auburn Way, near 167. Stopped by in the afternoon to get my malasadas and they were delicious! The area that the trailer is located in an area where there are other food trucks and there are seating areas with umbrellas. Service was quick and I was able to enjoy the malasadas right away!

This is my first time trying them and I will say they did not disappoint. I tried all the flavors they had available this week. (The flavors do change) Raspberry-Guava Cream, Bavarian Cream, POG and Plain. They were all very good and they did not hold back on the filling. They were made fresh, the wait time was only a few minutes. I will definitely be back I cant wait to try more flavors.

Exterior view of truck. Nice and simple!

First time here. I grew up on Oʻahu, where Leonard's, Champion, and even Kamehameha Bakery set the pace for malasadas. This place's dough is nice and fluffy, like what you'd expect, and not over-sugared, which is nice. Glad to see a place like this down south. Will def return. Check them out if you're in Auburn!

Its a fun spot, tables to sit at and a varied selection of trucks. This truck has a wide variety of sandwiches including some vegetarian options that sounded good and even though I'm not a vegetarian I think I'd like to give a couple of them a try. My husband opted for pulled pork sandwich. It was messy and he said really good. I decided on an inside out grilled cheese. It had grilled onions, swiss cheese inside and then slices of cheddar on the outside and grilled so the outer cheese was crispy and the inside cheese super gooey. It was absolutely delicious and game with an au jus for dipping. They also have drinks, we got strawberry lemonade and some sides but the sandwiches are plenty, you don't need anything else.

This fine sandwich spot is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I ordered the T-Town Cheesesteak which came very cheesy, well seasoned and had tender meat. Pros: Soft Bun Filling Veggies are cooked perfectly Cheese steak taste on point Cons: Not enough steak A bit messy but that's understandable since it's a Cheesesteak. My suggestion would be for sandwiches like this they should be wrapped in parchment paper to seal in all the flavors, keep it warm and avoid less of a mess. Overall a good sandwich I'll be coming back for their other sandwiches

While doing this we saw a bunch of food trucks and decided to wander around them as we were getting hungry. We settled to give Happy Buns a try as a hamburger did sound good even though initially it wasn't what we had in mind. We enjoyed our meal very much! We got a hamburger a piece and split an order of fries... there was more than enough to split with one order. They were nice and crisp and definitely a good side to go along with the rest of our meal. I got the Happy Burger which was a burger with their Happy Sauce, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles, bacon and cheddar cheese. It was a very good burger! I liked it very much! I wasn't sure if I wanted bacon also but I went ahead and had the "everything on it" option and it was good and not too much. Steve got the Bacon Cheeseburger with mayo, bacon and cheddar cheese. His was good too! Happy Buns was a good stop! It is a food truck so if you plan to eat there then pick a nice day to go and sit otherwise it probably should be a "to go" order if it's not pleasant weather!

I was asked if I wanted my grilled onion and grilled jalapeño I said yes. When I got the small bag with the small plate, I instantly knew I made a mistake. Each taco was greedily filled. I had two radish shavings cut in half. There were two dry pieces of carrot and that onion and jalapeño that I mentioned.. yeah, I got half of a jalapeño sautéed with maybe about eight pieces of onion all over the tacos.. I don't know who called this place authentic but I am highly disappointed.. The only thing that presented any equality was the paper bag and the sturdy paper plate that the tacos came on. Lastly, I wanna end my review with another note : the slices of lime that I received were so thin that was actually the most diabolical part of the order. Not many reviews for a truck that has been around for a decade, but for the most part, reviews were strong. That said, a couple reviews called the food bland or mediocre, but I still decided to give them a try. Menu was simple, I was having a touch time deciding as I was in the mood for taco's but the nachos looked good. I ended up going with the burrito, because I wanted to taste the rice and beans as well. When served the burrito was noticeably larger than any other truck. I'd say 15% larger. 1st bite wasn't bad. It was tasty, but it was a bit shy on flavor, I like salt and I like spice and those are two things Mexico is known for. I was also handed 2 hot sauces. The red was watered down and disappointing, the green actually had more flavor. That said it was still not the flavor punch I hoped for. Service here was fast and friendly and the food wasn't bad, it just would have benefited from some seasoning and heat. I would 100% come back, but again, these folks need to infuse some flavor into their offerings, word of mouth from a savory meal is how you draw a crowd.

There is a good sized menu with variety. I wanted something basic to base my review on the overall quality of a regular ole burger. I previously saw reviews from their other shop and there was a lot of comments regarding undercooked meat. I went with medium well. I ended up getting a dried out burger and the bun was falling apart on me through the process. The bacon is a great add on item. For just 2 dollars, I got enough bacon that exceeded the amount of meat from the burger. The bacon was crisp and the the pieces were extremely THICK. There were large chunks of pork in there. The tater tots were good. A little greasy and could stand to be a little crunchier but good. Their beverage cooler is weak. It's also facing the direct sun and they aren't very cold at all. The sitting area is loud as it's less than a stones throw from the main railroad tracks. The dining area is small and makeshift. Take it to go if you can. Overall....it's decent. As I told my coworker. It was good and if I base my review on if it's a place I'd go back to or not. I'd say not. Only if it were the only thing available. It's average and has room for improvement.
