We try the donuts. To my taste I didn't really time the fillings the taste wasn't for my taste buds. I prefer the plain ones and the mochi ube one. I would go back to buy the plain ones but skip the filling ones. read more

Excellent malasadas! I'm from Hawaii and these are the best I've had on the Mainland so far! I'm thankful there's a permanent location in Auburn now! The only things that would make this better is placing orders online and more Hawaiian flavors. I never seem to go on POG day :( Pls have more guava, mango, papaya, lilikoi, and haupia days! read more

If you don't have patience to wait, don't go here. The malasadas in my opinion are excellent. The dough is so light and fluffy. Malasads are only best when enjoyed fresh or within a couple hours. Don't try to save them for the following day or for later in the day. So eat them right away! We tried plain, chocolate, lilikoi cheesecake, and Bavarian cream. They ran out of ube by the time we ordered. They did advertise that it was a limited supply so I was fine with it. The filling to donut ratio was perfect. Not too much and not too little. Personally I'm not a fan of stingy filled donuts, so these were great! Plain was still my favorite! Worth waiting and worth the hype. Yummy! read more

The service was amazing! Friendly and fast. They went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies...they prepared a completely separate order of chorizo fries without the dairy -cheese & sour cream, so everyone else could have it without losing the good stuff! Delicious both ways...but it was the extra care that was appreciated...thank you. We'll definitely be back! read more

I luckily went to Goodbelly's before the media shared the secret of this sweet food trailer (I'm happy for them, sad the wait time is wild now). I went on a Friday and waited for maybe 30 minutes to order and then another 15 minutes for my order to be fulfilled. The order came out hot and fresh! The donuts: 5/5 - they were so fluffy and yummy. I was really impressed with the dough and how they turned out. When it comes to the fillings, I have to state that my absolute favorite brioche donuts are from The Flour Box in Seattle and their fillings are amazing (favs include smoked salmon, beer cheese, strawberry... I could go on and on), so my bar is high. However, I'm not sure it's fair to compare the two at this point, so my ratings on GB's fillings are my best attempt to not be compared to FB. Chocolate - 2.5, tasted like regular chocolate pudding and my least favorite filling. Ube - 3/5, this one was a pretty color but didn't really have much flavor? Very smooth! Bavarian Cream - 5/5, my favorite filling. So smooth and sweet but not too sweet. Yum. I'll try to go back at some point. I would love to see them open a storefront some day but I know that's much easier said than done. read more

Finally caught them in Kirkland while I was at Juanita. Oh.so.delicious!! The owner is adorable and very friendly, and loves what she does, and that's making these little pieces of edible cloud...in a variety of flavors. Today, Creme Brûlée. *wipes mouth* She is usually in Everett but check her IG or website for weekly schedule. read more

I ordered a dozen of the variety masaladas filled with Ube Bavarian and guava. The donuts are very soft but not flavorful at all. Also one of the Ube donuts only had a smidge of cream inside :( man I really wanted to like these but honestly I would not spend the 3 hours I did waiting for these as they were unfortunately not worth the time nor the price ($40). I arrived at 10:25am (more than half an hour before they opened, and finally got my box at 1:20. The owner was kind enough to hand out a free donut hole to those who arrived before they opened which was nice! Overall it was not worth the hype. I rather make the drive out to flour box in Seattle instead. read more

Food is pretty good, but the wait time is insane.. over 30 minutes for an order of 3 ube, without warning on top of that. Won't be back.

I have had Goodbelly on my radar for a long time, watching where they would be. They were always a little to far for the amount of time I had available. Last week they came to Lynnwood, just minutes from me and I made a plan to make it happen. (Please come back again!!) It was worth the wait! The soft billowy dough, still warm, melts in your mouth wisking you away to another zipcode. Delicious! read more

Quality of malassadas from the blue truck isn't the same as pink truck, especially when owner isn't present. Observation by customers.

This morning at 10:34 am, the queue for GoodBelly LLC extended around the block, making it the most popular booth in the market. I spent approximately an hour waiting in line before placing my order and receiving a pager. After an additional 20 minutes, the pager signaled that my order was ready, and I eagerly went to collect my freshly made GoodBelly doughnuts. They were soft and delectable, with Bavarian cream being my personal favorite. In my opinion, the total wait time of 1 hour and 20 minutes was well worth it for these delicious doughnuts. Moreover, it was a pleasure to meet and interact with other community members who also support GoodBelly! I would have preferred that my donuts did not have sugar on the outside. Next time, I'll see if they can make them without sugar on the outside. read more

After growing up in Hawaii every summer since 5 I've had my share of malasadas. We drove from Oak Harbor down to Everett. After 1.5 hour drive one way I was so excited to try them. I've been craving them and haven't found anywhere up here that makes them. I found them at salty sea days. I got the plain malasadas. I always have to try things in their original form so I can make a fair comparison. They were just okay. Kinda a let down. Something tasted off with the sugar that they used. It had an odd aftertaste to me somewhat more fruity. Now the owners were extremely helpful. I messaged one day to see where they were going to be. They got back to me relatively quickly. The price was comparable to a dozen in Hawaii but a couple bucks more expensive. I can say I tried them but won't go looking for them again. read more

Their malasadas are so good and their flavors change weekly as well! Definitely worth a try since it's a food truck!

After coming back from a trip to Hawaii last spring and having a failed malasada extravaganza experience we really just wanted to taste test varieties of malasadas in the Seattle area to see if what we had experienced was normal or not...so on the search we went in our local area! I came across GoodBelly on a Google search but sadly always missed their dates (they're food truck based) and then finally one day I drove by and recognized their food truck in parking lot! The best day ever!!! Since then we have had GoodBelly several times and our favorites are the Bavarian and raspberry filled. Check their Instagram for locations and dates you definitely won't regret the deliciousness that will fill your heart and bellies. The owners are super kind and clearly put their heart and soul into their products, get there early but even if there's a line it's worth the wait! Definitely lives up to the hype! read more

What started out as a pick up from home business on FB has turned into a successful food truck business. Way to go, Alice! I've ordered from Alice when she was selling malasadas from her home. I've had many of these donuts and I must say these are very good especially when fresh and warm. Malasadas are Hawaii's version of a yeast doughnut although these donuts have Portuguese origins. Goodbelly's malasadas are made to order, fried, puffy with filling or plain and dusted with sugar. My favorite? Definitely the Bavarian cream filled ones (other flavors are ube, guava, haupia, strawberry depending on what's offered for the day). Although I am happy for Goodbelly's success, I find myself in a bind because I have to brave the long lines just to get my hands onto these delicious yumminess these days! Although I've driven to their location a few times and came home empty-handed, I've figured out the timing and it has worked for me ever since. I would purchase 2-3 dozens and share them with friends as these keep for a few days. Alice is the sweetest and most accommodating chef/owner and I am truly happy for her success! read more

Delicious, fresh, flavorful, crispy & loaded with filling (if u ordered). These malasadas are worth every penny, rainy day or cold line-waiting. Thank you folks!! read more

When I saw this pop up on my food truck app I was very excited to see what they were offering. I may have been one of their very first customers on the first day they opened, and a good thing because I missed the line. I live in the area and am very happy for them when I see the line going all the way down the parking lot as I drive by. They are was smiling and cheerfully pumping out product as fast as they can. With that said I really enjoy the plain and Bavarian cream filled donuts, they are warm and fresh bundles of goodness. I have yet to venture into trying the Ube, but everyone seems to really like them also. The problem for me I don't have the wear with all to stand in line for 30+ minutes just for a donut. Since they are made to order, not only do you have to wait to order, you also have a significant wait for them to fill it with lots of people getting large orders. Perhaps an online order system for large orders would help? I know that a couple of times in the beginning they were so overwhelmed that they ran out of supplies and/or had to limit the numbers people could order. I guess that is the price of success, I would recommend if you really want to try these bundles of joy, then get there early and eat them right away, they do not keep. read more

Tried this for the 1st time & it was amazing! It can get quite busy so order online day before or before 9am day of. I had the guava & Ube filled masaladas! Absolutely delicious! Having moved recently from Hawaii to Washington I was worried I wouldn't be able to find the classic treats I was used to, so I was delighted to find goodbelly and have the comfort that I can find malasadas as good as (or maybe even better than) the ones I could back home. The malasadas were so fresh and tasty! Glad they had four fillings to choose from. The Ube filling was our favorite.

We arrived 20min before they opened on Thursday. They gave out 80 tickets. We were 60th in line. And they sold out 15 min after they opened. Beware! We waited 2hour and 45min to get to the front of the line. Right when we got to the front they said "oh we have to change the limit to half dozen instead of a full dozen". After waiting almost two hours they had the audacity to tell their patient customers that. This is a bad customer service. They will also charge you for all filled prices even though I ordered plain which is cheaper. We then waited another 20min to get the malasadas after placing the order. Malasadas weren't even great nothing like anything from Hawaii. Don't listen to the hype of coming here. read more
